• Anna (8/5): - Über die Lage lässt sich nicht streiten, einfach perfekt. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber für eine städtereise mehr als ausreichend. Sehr modernes kleines Bad. Frühstück abwarten klein, aber wir fanden es war alles da, was benötigt wird und ausreichend Auswahl steht zur Verfügung. Nach wie vor kann ich Teppichböden in Hotelzimmer nicht nachvollziehen, aber sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
• Valerie (4/5): Decent but poor soundproofing and outdated hotel - Its location The carpet was worn and dirty (luckily i had sleepers) and the insulation awful. I could hear the lady next door speaking as if she was in my room. The property has an outdated interior and would benefit from refurbishment. There is no lobby.

• Alla (10/5): A small perfectly located hotel - Perfect location - around the corner from the Dome but not noisy at all. The room was small but functional. We didn’t breakfast at the hotel because there were numerous coffee houses with tasty baked goods within 5 min waking distance.

• Pinar Emine (7/5): Decent hotel in an excellent location - Location is extraordinary. They let me check in an hour earlier Single room is extremely small, the bed was also very small. There was only one pillow which was also very soft with no other option to elevate a bit.

• Claire (4/5): Keine gute Hotelerfahrung !!!! - Die Lage war sehr gut 👍 Auch die Hälfte der Mitarbeiterinnen erlebte ich als freundlich ; so hat sich eine Mitarbeiterin für die fehlende Information einer Kollegin beim Einchecken und den dadurch für mich entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten, entschuldigt und grosszügiger Weise mir ein gratis Frühstück angeboten - sehr freundlich und grosszügig 👍 Was nicht in Ordnung war : das Bett wurde extrem schlecht gerichtet und es wurde kaum sauber gemacht ( hab eine Foto von der Art und Weise des „zurechtgemachten“ Bettes ; dazu gabs grad neben meinem Zimmer eine sehr laute Baustelle ; ein Presslufthammer bohrte Beton weg, gerade neben meinem Zimmer ; als ich mich gestern beschwerte , wurde ich abgefertigt : dieser Teil des Hauses gehöre nicht zum Hotel ; da könne sie nichts machen - Diskussion beendet ; sie kam auch nicht mit mir nach oben , um sich den Lärm in meinem Zimmer anzuhören …..; heute dann , kam ein Mitarbeiter mit nach oben und bestätigte mir die Zumutung , die ich erleiden musste ; dafür hab ich 433 Euro ( ohne Frühstück ) bezahlt ; ich verlange hiermit einen Teil meiner Kosten zurück ! • Jürgen (8/5): Perfektes Hotel zur Erkundung der Altstadt - Perfekte Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt nur wenige Gehminuten zum Dom und alten Markt. Freundliches Personal. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe reichhaltiges Frühstück. Von unserem Zimmer (307) schöner Ausblick auf den alten Rathausturm. In unserem Zimmer (307) kleines Bad. Waschbecken eher für ein Gäste-WC als für ein Hotelbadezimmer geeignet. Vorschläge für Parkhäuser in der Umgebung des Hotels sollte überarbeitet werden (empfohlenes Parkhaus dauerhaft geschlossen).

• Liz (9/5): Great location for cologne - Small hotel in perfect spot close to cathedral, station and river . Just what we like for breakfast . Small bathroom space but hot powerful shower. I asked for different pillow and staff found me one. Nice view of Rathaus. Complimentary water and beer in fridge. Very little space in the bathroom .

• Nicola (8/5): The hotel was spotlessly clean with very comfy beds, fairly quiet given the central location. - Location was excellent, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Breakfast let it down a little bit as after a late arrival due to a delay we arrived at 9.30am for breakfast and there was very little left. More of a fruit option for breakfast eg bananas

• James Hastings (10/5): Best beer in Cologne - The beer served there the Sion kolche was my favourite I tried all week. The location is brilliant near the train station and town centre. The food is typical German fare but the flamkuchen is a great alternative if you don't like heavy meat options. For the price it was amazing if I go back to Cologne I'll check there before looking for anywhere else the room was big there was room for a couch and floor space to spare. Quite surprising for a city centre hotel Some building work next door was quite noisy but only during the day so wasn't a big problem. Only improvement could be to put a kettle in the room.

• rachel anne (8/5): Nice hotel, clean and comfortable - Breakfast was ok a little basic but adequate the position of the hotel was perfect amd close to all points of interest There were building works going on in the adjoining building so when we arrived mid afternoon they were drilling the walls and the noise was horrendous so much so that we couldn’t stay in the room for a quick rest so we just went out and wandered around to get our bearings, luckily the next day was Saturday so no work was going on, the en suite to our room had a very tight gap to get to the toilet so if you are of a larger build you may struggle getting past the oversized sink and shower to go to the loo
• Matthias (8/5): - Die Lage Auf dem Bild bei Booking für das Einzelzimmer, war ein Foto von einem Doppelbett. Das war irreführend und nicht passend. Ich wurde mit einem kleinen Einzelzimmer überrascht, wo das Bett vom Foto nicht mal reingepasst hätte. Das war enttäuschend.
