- Tetiana (10/5): - Undoubtedly, the hostess and the entire family are wonderful people who create a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. Leaving the city for the countryside for a couple of days was a great decision. The way the night sounds there… mmm… magical. It’s only about 10–15 minutes by motorbike to the center of Hoi An. The room is spacious. The bed is large, and the mattress is comfortably soft. The bed linen and towels are clean.

On the edge of a countryside community, but just 15 minutes cycling to beach or beautiful Hoi An town. The room & bathroom were spacious & comfortable but it was the kind and thoughtful host that made it outstanding. Recommended. Nothing. Everything was good
- Koshman (10/5): Чудесное место для тишины и покоя. - Тишина, спокойствие, чудесная милая семья и их милые собаки. Зеленая территория вокруг и кресла на берегу, где можно сидеть и смотреть на воду. Рядом хорошие атмосферные кофейни с видом на поля. В комнате есть все необходимое, а в коридоре есть общая кухня. У меня сломался холодильник и хозяйка уже через пару часов заменила его на новый. На душе остались только приятные воспоминания — благодарю семью за их дом и гостеприимство. Все хорошо. Но перед поездкой стоит учитывать, что это жилой дом, в котором на первом этаже живёт семья с маленьким малышом. Но второй этаж абсолютно тих и приватен.

The location is stunning, right by the river, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and special. They also have dogs who are unbelievably sweet and friendly. I truly can’t wait to come back again. .

- Irina (9/5): Superb - It's a great place to stay. My room was very spacious. AC worked perfectly. The owners are super nice and friendly. You can rent a bicycle from them and cycle around the rice fields. Location is in the vegetable village where it's quiet and you can see the life of locals. I highly recommend the place.

- Kimi (10/5): A very relaxing accomodation in a peaceful area - Amazing stay at the quiet countryside in Hoi An. Family was so kind and helpful. They also have many dogs. It’s easy to get a grab to the beach or to the Hoi An center. You can also rent a bicycle or a scooter for a affordable price. The room was very clean and well furnished. Everything was perfect

Local farms… There is a little lake with lovely view in the yard where can have coffee and enjoy the tranquility… the family is so welcoming, lovely and helpful! Supper clean room, bathtub, warm water… 10 to 15 mins ride to old town and about 7 mins to the see. It’s perfect place for one who wants to be in quiet and nature but still use the city… 👌🏻

The place is at one end of he island, so you cross the organic vegetable gardens and rice fields to reach the house I can't suggest anything really. If you ask for food, the lady makes it delicious, the room is spacious.
- Nicole (10/5): Amazing homestay in nature! - I stayed almost two weeks in this lovely homestay. What a great family! They made me really feel at home. Mai was so caring and helpful in many things. She organised a scooter for my time there. I asked for a lamp for reading and by evening it was already in my room. The room got cleaned every day. The mattress of my bed was too hard for me, so she puts many blankets on top to make it softer. That was a great idea! You need to like dogs if you go there but they get used to you quickly. Its best to have a motorbike or bike to get to everything more easy, obviously. It was so good to stay outside the city. I can highy recommend this place and would come back to it! Cam on Mai! Joy Just minor things: I was in Room 202.If other guests are staying and they use the aircon, you can hear the fan of it, because its facing your balcony. You can also hear the waterpump if someone is showering or using the toilet. The mattress is hard, but there are solutions for it. :)
- Andrew (8/5): lovely property in a beautiful location. - This is a real find. the people are lovely and extremely helpful. our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. We ordered breakfast at extra cost and they served it on the terrace overlooking the lake. Bikes were available and we used them to visit the beach. overall lovely. This homestay is some distance from Hoi an. However, local taxis took us back and forth from this haven to the madness of the city.
