- Shibutani (8/5): - 宿泊施設の料金が高くなっているこの御時世に於いてお得な金額だと思います。 チェックイン機の操作方法も分かりやすく説明していただいたので割と時間も手間も必要以上に費やす事無く出来ました。 ロケーションは流石に良いとは言えないまでも歓楽街の目と鼻と口の先で高い建物に囲まれている場所なのでどうしようも無いですし部屋からの眺めを目的にした旅ではないのでホテルさん側には全く不満はございません。

- Kylie (3/5): Not worth it. Stay somewhere else - Staff was fine, but be wary of location. It’s right near the city’s red light/entertainment district so unless that’s your thing I wouldn’t recommend staying in this area. Lots of street noise and somehow, we ended up with a smoking room. Clean enough but smelled like three decades worth of cigarettes. Expensive for what you get. Old and smelly (cigarettes). Bed was very uncomfortable too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

- takoyaki3 (7/5): 繁華街にあるビジネスホテル。特に問題なければコスパよし - いわゆるごく一般的なビジネスホテルだと思います。繁華街近くにあり、近所にコンビニ、飲食店等あります。 設備も全くごく一般的なビジネスホテルのそれです。建物1階部分に、仙台ではそこそこ評価の高いラーメン屋さんがはいっているので、それをフロントチェックイン時に見てしまうと、やっぱりそこで〆のラーメン食べたくなっちゃいますよね 当ホテルは一般的なビジネスホテルですが、周辺はラブホや夜のお店の多いエリアです。（特別治安の悪さは感じておりませんが） 提携駐車場の表記はその通りといえばその通りなのですが、特別安いということはないような気がしました。 近所には多数コインパがありますが、場所柄、昼間料金と夜間料金の設定があるところが多く、夜間料金が18.19時スタートで朝7.8時までというビジネス向けの設定。17時代にチェックインして10時まで部屋にいる、みたいな観光客向けではない設定が多いように感じました。ホテルの責任とは思いませんので、評価点数外です。

- Yuheng (5/5): Okay for a couple of nights only - The location was great, easily walkable to and from Sendai station and the main shopping district. The room was decently sized for a budget business hotel. Free breakfast was included: toast, eggs, coffee and tea. The whole building was centrally heated (I assume), which means you can't adjust the temperature of your room. The temperature was set way too high. I ended up spending as little time in my hotel room as possible. I woke up feeling dehydrated. I did know it wasn't a lounging in your luxury suite type of stay, but having to get out before 9 am because you were boiling was a bit much.

- YO (7/5): 古き良き時代のビジネスホテル - 設備は古かったが清潔感は保たれていました。 冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、空気清浄機（保湿機能なし）が標準設置。 朝食は食パン、丸パンにマーガリン、ジャム、ゆで卵と飲み物類でした。 受付前のコーヒーが飲み放題でした。 近くにドン・キホーテがあり買い物は困らない ツインルームでしたが、一つのベッドがバンクベッドで寝心地が良くありませんでした。 （メインはセミダブルサイズで心地よい）
