• William (8/5): Its a great place to stay. - Breakfast and location were pretty good. My husband loves that he can make his own waffles 🧇. The hotel is around of Mall and a supermarket. We request housekeeping every day and was pretty good. The best was that the parking and Breakfast was free , this is a plus . From the begging we have problems with the room . It was a very bad odor which I wasn't sure where is coming from, I thought might be the floor. The next day they wash and dry the carpet, but soon as i increased the ac a little bit, the smell was back . Taking with Teeana , we concluded that it the ac , so in the fourth day she sent someone to clean the ac . Yay 🎊 🎈 🎉 problem solved . They offered us another room, but we didn't want to move . Thank you Teeana for the excellent customer service, also Dee and Jesiree . I called Teeana , my hero . 😘😘😘

I love the location the most of course the free parking can’t beat that. My grandkids loved the pool, I did as well especially the shaded areas. The breakfast was awesome, especially the waffles kids loved it. The dining and lobby area setting is lovely. The all day offer of coffee, hot tea and hot coco was the highlight. The strong odor when we were at the pool.

The walk in shower was good too! too many lights at night, no blackout curtain, why are hotels not understanding that being unable to darken the room at night from so many many light sources ruins people's sleep?! Bed could use a thicker mattress topper, ac hard to control that we ended turning it off, bad oil stain on armchair that we had to put a towel on it to sit. When first checked in, front desk asked if we would like housekeeping every other day or daily; I think hskpg should at lease pick up garbage everyday or there should be some kind of bin on each floor. That way I don’t mind having hskpg every other day. But, for the price, hskpg should be everyday.

• Leonie Anabel (9/5): - Super Lage für alle die etwas in Flughafennähe möchten. Drum herum sind diverse Geschäfte, Supermärkte usw. Kostenloser Parkplatz ist ebenso ein großer Pluspunkt! Der Fitnessraum ist vollkommen ausreichend und klimatisiert. Kaffee, Tee und Schokolade sind unten permanent zu Verfügung. Der Pool ist gut, wird jedoch auch von Kiddies schon spielen gerne genutzt. In Europa einfach unvorstellbar, in Amerika aber wohl üblich: beim Frühstück gibt's alles auf und in Plastik+ Pappe. Pappteller, Pappschalfen, Platsikbesteck, Plastikbecher usw. Niemand achtet auch darauf, ob ein oder mehrere Pappteller genommen wird, da gigantische Stapel einstehen. Einfach schnell zugreifen und wenn man dabei 3-5 Teller in der Hand hat... Macht nichts.

• Doreen (9/5): Pretty good hotel at a great location. I’ll stay there again instead of the Waikiki area. - Mall right next to hotel. Free ample parking. Clean room and hallway. Decent breakfast. The shower did not work properly. Had to pull hard on lower faucet in order for shower water to come out. It Didn’t come out full blast. Some of the water was coming out through bottom faucet. I mentioned it to front desk. I didn’t want to change room or have anyone come take a look at it. I dealt with it for the short stay. Hopefully they got it fixed for the next guest.

• Nuria (10/5): Nuria, familia - Me encantó la ubicación, en Kapolei, lejos del bullicio de Honolulu, ideal para los que buscamos conocer la isla desde la tranquilidad. El hotel está muy bien ubicado junto a un centro comercial al aire libre que cuenta con todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes. Desde este punto estratégico puedes moverte a cualquier lugar de O’ahu sin ningún problema. El hotel está muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas y el desayuno es suficiente para empezar el día con energía. Disponen de lavandería y eso siempre es un plus para poner tu ropa al día cuando vienes de un largo viaje como es mi caso, a lo largo de la ruta 66 por EEUU. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Nada. Todo OK

• Nancy (10/5): - The bed was comfortable for us. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Best bathroom vanity I've seen in a hotel-lots of storage. They even had hooks for each of the 4 towels!
• Madelene (10/5): Awesome staff and clean hotel. Keep up the good work. 🤙🏽😊 - The breakfast was excellent and everyone was so friendly . The food was great , loved that they rotated the protein. Great variety and they even had a brown bag of goodies for the road with water and snacks. I liked and enjoyed my stay. I will be back next year.
