• Ronald (8/5): Clean appartment and friendly host - Very helpfull host who gave a lot of info on forehand and on location and was even willing to meet the second group of our party to hand them over the second set of keys :) Botlle of Prosecco as welcome! Great Java breakast cafe just around the corner and buss stop nearby. Clean appartment and beds. No living room with comfortable chairs but the number of bedrooms was what we needed. Small showers but good water temperature control and plenty of output.
• Noel (9/5): A good option in Bologna, especially for groups. Overall a great stay, helped by Ennio’s cordiality. Recommended! - The location is quiet, a little bit far from the center but very manageable. We both walked and used buses to reach Piazza Maggiore. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with high ceilings: it feels very comfortable and relatively spacious. The balcony is a really nice feature. Beds were comfortable enough with fresh linens and good towels also. Furnishing is basic but pleasant. It’s a great option for groups. The manager, Ennio, was very very kind and super helpful. It would be nice to have a table instead of the bar counter in the kitchen. Additionally, provision of coffee grounds, oil, salt and pepper, and basic shampoo/soap would go the extra mile. Mosquito nets on the windows would be great to better enable using natural ventilation. Pillows could be more ample.

• Lesley (7/5): Good - Very welcoming host in spite of our late arrival with helpful advice about what to see and where to eat. Kitchen was well equipped. The flat was very clean and a 20 to 30 minute walk from tbe centre. Very small showers. No lounge area.

• Alan (9/5): Superb - Ennio was a great host, nothing was too much of a problem. The apartment is very conveniently placed for visiting the old town and there are also good bars/cafes close by. Great value for money as well when you look at the cost of some other apartments in Bologna. There is not a lot of space for lounging around as the only room outwith the bedrooms is a kitchen with a small couch and seating at a worktop opposite the kitchen units. To be fair we were out most of the time so it was not a major issue.

• Karolina (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, balcony, everything was clean. We got 2 sets of keys which was very convenient. Nice communication and recommendations from hosts. Having a shampoo would be nice (only soap was provided), otherwise all was great!
• Yaqoub (4/5): it’s wasn’t comfortable - Wi-Fi he said that some one will come to clean and we stayed 4 days no one come clean the apartment.. first two days the apartment was so cold
• Stuart (7/5): Lovely apartment, convenient location and wonderful hosts - Good location, great host who provided us with additional information on transport and places to eat. A few very minor items missing which would have been handy but not a major issue such as no towels to dry dishes and no shelves in the shower. More elderly members of our group found it difficult to reach shampoo bottles etc from the floor of the shower with the minimal space inside the cubicles.
