Guest Reviews
- Guillermo (2/5): - No aircon the TV was blurrary bad parking
- Ruel (8/5): - Property is conveniently situated at city centre. Walking distance to Burnhap park and main Baguio session road. The hotel is maintained well and staff are very helpful and courteous.
- Grendel (4/5): - Its average.
- Lanifel (4/5): - The building need a remodel.. our toilet don’t even have a toilet seat cover, tv is missing a remote control. Staff was ok.
- Wilfredo (2/5): - The phone and tv.is shot.leaky toilet, bed and bedding its worse. Mosquitos everywhere in the room. room is not good.food is worse.doors is not safe .this building needs general reno for every room.vanity not presentable. In a short word this hotel kisad in Baguio .philippines is not recommendable,to stay in my ..opinion. thanks mabuhay..
- Ligaya (6/5): - No shower curtains
Mold on the bathroom tiles
Blanket is so thin
Towels to old need new ones
- Ederlyn (2/5): - Great and friendly staff. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is not up to par. The bathroom is filthy, we found a roach egg on the wall, dust on the ceiling, the mirror by the sink area is not clean. On the 2nd night of our stay, I found a gum in the blanket that I used the night before which is absolutely gross. This hotel needs a serious attention when it comes to cleanliness. Paying for 2 rooms with the same issue is not money worth.
- Charles (2/5): - The staff was friendly, but the place was filthy and there was no toilet seats in the whole place. Water pressure was bad and the sink leaks all over the counter top.
- Adren (4/5): - Bathroom was very dirty and the doors on the lock did not work.
- Manuel (2/5): - This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. We did not stay. Filthy room. Mold on walls in room and bathroom. Toilet leaking on the floor. I asked front desk for towels to contain the leaking, but they were going to charge me for them!! Major construction going on next door. Noisy beyond description. The room was cold. No heater. This place needs a major renovation. Possibly just demolition
- Donna (6/5): - Their door locks are all busted , their bathroom toilets , shower are moldy
- Maria Corazon (4/5): - The property itself is in good condition but it was not well maintained. Deep cleaning should be done as toilet is dirty, walls has stains and molds, blanket smells like something that has been kept away for the longest time. Not recommended and I will not come back.
- Evangeline (4/5): - Hotel staff were friendly, but looked tired. We were on the 3rd floor. Since there was no elevator, the bellboy, an old man, had to carry my 2 heavy luggages up the stairs. My senior companions had difficulty walking up the stairs. Location of the hotel was steep and secluded, making it difficult for taxis to back out. The room was dirty, no AC, bed bugs. Toilet was barely flushable and had NO shower curtains.
- Eric (2/5): - I am not recommending this place due to the room is dirty, lots of mold, presence of cockroaches. This place needs renovation badly.
- Lesyl (6/5): - I dont think that its clean enough esp.the cr.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Exceellent Service - Hotel Henrico Kisad is accomodating and approachable
- mylene (6/5): Sending this review for imporvement. Not to rant. - Hello! Customer service was great. 2 receptionists and chef was very accommodating. Dining area has good ambience. However, in terms of the condition or our room (Room 210). The window was broken and no view outside. It makes us sad because we expected nice view and we expect to have a window for proper ventilation. Also, stainless towel holders and hooks were dirty and rusty. Door knob is not secured i think it can be open using plastic cards.
Hotel Henrico Kisad has a lot to offer. I hope minor observations can be corrected soon. I still want to stay in Hotel Henrico in the future.
Thanks for accommodating us. See you soon!!
- Delia (10/5): Baguio Get-Away!! - it was a relaxing weekend with my childhood friends staying in a friendly hotel Henrico-Kisad....thanks to the friendly & accommodating staff...
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We arrived early and they allowed us to check in without additional charge.
We stayed here before and it was nice that the reception and restaurant were renovated. It would also help in reviews if they renovate toilets and not look like a makeshift bathroom with tubes running all over.
- rommie (2/5): I WAS SCAMMED - The room given was an 8 sqm room with 2 bunkbeds that are a meter away from each other.
the CR was a mess, very badly lit, with just 1 bulb lighting the room. The main door is few inches bigger than the cr door. NEVER WILL I BOOK WITH YOUR APP AGAIN
- Charmaine Tolentino (8/5): - We were allowed to check-in earlier than the usual check-in time. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, however, some stuff on the bathroom were not ok (ie. towel and shower holder). The hotel serves flowing (instant) coffee. The receptionist was very kind to help us look for a taxi when we were to check out. To add, the place is relatively near Burnham Park and is very accessible. Overall, we really had a good stay in this hotel. It's worth the price that we paid (even more!).
- Christian (10/5): - Online booking should Check in earlier than timing check in if the guest arrived early.
All good and looking forward to stay again soon.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We only stayed to sleep overnight. Affordable because it serves breakfast. The staffs are helpful.
Needs improvement in bathroom facilities
(like heater ) and cleanliness (old tiles looks dirty).
Hotel taxi service not available so we have to walk outside to get a ride.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - the linens wer to thin, the water in the shower is not that hot, pillows are causing me neck pains
- Nino Ino (2/5): disappointed - We we're so shocked about the room, we just stay there I think for about 20 minutes to rest but after that we went outside to look for another hotel to stay, and after we found out a new hotel, we surrender the key to the receptionist and they didn't asked or did something for us to stay or even asked what's the problem. The place is creepy and very untidy
- Henry (6/5): Keep as a hotel not a house... 2.5*star?? Is not!! - Good in place for just only to sleep not to stay a longer days... Even though we get only a budget room I'm not fully satisfied on our room theirs a lot of mosquito and the smell of bed and pillow are not appropriate.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Run down dirty provided no services very uncomfortable place to stay had no choice
- Michael (10/5): Decent clean comfortable budget hotel. - This is a budget hotel so I wasn’t expecting too much. It was clean the rooms were big and the beds comfortable. There was a Flat screen TV and they had decent free Wi-fi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I emailed ahead of time and they allowed me to check in very early.
Overall I was pleasantly surprised.
- Rita (8/5): - Great Location..close to Burham Park..............
- Dominic (8/5): - it was a hassle free stay, definitely we're going back here. stayed 3d2n. please try the sisig near the hotel its deli 👌
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Accomodating staffs
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good service, but room was awful - we stayed here in a 4 day trip to Baguio and we booked this place since it is the cheapest for the month of May. Every hotel that we liked was too expensive. Service was good, staff was friendly and bonus points for the inclusive breakfast. What we didnt like was the room. We booked a room for two and it was dirty. The floor looked dusty and the room smelled like it wasnt used for weeks. The bathroom looked like it needs more cleaning. The room looks like it needs a total renovation. It’s uncomfortable and dusty. If you,re staying for just a day or two, staying here is good; but if you’re staying for a longer period of time and have the money to spare, stay at a better one like Crown Legacy— it’s just a couple of walks away from here or to City Lights Hotel
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The place is near town proper and safe place.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - For a 2 star its ok and staff are so friendly. Just upgrade a bit on rooms like chairs or proper lighting.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The worth of P1,400/night is a room in the basement with no bath towel and toiletries.
Please remove the chair at the common area in the basement - it's not pleasing...dirty!
The staff are accommodating. I asked the clerk to call someone to give massage and so she did. She also allowed me to use one of the rooms because my family was already asleep in our room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfortable and Staffs are very accomodating
- Marlon (10/5): Excellent - The hotel nearby establishment like Bank . Supermarket and malls. The room that I stayed is comfortable.I Will stay again on the near figure.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Our stay was good. It would be nice if the beds will be upgraded to a newer for a more.comfortable sleep. Thank you
- Vius (4/5): - Disappointing
- Ranier (6/5): Baguio trip 2018 - The room we had is budget wise good for 4 person, the room is located outside the main building thus the feeling is your not in a hotel. No direct contact with the staff unless you go inside the main building, lobby area. Good thing is the wifi has a good signal/service. Location is a bit far to downtown area. Lesson learned - to budget for at least a reasonable room.😁
- Katie (8/5): - If you're not fuzzy about your accommodation, then this is a good place to stay in. The room is comfortable for a night's rest. I had a plumbing problem in my room but the staff fixed the issue. As for the breakfast, it was unfortunate that I wasn't able to sample it.
Overall, my stay was great.
- Raki (10/5): Comfy and quiet - Staff were friendly, place was cozy enough. The price is very good for the amenities it provides. The breakfast was good. Location is perfect for a quiet night but very accessible to the city center.
- Teodoro (4/5): - For budget conscious traveler who does get bothered with cats in the dining hall eating with you and the lack of parking. Then you will not be bothered staying here.
- gene (10/5): Economic hotel - Very economic hotel. Good for just sleeping. Close to tourist spots
- Malou (8/5): Hotel Enrico Kisad a must try - Nice hotel, we are glad that we spend our weekend there.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just okay - We stayed in the old (room) part of the hotel. Curtain didn't fit the window. Sink is just beside our bed. It's kinda creepy. We'll go back here and hopefully we'll get to try to stay in one of the new rooms.
- Adam - Ella (8/5): Good value for money - It was good over night stay and good breakfast too :)
- roxanne (10/5): Budget friendly and great hotel experience - 1. Near burnham and other sites to visit
2. Very friendlt staff
3. Clean room, complete amenities, towels/soap okay, hot shower ok, ventilation ok, lights ok, tv ok, reception ok
4. FREE WIFI & FREE BREAKFAST
5. UNLI WATER AND UNLI COFFEE
6. FREE ang mgiwanng luggages after checkout para pwede pa mglibot around baguio and balikan nlang after few hours!
7. 24-hr helpdesk
Am i happy? Very much
Ps: this isnt your typical sosyaling hotel, so dont expect too much. But my family’s experience is great! We dont need fancy hotel naman, we just needed a place to stay, and very happy kami na eto ang pinili ko and not the other hotel na mas mahal 👍
- arcelie (10/5): Very good - Nice place to stay with family and the free breakfast is so good
- Ralph (8/5): Close to Burnham Park - Clean room and comform room. The place is quiet and the ambience is peaceful. You can literally walk going to Burnham Park in about 15 mins.
- Robert (2/5): Stay away! - Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here! The place was filthy, no maid service, food was terrible, there were stray cats wandering in the dining area!! My lights had wiring issues and my smoke alarm needed a new battery. Solution? Remove the light bulb and take alarm out of the room! The bed was a home made bunkbed, blankets were so threadbare, they were closer to sheets, towels were stained, bathroom not cleaned in a long time (mold everywhere). I could go on forever.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel - Nice hotel and accommodating staff. Stayed simply and I got what we needed. Thank you.
- Granth (10/5): - It was great. The hotel staff are so hospitable. There always smile and having eye contact with the guest. I have a great experience with Hotel Henrico Kisad. I would recommend this to mg friends and family.
- Edna (2/5): Disappointed. - The hotel in the room that I stayed bathroom need attention100% no hot shower and need heater in the room its colds. Staff is friendly and helpful.
- Gari (6/5): - Barely average.. Amenities were added for compliance but aesthetic is poor. Under staff, Room was not ready when we checked in past two PM
- Eisa (4/5): - Reaching hotel is the worst
- Verified traveler (6/5): Improve cleanliness - Dinner plate with leftover food was found under the bed when we arrived. Small cockroaches were also found crawling in the room. Low price tho, and breakfast was good.
- Del (4/5): Disappointing - The walls had cobwebs near the bed. Toilet pipes were leaking and worst thing was it had a very strong odour of cigarette smoke as though somebody used it as a smoking room right before our check in. TV remote wasn't working. No complimentary bottled water in the room as well.
- Arthur (2/5): Mold Infestation - When we first checked in, I was a bit wary as they had old mattresses just thrown on the walls of the hallway, but being in a hurry for dinner, we just dropped off our stuff and took off. Later that night, we came back and it was freezing in the room. There was no way to heat it and the blankets were paper thin. We turned on the TV to wind down a bit, but got nothing but snow. That's also when I noticed a smell. After going to the bathroom, I noticed an overwhelming smell of mold. I looked up and the ceiling was just covered in it. We quickly grabbed our things and stayed elsewhere. The next morning, we quickly grabbed our stuff and checked out. I mentioned it the front and they just sort of gave me a blank stare. It wasn't a rude one, but more of not knowing how to handle the situation.
- rhylle (2/5): - dim entrance at road going hotel
dim entrance at lobby
no assistance going room
cold shower kahit nakaheater na
dirty room
cant sleep bec u can hear the chats of nearby guest at the other room
you can hear footsteps everywhere
serve us with a ripped off towel
dirty ng toilet
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Value for money; Hotel staff is courteous and pleasant.
- Abner (6/5): No frills. - Good for budget travellers
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Reservation made for my son his wife and child. On arrival they gave him a closet with one bed and no mattress. Was dirty and they would not work with him
- Michel (6/5): You Get what You Pay For ... - the Bathroom smell and water Stay All the time. Some Roaches too . Steep Hill to Clim . Tv cable and Wi-Fi is ok . But I will go Back ...
- Baby (2/5): DON Henrico Hotel Kisad - Aside from it's location coz it's near the burmham park? There's nothing else I like about this hotel.. sorry but it smells bad, the room should be maintained. Bathroom is always wet due to some leak or what so ever. Over all with the value of money? I think it's not worth
- Verified traveler (4/5): Unpleasant stay in a dirty room - Had a two nights stay there, room is in very old and poor condition. Housekeeping did not change the bedsheets even though there's a dirt. If you leave the windows opened, bugs can come in because the window net made broken for the window handles. The bathroom looks disgusting also. Only good thing about the hotel is you have a free breakfast which is not bad and hotel is just a 6 to 8 min walk from Burnham park.
- Leonisa (8/5): Very good - It was comforting and affordable. The area where it is located is very accessible.
- riko (8/5): Nice hotel and peaceful - Hotel map location is not accurate...
There are two HOTEL HENRICO
ONE IS IN KISAD ( NOT REALLY TO CLOSE TO BURNHAM PARK)
AND THE OTHER ONE IS IN LEGARDA (NEAR TO BURNHAM PARK)
experience was so great... I will recommend the hotel its a peaceful place to stay...
- Verified traveler (4/5): Friendly staff in a dirty hotel! - Hotel is not maintained at all. Smelly room.
Staff is very friendly!
- Frenesi Anne (8/5): Hotel located on an uphill road - Great stay here but thought we are able to walk to SM - it will be a long walk as the hotel is located a little uphill. Oldies will have difficulty going up. Use a cab or ask the front desk to help call a cab --- they are pleasant and willing to assist.
- Maria (6/5): Good location very near to the city - Bathroom is not so good. Flooring is very much uneven.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Poor Location for walking anywhere - The hotel sits at the top of a very steep driveway so it is fine if arriving by taxi but to go to a convenience store or walk to a restaurant means a extremely steep long climb up a rounding driveway access road. Nice people and breakfast was ok but typical small Filipino plated breakfast but fresh.
- Jeffrey (6/5): Not Baguio's best... - This hotel has seen better days - and those days were a LONG time ago. Changed rooms three times because of issues relating to cleanliness, inoperable toilet/shower and WiFi. Rooms were grotty and the first room I was in the bathroom door had the bottom rotted off and was held on by just the upper hinge. WiFi is spotty and only worked about half the time. This hotel is in an out-of-the way place, at the top of a hill off a side street. The only thing the neighborhood has to offer is four bars and a 7-11 store.
- Verified traveler (6/5): My Henrico Kisad Experience - Hotel is near to Burnham Park and commercial establishments which is good for vacationers. The room that we took, room 218, was a twin bed family room, and we find it ok, except for the bath room that is constantly wet due to bad design and bad drainage system. Water heater is fine but shower was badly installed.
Overall hotel experience was good despite minor room defects.
- Araceli (2/5): - Receptionist put us on a room that is dirty and very frustrating. The bathroom don't flush well n beddings are crumple n beds are outdated. We paid for 6people n transfer us to a 5bedroom room much better but one person should sleep on the floor with a matress that staff gave us. The money we paid for 2 nights is not worthted. Sorry but can't recommend this to anyone.
