The room was so small no space to perform prayer for Muslim We perform the prayer@ holloway 2. The pillow provided was so flat,uncomfortable to use 3. There is MOLD @Bath room wall ,looks like no cleaning was done
- Fatin (10/5): Good room for cheap price. - The location was very strategic. Very close walking distance to sunway pyramid mall. The lift also don't have weird smell. I was preparing myself for bad smell because chances for customers to return from sunway lagoon and still wet was high. Lucky don't have. Yey! Im not fond of the bathroom door that doesn't have lock. The lock was full trust i have in my roommate who didn't suddenly barge in to play prank. Hope can add something for bathroom user to secure their privacy while using bathroom.

- WEI LI (4/5): passable for short stay. just to sleep and bathe. - Location - great. opposite sunway pyramid mall and hotel where my conference was held. 7 -eleven and nasi kandar shop just beside the budget hotel. convenient. many food places nearby. easy to get grabcar too. Toiletries - passable. one tube 100 ml of shampoo and one tube of body wash. toothbrush and small tube toothpaste provided in sterile packaging. Room cleaning - available. But i didn't want anyone in the room when im not in, so didn't request for it. Elevator available - good. as there is three floors. Staff - nice and polite receptionists. Water coolers available - hot and cold water on demand. best thing about this place. In the room - a ceramic mug. two small bottles of mineral water. small fridge. very good. bathroom - great water pressure and water heater. new. commode was passable and flushes well. Room - the room was passable clean. they used black colored silicone sealant in the bathroom corners and sink area which made it look dirty. the tiles were a muddy color. difficult to judge if it is indeed dirty or not. Bed - spring mattress with creaks. not new bed. Towels - had ink smudge and not new. still usable but definitely advise to bring your own. Noise - my room was at the front of the property with a window. the noise from the road can be clearly heard especially cars honking in the morning and also people talking in the hallway as well as bathroom noises from adjacent rooms. Hairdryer - old model. not working. lazy to ask to change as it is stuck to the wall anyway. Plug point - only one available. bathroom - the drainage was clogged on the first night there after i had a bath, water pooled till ankle level. had to wait a bit for it to subside. the bidet look old and rusted. suggestion to other travelers: ok for short stay. there are other newer places nearby. all walking distance. suggestion to budget hotel owner: use of the tile color and black sealant really off putting. it doesn't look clean. fix some stuff to make the room look clean. get new bed, towel and bidet.

Environment friendly and quiet in the morning. Overall, the hotel is 100% very nice. I am happy with that because it matches the prices. Continue to improve the room cleaning services, be friendly to the guests, and provide cleaning tools, such as towels.

- heyhappytoshare (8/5): Located opposite Sunway Lagoon - We did a walk-in and there’s quite a few rooms available, but we compared prices and booked a standard queen with no window through Agoda instead cause we save quite abit from booking online. It’s a very simple square room yet nicely designed. Their pillow cases and bedsheet are comfortably nice smell - makes me want to stay in bed all morning. Toilet is a frosted glass - there’s isn’t a lot privacy if you’re traveling with children. Downside of this place is that they are located above a pub, as I am a light sleeper, I could hear the music beating during my stay - I couldn’t sleep until 2 - 3am or either I will wake up at 1am. Since I couldn’t sleep, I read my book until I feel tired/sleepy - they had a light torch attached to the wall which I can conveniently switch it on without disturbing my Husband and son sleeping. Food are a easy to find, they are everywhere - there’s a restaurant located downstairs the hotel and we conveniently went down to have our dinner and breakfast - I feel that they are a bit expensive but their food are delicious. We then walk a bit to try another place at (if I could recall, it’s called) Curry House (if I’m not wrong) - there, we had our breakfast on our last day of stay. My most enjoyed meal was the Halal Chinese-Muslim dim sum called Muhd Chan, located the opposite back of from the hotel, near Guardian - worth the money and my son loves it! All in all, great staffs, but would like to specially thank Jimmy for making our stay comfortable and easy - he’s very helpful in every way and friendly too!
