Chalet: De Berkel 4 Aangaande de accomodatie: Van buiten ziet het er mooi en onderhouden uit en goed plek om te zitten, en je kunt je auto kwijt. Van binnen op het eerste gezicht ziet het er verzorgd en netjes uit; helaas blijft dat daar ook bij; - Bij binnenkomst komt je al een schimmel lucht tegemoet - Verwarming gaat snachts helemaal uit en duurt uren om op temperatuur te komen (OOK MET WINTERSE TEMPRATUREN) - Vanuit de afvoeren komt een ziekmakende rioollucht - Geen magnetron - Geen oven - Alleen een gasfornhuisplaat (maar om het aan te steken is niet voorzien) - Geen afwasmiddel (Wel een vaatwastablet zonder vaatwasser) - Compleet doorgezakte Bank en Fauteuils - Extreem weinig verlichting aanwezig - Hele lage waterdruk, oncomfortable om je te douchen met lang haar (pies straaltje) - De gehele plasticen houten badkamer lijkt wel vergaan en 10x opgelapt, met alles aan elkaar getimmerd, terwijl op de foto een schitterend goede badkamer te zien is bij dit exacte chalet. - Bedden zijn ook doorgezakt, maar incl. de kussens nog enigsinds comfortable - Wel goed, is de inclusieve internetverbinding en misschien de televisie als je graag laat indoctrineren. Park faciliteiten: - Al het service gerelateerde is gesloten - m.u.v. de snackbar, alleen op vrijdag en maandag (een paar uurtjes), en een broodjes services (maar NIET belegd, gewoon droog brood) - Geen supermarkt (de dichtstbijzijnde met een beetje openingstijden is uren lopen (a. 6 tot 7 km) - Geen restaurant - 1 mini speeltuintje bij de receptie en een springkussen - Zwembad is buiten en opent vanaf 1 Mei - Park is schoon, onderhouden, netjes en heeft een milieustraat(afval locatie) Mijn oordeel voor de toekomst: Ik zou hier niet weer komen, betaal 30 euro meer en neem een hotel in Meppel, De Wijk, Zuidwolde of Hoogeveen.

Single room bed was cheaper and i choose double bed room by that case they charge me more but they give me tiny twin bed with single mattress and single blanket. Even water heating boiler inside cloth store near the bed in the night when boiler automatic boil the water u hear voom the machine voice will disturb ur sleep. It was better they relocate the boiler. There is nothing to do around there out of no where No Friendly staff, No reachable by email and phone. They mislead the customers On them own website and booking.com show that they have double bed room but when we arrive, there is two twin bed with single mattress and single blanket, me and my partner sleep separately we cant even be close each other even the twin mattress is not equal, one is 3 cent higher the other mattress. I inform the staff they said that they dont have any double bed room in them Parc at all. I show them info. on them website!! She said sorry i cant do nothing for even they couldnt provide double blanket or double mattress. The heat also every 2 hours automatically will go low till 16c we must again adjust to high heat every 2 hours and once we sleep all appartment will get colder and colder it was horrible i never seen like this before. Dont book Berkel 4 its horrible. I contact to them by email but no respond no solution at all they charge me more double bed room.

- Kira (4/5): - Die Umgebung wäre sehr ruhig gewesen wenn im anliegenden Wald nicht 8 Stunden lang ein Quad rennen durchgeführt worden wäre. Es war absolut dreckig. Der Boden war Schwarz obwohl es sich um graues Vinyl handelte, die Duschwanne war vor einer Reinigung nicht benutzbar. Das Vorhandene Geschirr musste vor Benutzung erneut gespült werden. Zudem roch es in einem Schlafzimmer extrem nach Nagetierpipi.

Slechte bedden, waardoor we eerder naar huis zijn gegaan. Zeer basic huisje ⁹en slecht onderhouden. Huisjes van het zelfde type lijken per park flink te verschillen qua comfort en voorzieningen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet oke

Nous avons une petite fille en situation de handicap (assez lourd avec trouble du comportement, cris ...) et l'établissement a été super compréhensif, aucune remarque ni quoi que ce soit, ce qui prouve l'accueil et l'amabilité de la chaîne europarc, car ce n'est pas le premier camping que nous faisons en hollande et à chaque fois le personnel est très compréhensif. - Robert (7/5): Good value, but missing essentials. - Spacious lodge with 3 bedrooms. Living room was nice, but not enough seats for the amount of people that can stay here. Entrance out on to the terrace with outside seating area and parasol. Bathroom was a nice size. Facilities weren’t great. No air con (pay extra) despite it being 33 Celsius on arrival. No toaster, oven was a built in microwave. One toilet roll on arrival, no drying towel for dishes and 2 dishwasher tablets. If you were washing dishes by hand there was no draining board. A BBQ would have been nice, whether it be gas or charcoal. Beds were single size, uncomfortable and you had to make your own bed on arrival. You must pay extra for bedding also.

Invece se arrivi dopo che la reception è chiusa non puoi lavarti perché non hai asciugamani. Inoltre ci sono 1000 oggetti soprammobili inutili e non c’è un phon, non lo hanno nemmeno alla reception. Ci sono cose da migliorare

- Leo (10/5): - Ons verblijf was zeer bijzonder, Meer om de reden dat ik dit huisje boekte ivm het overlijden van mijn vader. De boeking ging zeer vlot want ik kon zeer vlot een huisje regelen(1 dag voor onze aankomst.) Toe alle beslomeringen voorbij waren, hebben we van een fijn en rustig verblijf genoten en zijn weer helemaal tot rust gekomen in het mooie Reestdal, dat uitstekend geschikt is als uitvalsbasis van wandelingen in de natuur. Ook liggen verschillende bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand vanaf dit park. Een aanrader als je van de natuur houd.

- Cuong (9/5): Nice and peaceful area in a green forest - The advertised price in Booking.com was for all fees (bed sheet, tourist tax), but in the end we had to pay additional 55Euro for those. These fees shown clearly only in the confirmation email after we have placed the reservation.

- Rishni (8/5): Family friendly accommodation with lots to do on site! - Beautiful property with many activities on site to keep a family entertained. Loved the proximity to the forest for our dog, he enjoyed his walks there. Quiet and tranquil with sufficient space for everyone to enjoy their holiday. I would have loved a little fenced of area for my dog at the unit so that I didn’t have to watch him constantly. I also did not enjoy that the units do not have fans or air-conditioning and one of the rooms did not have windows so that was a bit uncomfortable. You can hire air conditioning at reception for an extra cost 🙁

- Alexis (6/5): Gorgeous location, modern accommodations and friendly staff - The location is Stunning, and the staff are lovely and very helpful. I hated that when ordering food and drinks that thousands of wasps would descend upon us. Yes I know, nature. But at the vet least they should of had citronella out on the tables to deter them. Also maybe hire out fans as in the summer it reaches almost 40 degrees, and in the cabins feel much hotter. Either hire fans out or install them in the cabins.
