- Pavlo (9/5): Good option for traveling with nice room and available airport transfer - Location is great for travelers, especially with available transfer every 30 minutes. Staff was nice (except situation that I described in another section), room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed this staying. I called to ask about possible transfer because I hadn’t booked it in advance and I wasn't sure that I could get it. A lady on the phone was irritated and unpleasant to speak. Maybe it was just an unfortunate moment to call, but it was upsetting experience.

There was no bath tub. This was a third floor room, not an Accessible room. Plus no hot tub. For a hotel charging 3-400$ a night. I would expect better amenities. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety.

Most hotels were out of pet friendly rooms. Late at night, had to stay in sub standard accommodations. Not impressed!

I didn’t feel safe!!!! - Breakfast, clean, nice staff I was woken at 2:30 am Sunday morning, with someone literally bouncing off the walls in the room next to me. This went on for the next two hours. With yelling also. Then it moved to outside my door. A woman was lying on the floor, moaning, and groaning, and yelling, with another lady. They were talking to 911 loudly also. I called the desk at 5:30 to report it and they said they were aware of it, and police on the way. A hour later, with this woman still groaning, and moaning, the police and paramedics showed up. Now I was driving back to St. Paul mn that morning, with a 6 hour drive. Be up since 2:30. Not happy !!!!!!

Chucks roadhouse (a block away) is half off appetizers after 9 and its open late- it was convenient and cost effective for family of 4.
