- Humphreys (8/5): Though not high end this has lots to recommend it, I'm always thus happy to rebook (my 3rd visit) - Opposite the park with easy access to lakeside restaurants, k eybox for arrival out of hours works well for security and access, the lift so that heavy cases are easily got to the top floor, beds are comfy, everything's clean and there's always good hot water, the fridge, everything one needs is provided, some of the wall art, good wifi Rooms with only metal chairs mean evening sitting must necessarily be on the bed, the soap provided could be in easier to use containers and a bit better quality, the rooms can be very warm & though windows can be opened, it can often be noisy externally as it's a busy road

Mit Bus nahe zum Zentrum, für Hund ideal (meine Hündin wurde sehr willkommen geheissen!). In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Super Bett, habe sehr gut geschlafen! Lage nach hinten war auch ideal... Viele Spaziermöglichkeiten für mich und Hundie (Principessa). Die Türe der Duschkabine ging von alleine zu... Etwas teuer vielleicht...

Ho trovato l’appartamento pulito e ben organizzato, con tutto ciò che mi serviva a disposizione. Unico dettaglio migliorabile, la mancanza di una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo, ma per il resto l’esperienza è stata ottima.

La réceptionniste au départ a été particulièrement désagréable et je pèse mes mots. Je lui ai donc répondu sur le même ton qu'elle a employé et ce n'est pas mon habitude ! J'ai fini par lui dire que je payais mais que je vous en informerai Elle m'a envoyé un mail après mon départ pour m'annoncer qu'il refusait les chiens de + de 25Kg où est-ce mentionné dans dans l'annonce ? et si j'étais de mauvaise foi (ce qui n'est pas le cas) elle n'a pas pesé mon chien ... Si j'ai tout apprécié dans cet établissement, tout a été gâché par cette réceptionniste !

- Nicole (9/5): Grosszügige Zimmergrösse, sauber und optimal ausgestattet - Die Raumgrösse war grosszügig, es gab genug Platz. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war ideal, das nötigste war vorhanden. Es gab genügend Handtücher, WC Papier, Teller, Besteck, also alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich komme gern wieder, denn im Vergleich zu einem Hotelzimmer in der Preisklasse, konnte man sich wenigstens noch im Raum bewegen und hatte genug Platz. Alles war vollkommen in Ordnung.

- René (8/5): Als Kurzaufenthalt ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. - In der direkte Umgebung am See (nur die Strasse überqueren) hat es ein paar Restaurants. Somit muss man nicht gleich in der Innenstadt fahren um was zu essen. Sehr gut Schallisoliert, man hört kaum was sobald die Fenster zu sind. Eine späte Anreise ist dank Schlüsseltresor kein Problem (wenn es vorher gemeldet wird). Der Bodenbelag ist quasi eine Mischung zwischen Kokosmatte und Vinyl. Empfand es als unangenehm darauf barfuss zu laufen. Auf den Foto ist ein Nespresso Zenius ersichtlich, so eine Maschine habe ich zuhause auch. Leider 'nur' ein normaler Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln (statt Pads).

- Allison (3/5): Uncomfortable bed/furniture; poor ventilation; no restaurant; limited "lake view"; overpriced - The kitchen had everything we needed - including a dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. The dining table was large and we had great mountain views from the "penthouse" apartment. There is a bus stop right across the street which is very convenient without a car, and is necessary because the facility is not close to anything. There is a market as described but it is straight up an enormous hill - so only went once! The bathroom has a large soaking tub. The staff were very pleasant and did their best to assist us. The initial room we were in (supposedly with a lake view - had just a sliver through the trees) was small and the only furniture to sit on were 2 very uncomfortable chairs. Two uncomfortable stools at a small counter was the only option for eating. After two nights we asked to move and paid a LOT more for the "penthouse". While there was significantly more space and better views (mostly mountains, very little lake still), the bed and pillows were also uncomfortable. The only furniture to sit on besides uncomfortable dining chairs was a well worn sofa - also not comfortable. The only source for air are two very small windows - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. But to open them meant hearing a LOT of road noise. The facility is right on a major road with substantial traffic. I had to go buy ear plugs because sleeping was impossible. Some sort of flying beetles also came in as there were no screens on the windows. There was no ventilation system in the bathroom which means airing out that room (from shower or toilet use) has to happen over the bed to the little window. And the light from the bathroom shines right on the bed - it is a glass door so no way to avoid disturbing someone sleeping. The soaking tub/shower combo has a very high rim with no safety handles which made getting in and out of it difficult and risky. The Booking site said there was a restaurant on site but it has been closed for some time which we had counted on. We paid over $5000 for two weeks of this - so to say we are disappointed is an understatement.

- Renzo (8/5): - Bon emplacement pour le prix, la cuisine dispose tout dont vous avez besoin à l exception du café😜, calme et le balcon est très pratique quand on est fumeur😉 L appartement mériterai un coup de peinture. Le lavabo de la salle de bain coule, du coup grosse flaque d eau sous le lavabo. Les lumières sont atroces, beaucoup trop claires, on se croirait un peu dans une chambre d hôpital, (ils existent des ampoules plus chaudes et chaleureuses😉).
- G. (8/5): Prima studio met kitchenette - Inchecken ging uitstekend. Heel fijn dat we gratis met het openbaar vervoer konden reizen. Bushalte voor de deur. We hadden een studio met balkon, maar door het lawaai van de straat kon je niet op het balkon zitten. Zelfs de ramen konden s nachts niet open blijven door de herrie.

They have a weird system of having to email you passport scan before you arrive in order to get the code for you key. This wasn't told when booking, only a couple of days before you arrive. This led to me worrying all weekend I wouldn't have access when arriving on Sunday. This also led to another party being locked outside when they arrived later.

- Frederic (4/5): - Pas de personnel. Rien n'indiquais dans la description de l'hébergement que le personnel n'est présent de 8h00 à 14h00, alors que l'arrivée est permise de 15h00 à 21h00. Vous recevez un mail vous demandant d'envoyer votre carte d'identité par mail pour faciliter votre arrivée, mais en fait c'est obligatoire sinon vous ne pouvez pas rentrer. les cartes d'accès sont dans une boite a clé qui s'ouvre avec un code que vous recevez en retour d'e-mail seulement. la "hot-line" n'est disponible que jusqu'à 18h00 et en semaine seulement, il ne fait donc pas louper de répondre à ce mail sinon vous êtes dehors.

- Gökcan (9/5): Overall very nice, great location, and good value for money - The room, although not so big, was quite comfortable and well-furnished. The location was perfect for people who would like to go to the beach. The hotel is very close (a few minutes by walking) to a public beach where you can swim. We also appreciated that there is a gym in the hotel, which we were able to use during our stay. One thing we did not like was that there was no cleaning service on the weekend. Since our visit was from Friday to Tuesday, we were not able to get our room cleaned until Monday, which was a little disappointing.

- Hugo (7/5): - Dans la réservation nous avions des tickets de transports en commun. C'était très appréciable, ça permet de pouvoir profiter du centre ville facilement. L'arrivée autonome était bien gérée.
- Keith (8/5): - This property was fine overall. It did suffer from checkin woes for other hotel guests who needed to complete checkin - but could not due to the unstaffed reception after 2pm. I am beginning to not be a fan of reception limited hotels. The hotel was not central, but did offer good access to the park and marina which was right across the street. Bus access to downtown was very easy. Unfortunately we had no air conditioning, and the hotel room had one window which opened so we could not generate a breeze. The hotel supplied two gans, though, so we could move the hot air around ok. Our timing aligned with a heat wave, so bad luck.

- Sophie (9/5): Good facilities, well connected to public transport, comfortable - Room was spacious and well connected to the public transport system I travelled with a friend and we shared a room to save money. The bathroom door is part frosted and adjacent to the beds so it's fairly clear what's happening in the bathroom from outside. We improvised a solution for better privacy during our stay but I'd strongly advise frosting the door completely for future guests (e.g. those travelling for business and sharing a room)

- Anastasia (9/5): Very nice, but payment if you do not carry cash is very confusing - That it has kitchen, and also they did automate a lot of processes. Groceries & bus stop are close enough. Also close to the Vidy beach 🏖️ When visiting during the weekend, hard to manage some easy-looking topics like city tax payment. Cash? Maybe we shall try QR codes / payment links sent by email for payment instead?
