- Joel (10/5): - I've stayed in this hotel multiple times over the last year, both for business and for some family trips on which I brought my wife and adult children. Everyone had nothing but the highest praise for the experience. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are beautiful, and the views from the rooms on the higher floors are magnificent. The business lounge is well worth paying extra for as there is a really nice spread of light dinner and snack items in the evening, and it is a very pleasant place to hang out and/or work. Wifi excellent. There is a small pool and bar on the top floor which was very much enjoyed by my family. The hotel provides access to a health club in the same building which is a very extensive modern professional gym, really more than you would get in a hotel gym. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was really great -- lots of variety, service for omelettes and coffee was very fast and friendly. It really paralleled the kind of breakfast you get at some of the bigger Israeli hotels. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Despite it being primarily a business hotel it has a very warm feel to it, and we've looked forward to returning to it on each of our visits. Finally, the location is really great -- a short walk (5 minutes?) to the light rail into Tel Aviv, which is super efficient, and several malls where you can pretty much eat anything in the world that you want as well as shopping.

- Mark (10/5): Whole week for business - Bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. I slept through eveey alarm! The staff were helpful without being imposing and the shower great for waking me up 2 hours earlier than normal.

- Joel (10/5): - This is a hidden jewel in Petach Tikvah. I spent 10 days in the hotel in January and was incredibly impressed with how friendly and efficient all the staff were. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The hotel is very clean and modern. I spent most of my time in a very modern and lovely room on the 18th floor with remarkable views of the surrounding area. The hotel is within walking distance of three malls so there is no end of places to eat or shop, and the light rail into Tel Aviv is a 5 minute walk away. it is a wonderful hotel, highest ratings.

We noticed that he did this with everyone not just us. We had an issue with our room initially as it had not been cleaned so the staff moved us and were extremely apologetic. The staff make this hotel they are extremely personable. This really make the difference. Prima Link Preta Tikva you need a couple of buses to get to the beach. The food was vegetarian but excellent. Meat eaters will have to go to a meat restaurant. You need overseas wifi on your phone as no paper maps. Download Moovit app to get around. Easy to get a train to Jerusalem Go to Ha Hagana station. You will be in Jerusalem in 30 minute. We would stay here again but nearer the beach. We love Israel and will be back soon

- Jerel (10/5): Great stay in Petah Tiqva - The hotel only occupied part of the 18 floor building. We had no difficulty getting in the parking garage but finding the entrance to the hotel from inside the garage was difficult. (Thee are no signs in English in the garage. But a quick call to the hotel and they immediately sent someone to show us the way! Facilities are really nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

- Jean-Pierre (10/5): Great time in Tel Aviv - We were in a corner room, 17th floor, beautiful guest room, amazing view of Tel Aviv. The soundproof room is great, every day we had new bottles of water, the crew of the hotel is really nice and helpful. When you have a rent a car, the parking of the mall next door is really good and connect directly to the hotel. Great place with reasonable price.

It is next to a huge shopping center where we could see current Israel and get some good meals. The management of the hotel was excellent. All the staff and managers were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop pool during the day and the bar at night.

Location is great-just opposite Beilinson hospital if one needs to visit and above a shopping mall with an easy access from the hotel!! - Neal (10/5): Modern, clean and solid. - Prima Link is great. Modern, clean, good breakfast although no Western Style (which is fine!) The Exec lounge is very nice. I come for business for my customer in Petah Tikva and it's a nice walk over there. Additionally they are close to a bunch of pretty good restaurants. Nice place and I will definitely come back.

Everyone interfacing customers was very helpful and polite. It is adjacent to a shopping mall, which is useful for grabbing something quick for dinner and in case one needs a pharmacy or other emergency items. I would definitely book it again if I need to return for work to Petah Tikva and surroundings. As a solo female business traveler I felt safe and recommended the hotel to the customer for a foreign female collaborator they will be hosting in spring.

Doron at the front desk was outstanding.He was always thinking how to make our stay better, upgrading my room and always keen to help in any way possible. His attitude was so good, give that man shares in the hotel :) Tamara the Guest Relations executive was also excellent !! The position beside the shopping mall was great. It was very good value for money "in Israel" after staying at the Sheraton beside the beach a week earlier. The only thing I would say is that the roof top pool was cold, and didn't have any sunny lounge chairs to lay in the sun, so that could easily be improved. Apart from that excellent !!
