• Octavia (9/5): Very enjoyable, staff made everything smooth and easy - I enjoyed the facilities in the room and the utensils available. Very nice outside area and the room was cleaned very well I enjoyed everything. there was a cockroach in the bathroom though but that's not anyone's fault.

• Dianne (8/5): - We walked into a nice clean unit. Smelt very clean. We couldnt connect to the internet tv. Even though there it said it has connected. It also said there was a fan in the closet, but there was nothing so you need update thete guest book We eventually found the air con remote. We were smokers, so they gave us a ashtray so we went out the back door to smoke and found butts on ground. But over all, it was a lovely stay with lovely staff. 😊

• Mick (10/5): Great value hotel. - The self contained Room was very clean with a recent makeover completed. Has a small kitchen/dining area, sofa lounge and bathroom. The hotel also has a laundry facility to wash & dry your clothes which was handy while travelling. Only a 10 minute walk to the Marina and cafes, bars & restaurants.

The shower mixer tap required a full 360degree turn before hot water started to run. Very unusual arrangement with no instructions re operation. The TV remote was all sticky which I had to clean before continuing with use.

• Glenn (9/5): - Very clean and the staff were awesome. The cleaners did my morning dishes as I had a conference to go to and came back later in the day to find they had washed them. The pillows were quite hard. There were 4 of them, which was nice but all a bit hard.

A bit out dated, the fold out couch was very hard we had to sit on the cushions, the beds were really firm (ok if you like firm beds) The noise from the room above ours wasn't loud but was loud enough to hear sliding door opening and closing and water running. Overall we didn't have an enjoyable or comfortable night.
