Das fanden wir sehr gut. Das Essen auf der Dachterrasse sowie Frühstück waren sehr gut Es gab nichts auszusetzen

The staff is amazing and very kind. Very good location near the best malls in Colombo. The food is good but not many varieties compared to other 5 star hotels.
Stefanie (8/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr neu, im allgemeinen sehr schön gestaltet. Es gibt ein überdurchschnittlich gutes Frühstucksbuffet und auch das Essen im Restaurant allgemein war sehr lecker. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer an sich und auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und das Bett unfassbar bequem. Der Rooftop-Pool war toll, mit Blick über die Stadt, die Musik war nicht zu laut und aufdringlich. Das fand ich angenehm. Die Zimmertüren waren sehr geräuschdurchlässig weil sie nach unten zum Boden nicht vollständig geschlossen waren (es war ein Spalt wo Licht und auch Lärm durch kam) und beim zufallen der Tür schlug Holz auf Holz, was leider entsprechend laut war und sich auch bei vorsichtigem Zumachen nicht verhindern ließ. Was ich definitv negativ bewerten möchte ist, dass es viel viel viel zu wenige Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool gibt, nämlich nur 3 runde Loungemöbel. Das ist bei weitem nicht ausreichend für das, was benötigt werden würde.

Ein weiteres Highlight war die Tour durch Colombo mit einem Elektro Tuk Tuk. Unser Guide Fasal hat uns 4 Stunden die Stadt gezeigt und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt. Er spricht gut Englisch, war top informiert und sehr freundlich.

But real highlight are the staff, who are all incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful - shout out to Keith in particular! Stephan (10/5): Food is great - Tolles Rooftop. Excellentes Essen und sowohl europäischer Food wie auch authentische Sri Lankische Küche wird angeboten. Sie machen regelmässig sogenannte Hoppers-Dinner. Das ist ein Buffet mit ausschliesslich Küche aus Sri Lanka. So gut, dass auch Einheimische speziell dafür kommen. Scharf, aber doch noch so, dass man es als Europäer*in gut verträgt. Grossartig Jetwing Colombo Seven antwortet grundsätzlich nicht, wenn man sie über die Booking-Plattform anschreibt für Fragen. Auch nicht nach freundlicher Erinnerung. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ist schwierig einzustellen. Auf "Auto" bläst sie zu wenig und mit der Zeit wird es stickig, bzw. der CO2-Gehalt steigt. Auf "Low" bläst sie zwar und sorgt für Lufterneuerung, sobald sie aber die Temperatur erreicht hat, ist der Luftfluss viel zu gering. Man hat also immer zu warm, zu kalt oder Kopfweh. Passen tut es nie.

It was definitely luxurious and you are definitely experiencing the 5 star lifestyle! Great location to commute as well around Colombo and outside of Colombo. I felt very safe when travelling solo as a young woman. I felt protected by staying in this hotel! Thank you so much for your hospitality. I appreciate you approving early morning check-in as well. Due to the India vs Pakistan Cricket match, all of the hotel rooms were fully booked on Sunday 15th February, so I could not make a reservation and was able to do an early morning check-in on Monday 16th February. I requested and arrived for 9am check-in, but ended up waiting for 2 hours to be informed that my room was finally ready. I had breakfast in the meantime which was accommodating.

Tristan (9/5): Mooie plek, maar net geen 10 - Mooie grote, ruime kamer met fijne badkamer. Lekker eten. Ontbijtbuffet met voldoende opties. Goede service van de schoonmaak- en facilitairedienst. De wasmachine was kapot en die was binnen een uur vervangen. Heel fijn. Zwemdbad op het dakterras en het uitzicht zijn ook top. Enige dat tegenviel was een deel van het personeel. Werden tijdens ons verblijf gebeld op de kamer voor een tussentijdse review van ons verblijf. Goed dat je hiervoor benaderd wordt, maar dan liever als we door de lobby lopen en niet als onze zoon moet slapen op de kamer. Het uitchecken ging ook niet geweldig. We kregen een eindbedrag te horen van onze kosten, zonder de specificaties daarbij te laten zien. Toen we deze wel kregen stonden er bedragen op die niet klopte, waarna hele disussie ontstond om het te laten corrigeren. Was geen fijne manier om het af te sluiten.

Martina Vivarelli (10/5): An absolute delight - The hotel was a very pleasant discovery. We booked it as a " finisher" to our 3 weeks stay in sri Lanka, and we were pleasantly surprised. We asked for a room on a high floor, and we were accomodated. The view was beautiful, the room big and clean, and equipped with all necessity. On one occasion we ordered room serviced, that arrived within 15 min.and considering the Hotel, prices were good to. Good selection of food available 24h. The pool on the rooftop was the highlight.we really enjoyed it beautiful landscape, at day and night, not to crowded, very good size, and I particularly enjothe early opening time, that allowed me to go in for a morning swim. The gym is also very well equipped, and kept in top noch, with a great view over the city.( for eveb better motivation) even here, great opening and closing time, allowing you to use it early and late. Breakfast was super too. Changed daily, getting you excited every morning on what's on the buffet. Maybe a few more vegan options would be a nice add on,specially in the sweet area,but I still managed to have a great brekfast. Last but not least...we were very pleased with the hotels policies, and their environment friendly approach, using sustainable materials for the complementary items, as well producing hot water with a heath exchanging system ( from hot water and body heath etc) and using a biomass burner for The A.C ( refilled glass bottles in the room, avoiding plastic...) We are really pleased with our stay, we can only reccomend
