- Maartje (9/5): - Authentieke stijl op een mooie locatie (omgeving ook rustig en authentiek) met vriendelijke ontvangst van Gabriele. Prachtig uitzicht zonder heel afgelegen te zijn. Binnen 5 minuten bereik je verschillende plaatsjes. Alleen wat praktische verbeterpunten voor de kamer en buiten, al doorgegeven en wordt aan gewerkt.
- Olena (10/5): Дуже чудове місце і дуже привітний господар ! - Господар цього дому був справді дуже привітним. Ми орендували кімнату в цьому домі на 4 дні з сніданками. І кожного ранку господар приїжджав, щоб нас погодувати це був шведський стіл де були бутерброди, варені яйця на різні мʼясні страви. Також був солодкий стіл де був дуже смачний кекс з джемом. Також, якщо ви не берете сніданки, там є розміщена кухня на якій Ви можете самостійно приготувати їжу. Розташування було чудовим, нам було близько добиратись до всіх запланованих туристичних міст. Дорога до помешкання не є жахливою, вона просто не асвальтована, але нічого страшного в ній немає, оскільки ми проїхали звичайно легковою машиною. Рекомендую це місце для туристів !

- Petra (4/5): Soggiorno deludente , bella solo la posizione - Il casale si trova in una zona piacevole e tranquilla, ma purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza. Le istruzioni per l’accesso sono state fornite solo via messaggio, senza accoglienza di persona. La stanza (Junior Suite vista giardino n. 6) è raggiungibile tramite una scala molto stretta e ripida, poco pratica soprattutto con valigie o animali. La pulizia e la qualità della biancheria lasciano a desiderare: lenzuola e asciugamani molto usurati e non uniformi. Anche il bagno presentava problemi, con elementi della doccia poco stabili. La gestione della colazione è stata confusa: inizialmente sembrava non fosse inclusa, poi è stata “improvvisata”. Ci è stata data una brioche destinata ad altri ospiti e il servizio in generale è risultato poco organizzato (caffè preparato con difficoltà e latte scaldato in modo poco adeguato). La struttura è isolata, quindi è necessario avere un mezzo per spostarsi. Nel complesso, esperienza poco soddisfacente. Unica nota positiva: la posizione. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte.

- Marianna (8/5): Soggiorno che rigenera corpo e mente - Podere immerso nella natura,dove il tempo si ferma e lo spirito si rigenera..struttura dallo stile rustico, ma meravigliosa..si dorme nella pace più assoluta e ci si sveglia fra il cinguettio degli uccellini e gli scoiattoli che passaggiano da un albero all'altro.. I proprietari-il signor Gabriele e la sua signora-di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica.. e' stato piacevolissimo intrattenerci con loro in lunghe chiacchierate.. animali ben accetti e bambini felici che-insieme ai cagnolini-possono correre liberamente nell'ampio spazio esterno. Colazione eccellente con dolce e salato. Abbiamo soggiornato in febbraio, quindi gli spazi esterni -come la piscina-erano ancora ed ovviamente da riattivare.. Vicinissimo a punti d'interesse come Lucignano, Cortona, Foiano della Chiana.. Consigliatissimo Assolutamente niente.. è un podere immerso nel verde ed è quindi facile trovare qualche piccolo insettino..ma non sarebbe un podere immerso nel verde altrimenti😁 ..Struttura in continua ristrutturazione e con tante idee per migliorarsi..

- Giuseppe (8/5): Brevissimo soggiorno nella campagna di Manciano. - Colazione Non applicabile Il casale d'epoca si trova immersa nel silenzio della campagna toscana ed ha una bella piscina ed un ampio parcheggio. Il proprietario Gabriele disponibile ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessari e ottimi consigli per ottimi ristoranti limitrofi. Ritengo che il bagno sia da rivedere.

It’s clean, charming, secluded, comfortable, and still close to a small town if you want to explore, dine out, or purchase supplies. I loved everything about it.

The breakfast felt like being a part of the family, and his mother served homemade traditional cake at the last day of our stay.

- Martino (7/5): - Zona meravigliosa e tranquilla. Struttura esternamente davvero carina. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. La pulizia delle zone comuni lasciava decisamente a desiderare, in particolare attrezzi da cucina sporchi (come le pinze per la torta che non è mai stata cambiata per tutta la durata del mio pernottamento), e spezie e prodotti vari in bella vista aperti e in alcuni casi scaduti Camera e bagno puliti ma datati e molto meno "patinati" rispetto alle foto. Asciugamani e lenzuola puliti ma davvero di terza mano. Da sottolineare il doccino della vasca da bagno incrostato di calcare, appoggiato in equilibrio instabile a un supporto rotto sul muro. Infine, una privacy praticamente esistente dal momento che ogni movimento o dialogo nelle camere adiacenti era perfettamente udibile, in particolar modo ad ora tarda.
- Ahmad (10/5): - We stayed in the house as a group in November 2025 and it exceeded our expectations. Gabriele took care of things by himself in the house and was there whenever we needed something. The room, kitchen and the toilet were clean. The towels as well. Family-friendly atmosphere in general, cozy and comfortable place to stay. The area around the house takes you to unforgettable experience (only the pictures can truly describe it) and is suitable as a short stopover on the way to Rome and vice versa.

Wystrój sprawiał, że czuliśmy się trochę jak w skansenie, ale miało to swój urok. Wygodne łóżko z pachnącą pościelą. Czyste ręczniki. Cisza wokół. Super baza wypadowa na trip po wschodniej Toskanii. - Alessandro (10/5): Un agriturismo che è un insieme di natura e relax accompagnato dalla gentilezza toscana di Gabriele e la sua famiglia - Non posso che dare il massimo dei voti a questo agriturismo che, dalla prima all'ultima ora del nostro soggiorno, ha reso il nostro viaggio di coppia in Toscana davvero speciale. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: immersa nel cuore della campagna toscana, ma a pochi minuti da alcune delle cittàdelle calme dov’è si respira la vera Toscana. La quiete che regna in questo angolo di paradiso è impagabile, lontano dal caos della vita quotidiana. Ogni mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini e la dolce brezza che attraversava i campi. Un vero gioiello dell'agriturismo è senza dubbio l'albero di fichi che si trova nel giardino. I fichi erano maturi e succosi, perfetti per fare una colazione sana e gustosa. Non avevo mai assaggiato fichi così dolci e freschi! Un angolo di tranquillità e natura che rende ancora più speciale il soggiorno. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è il personale: una famiglia meravigliosa che ci ha accolti come se fossimo parte della loro. Sempre sorridenti, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa in ogni dettaglio. Un'esperienza da ripetere sicuramente, e che consiglio a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno autentico e rilassante nella splendida Toscana!

La Signora Elsa si occupa della colazione con la maestria della tipica Nonna che tutti abbiamo avuto nella vita. Piscina molto piacevole e bella, camere pulite ed accoglienti.
- Giuseppe (8/5): Valdichiana aretina a portata di mano - Si tratta di un bel casale rustico e un posto rilassante, adatto soprattutto a famiglie. Il proprietario, Gabriele, è una persona affabile e ben disposto all'accoglienza. Il casale ha eccezionali potenzialità e i progetti futuri sicuramente lo renderanno ancora più accogliente e con servizi esclusivi (prodotti locali, ristorazione, maneggio e altro). Dotato di una piccola piscina tenuta abbastanza bene e un bel giardino dove godere di un po' di tranquillità e svago. A dieci minuti di auto si possono visitare uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, Lucignano, ma anche Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona, Anghiari... Arezzo. Uniche note che stonano un po' con la buona accoglienza sono l'ambiente della camera (comunque pulita), il bagno (un po' datato), le lenzuola e gli asciugamani un po' troppo rustici e minimali, così com'è stata minimale la colazione (con pochissima scelta). Consiglio comunque per brevi soggiorni in quanto adatto per chi non ha grandi pretese dagli ambienti interni ed è particolarmente adatto come punto di appoggio per visitare borghi e città vicine.

- chiara (3/5): Prezzo eccessivo e manutenzione necessaria (cade intonaco nella stanza). - Posizione molto comoda vicino all'uscita autostradale e immersa nella campagna. Bella zona all'aperto e piscina che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare per colpa del meteo. Struttura pulita. Prezzo però comunque eccessivo per il soggiorno. Sono caduti pezzi di intonaco (spessi, non solo pittura) nella stanza. Avevamo prenotato la stanza doppia +culla con bagno privato esterno. Mentre eravamo a cena dal soffitto si sono staccati dei pezzi di intonaco che sono caduti a pochi centimetri dalla culletta, per fortuna vuota in quel mimento. Il proprietario chiamato subito, dopo iniziale scetticismo (perché la casa era stata revisionata l'anno prima) si è scusato e ci ha dato un'altra camera che era vuota e non ci ha fatto pagare il prezzo extra per la culla. Resta il fatto che rischi di questo tipo non dovrebbero capitare, per quanto antica sia la struttura evidentemente la manutenzione non è stata fatta a dovere. Al netto di ciò, camera e bagno (sia quella prenotata inizialmente sia quella assegataci dopo) si presentavano ok, anche se il mobilio era datato (forse antico?) e mancavano spazi e mensole per appoggio, letto fa rumore quando ti muovi. Il bagno esterno non ha il bidet ma un wc con spruzzo d'acqua. Colazione all'italiana con torta e marmellata/fette biscottate, poca alternativa per colazione salata (solo uova sode). Tutto considerato, anche al netto della gravissima faccenda della caduta dell'intonaco, il prezzo della struttura resta eccessivo per il servizio e comfort delle stanze. Si paga la piscina e "l'italianità rustica e autentica" che forse colpisce gli ospiti stranieri, ma non si traduce in comfort e stanze adeguate.

In short: if you're passing through Marciano della Chiana and want an authentic, peaceful, and beautifully restored Tuscan stay—this is your spot. The interior was a bit dated, but it fits the style and character they’re going for. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and we had a private bathroom in the room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, personally brought to us by the lovely owner. The pool is cleaned daily and we had it all to ourselves. There's also a ping-pong table available for guests. Our room was located at the very top, which was a bit challenging for my 70-year-old parents.

He was happy for us to use the pool after check-out and came each morning to prepare the breakfast and help us with anything we needed.

The place looks like a mini castle, is well maintained, and the staff are perfect. You can have breakfast on the terrace with a great view and use the kitchen facilities too! We were given another room, but since the cleaning staff was off that day, we needed to switch rooms.

There are parking places available. The host is very kind person, he met us on bit late arrival, and in the morning we received nice breakfast. There are few restaurants not far away. It also has a pool

The rom and bed were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool was a dream! Everything was wonderful. No complaints

- Weizhen (10/5): Short but lovely experience - This is a well decorated lovely place, you can tell the history and stories are all over the places. The owner family are very warm and friendly, their breakfast service is amazing and we had a great conversation during breakfast.

- E (10/5): Beautiful - Gabriele and his mamma where amazing hosts, very kind and attentive. The villa is just beautiful, in a very quiet site, standing since the 1700.. very clean and well maintained, lovely antic furniture and curious objects, absolutely stunning. Would love to go there again and definitely recommend!
