- Barry Hobday (10/5): - Elaine over provided a wonderful breakfast and was helpful with giving us info on the area. When a canal ride was oversold she personally drove there to attain tickets. Property was beautiful and presents pastoral England as we pictured it. I highly recommend this property
- Stewart (10/5): - The property was set in its own grounds. The surrounding areas were just stunning. We were welcomed by our host Elaine who was just wonderful. The Coach House (our accommodation) was amazing. We had are own entrance, large bathroom, hall way leading to are stunning bedroom which had views of the fields and wildlife via the double doors to the gardens. Breakfast - we were absolutely spoilt for choice. Fresh fruit, full English, cereals anything and everything you could wish for. What an experience. Can’t wait to stay again and say hello to the wonderful Elaine again.
- Tom (10/5): Simply wonderful - An amazing guest house, Elaine was very welcoming and cooks the best breakfast. I'll most definitely return. TT
- Alister (10/5): Superb Experience at The Coach House Milford - Quite honestly THE BEST experience I've had from any hotel or quest house in a very, very long time, and I use a lot of hotels up and down the country A LOT with the job.
This visit was part business, as it's on my way home, but also for a family commitment as I was picking up my daughter from an event early in the morning nearby, and The Coach House was perfect location for an overnight stay.
The accommodation is spotless, comfortable and quiet, Elaine my host could not do enough to ensure my stay was perfect... it's just what was required following a day's work with travel.
The breakfast was wonderful, one of the best in a long time too....
It's a great location to explore the stunning Staffordshire countryside, Cannock Chase and its also very close to Shugborough hall.
Only problem was I didn't stay long enough.....
Definitely 5 out of 5, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
- Caroline (10/5): Excellent little place to stay - Arrived after a 5 hour drive and Elaine the lovely host made us tea and cake and showed us around. Room was lovely and the bath was nice and deep. Slept really well in the massive bed and it was nice and quiet. We were attending Stafford Show ground and had to leave around 7:15am. Elaine made us croissants with tea, left out cereal and orange juice along with chopped fruit as we didn’t fancy any fried food for breakfast . 100% Recommend this wee hidden gem. If I’m ever down in Stafford again I would look to book this place.
- Hazel (10/5): - Fabulous facilities, best breakfast ever, compliments to Elaine the host, we will definirely be bavk

My husband was unwell but Elaine was so kind and made us feel that it wasn’t a problem. Food top quality, lovely bed. Spotless and really good facilities. Will be back in October but for longer next time as there is so much within walking distance. Makes for a lovely chilled break.
- Paul (10/5): Outstanding B&B. - The host is outstanding. Made us feel very welcome. Cup of tea and a piece of cake was waiting for us on arrival!
The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The room was spotless.

- Lyndon (10/5): Exceptionally Considerate and Welcoming Host - One of the best B&B's we've stayed in. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. Elaine was a very considerate and welcoming host who went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. The B&B is well located for walks and cycles on and around Cannock Chase AONB and visits to many attractions in the local area. There are several excellent pub- restaurants in close proximity and one of the best Indian restaurants in the Midlands is within walking distance.
- david (10/5): - It was excellent.
- Kenneth (10/5): Lovely, clean, comfy, welcoming - We were made very welcome, with tea and cake as soon as we arrived and Elaine made us feel very much at home in the spacius, comfortable room, with bathroom and even a teamaking pantry. Our own front door to come and go as we pleased and delicious freshly cooked breakfast of our choice. As we were in the area for a family funeral Elaine was happy for our sons to use the room to change when they arrived. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
- Supagrump (10/5): Brilliant accomodation close to the Chase - The best experience for many years. The welcome beyond compare!.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommend - Lovely comfortable room - very quiet , beautiful location and superb breakfast - perfect and highly recommend!
- Georgia paige (10/5): - Room was lovely and big and clean. Me and my partner had a really lovely breakfast. Elaine the owner of the property was very lovely and helped us out with directions and places to eat and ensured we were happy. Bathroom was supplied with shampoo and conditioner and soaps, my stay was very pleasant if in the area again would defensively go back.
