- Daniel (9/5): - Lokalita byla naprosto úžasná. Krásné městečko, procházky do malebné kopcovité krajiny v okolí, historické stavby. Památky UNESCO - Palác Pena, Maurský hrad a hlavně Quinta da Regaleira a její zahrady, nás okouzlily. Velmi dobré spojení vlakem do Lisabonu a autobusové spojení na nejzápadnější místo pevninské Evropy - Cabo da Roca.

O Qrcode não deu para passar com o carro à primeira, na barreira da entrada na zona restrita, foi necessário fazer vários telefonemas para a entidade responsável pelo alojamento. Até enviarem o código correto. Esta situação demorou um tempo considerável. A porta do polivan não é prática ao abrir e fechar, dificulta a entrada e a saida para o banho.

- Belén (4/5): Mucho encanto pero congelado - La ubicación es muy buena y la cama es muy cómoda. Apartamento limpio con mucho encanto. El aire acondicionado estaba estropeado y pasamos bastante frío dentro del apartamento. El apartamento es la típica casa antigua reformada con techos altos, piedra y ventanas antiguas, con mucho encanto si, pero congelada. Después de una llamada de media hora y una reclamación la única solución que nos dieron fue llevarnos al día siguiente un segundo edredón sin funda y roto. Bastante decepcionante porque no hemos podido estar nada cómodos. Encima te vas a la ducha para entrar en calor y resulta que la alcachofa está rota y sale el agua sin presión…
- Tison (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix et super emplacement ! Chambre propre et très confortable. - Super emplacement, chambre spacieuse et jolie, nous avons adoré la ville. La douche coulait mal, le pommeau devrait être réparé. L'équipement de cuisine est incomplet. Pas de grille pain, ni de ronds, ni rien pour cuisiner alors que nous avions payé plus cher pour l'option cuisine. Il y a un lave vaisselle et plusieurs assiettes, mais rien pour préparer quoi que ce soit. Nous avons demandé des capsules de café mais nous ne les avons jamais eues.

- Anna (5/5): - The views from the windows and the location There was mold in the AC when we arrived, and a distinct old building / moldy smell. It took a week for the management to organize the professional cleaning. The light in the kitchen wasn’t working. We got offered a lamp as a the solution, it was “fixed” with tape prior to us getting it, and it broke down in a few days. There were problems with hot water. It was with scorching hot or cold. Sometimes you had to wait minutes for the hot water to start running. At one point we didn’t have the hot water at all for a day. The ceilings in the apartment were too low (it was an attic apartment but the ceiling was ridiculously low)

- Amy (9/5): - The location was amazing - we are pretty athletic and were able to walk to/from the train station, as well as to all the palaces/sites we wanted to see. It was also so quiet at night - that paired with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows made for excellent sleeping. Like others, we had a difficult time getting in to our room. We were able to get quick support using WhatsApp.

- Frederic (7/5): Bon séjour quand même propre et fonctionnel calme - Bien situé dans ruelle Sintra ,calme mais compliqué d avoir le code accès car tout en portugais problème de traduction ,clim trop mal réglé j ai du acheter des piles car je ne pouvais pas la régler. La Langue pose problème car au téléphone que en Portugais il devrait y avoir une tablette en relation avec le propriétaire pour communiquer en toutes langues. Ce système de code qu on devrait avoir un peu avant mettez vous à la place du voyageur qui s est levé à 4h du matin pour prendre l avion ,le taxi et qui a envie de se poser avant 15h ...
- Marina (8/5): Apartamento cómodo, bien equipado y con unas vistas estupendas. - La habitación muy espaciosa, cómoda, con una cama gigante y una mesa grande con sillas. Y sobre todo con una vista fantástica!! La cocina pequeña pero no estaba mal, con microondas, lavavajillas... El acceso al apartamento muy cómodo y el personal que nos atendió por teléfono, muy amable (tienen atención telefónica las 24 horas). Y una ubicación estupenda. Por decir algo, el fregadero de la cocina era incómodo por ser excesivamente pequeño.

- Nadiia (10/5): - Дуже приємне місце: старовинний будинок із шармом, але ліжка і все обладнання сучасне. Дуже тихе місце, в 2х хвилинах ходи від історичного центру. Повністю автоматичне заселення і виселення: доступ до основної будівлі готелю з камерою схову, а також до апартаментів — на кодах, можна заселятися навіть пізно вночі. Нічого:) Хіба що до історичного центру можуть заїхати лише резиденти, що проживають там, тому від паркінгу треба буде трохи пройти пішки. Але трохи фізичної активності нікому не завадить:)

Our room code didn’t work and had to make phonecalls to sort it out which after a long journey is stressful. Kitchen very space. No mugs. No tea towel. These were provided upon request.

- Agnès (9/5): Appartement très agréable à l’écart du centre, tout en profitant de l’énergie magique de Sintra - Les vues, la situation géographique, la propreté et l’entrée très bien préparée, l’accès simple quand les codes fonctionnent (ce qui n’était pas le cas de nos voisins de pallier), TV opérationnelle, l’absence de contrainte dans l’appartement. L’équipement de cuisine à disposition (même si très réduit et basique). Les couverts sont dépareillés et pas suffisants pour bien cuisiner, pas beaucoup de possibilités, l’humidité mal supportée par l’appartement (on ouvrait très régulièrement mais le bâtiment en lui-même est concerné).

- Dana Paiva (9/5): - Localização do apartamento. Perfeita. No centro, mas ainda é possível não ouvir a azáfama dos turistas. Janelas grandes com vistas incriveis. Cama grande e bastante cómoda. Casa de banho espaçosa. Mini cozinha com os utensilios básicos, pastilhas para a máquina da louça, cápsulas para o café, detergente, sal, pimenta etc. Voltaria a ficar hospedada neste apartamento. Cozinha - sinto que faltava uma torradeira, é um utensílio fácil de ter e ajudaria no pequeno almoço, principalmente quando é tão dificil encontrar pão fresco no centro histórico. Casa de banho - chuveiro muito dificil de regular a temperatura e com muito pouca pressão de água. Ar condicionado - quando chegamos conseguimos alterar para aquecer um pouco o apartamento, no entanto depois deixou de sair ar quente. Só não dei uma pontuação de 10 por estes dois pontos. Tudo o resto foi ótimo.
- Gallego (6/5): Las arañas arruinaron la estancia - Lo que más me gustó fueron las camas eran cómodas, también la cercanía con el centro histórico aunque la ubicación era un poco compleja sobre todo sigas cargado con maletas. Olía mucho a humedad, estaba bastante oscuro sobre todo el baño, y en los tres días que estuve maté 3 arañas, y no eran nada pequeñas.

The bed was absolutely huge and comfortable too, no partner disturbance here! The only thing of note was the shower floor was quite slippery, it would have been nice to have a non-slip mat in there.

- Abba (7/5): המיקום לא רע, אבל ההגעה והכניסה לחדר, טעונה שיפור רציני - המיקום מרכזי, 2 דקות מהמרכז אבל בסמטה שקטה. המקום משופץ מבפנים יפה, מקלחת נוחה ומטבח נחמד. מצעים נקיים והמיטות דיי נוחות. מגבות גדולות ויש סבון. קיבלנו חדר בקומת קרקע כשהחלון ישר על הכביש, שאמנם לא סואן אבל כל מי שעובר יכול לראות אותנו. טוב שיש סורגים. כשהגענו , לא הצלחנו לפתוח את הדלת עם הקוד, נאלצנו לעשות שיחת טלפון מאוד ארוכה ויקרה כי התגובה בווטסאפ הייתה מאוד לא מהירה ולא היה אף אחד במשרד לעזור.. קיבלנו קוד כניסה מוטעה ולקח איזו שעה וחצי עד שהצלחנו להכנס לדירה. המקלחת אמנם משופצת יפה, אבל זרם המים הקרים מאוד חלש וצריך להזהר לא לקבל כוויה... כי הזרם הרותח חזק. הקוד שקיבלנו עבור נהג המונית לא עבד והוא נאלץ לעשות סיבובים נוספים כדי להכנס עד המלון.

It allowed us to explore Sintra. We would certainly return. A map showing us a sensible route to the apartment would have helped us. It was a struggle as the streets were so narrow.

There is a great service where u can leave bags in a locker room when arriving early. We only spent 1 night 2 would be better as lots to see It's contactless check in so make sure u read the notifications to go thru the process.

J ai occupé l appt no. 1 , sous le toit, difficile monter avec la valise (personne âgée). Pas d ustensiles cuisine , pas de pt casserole, pas de saladier. Pas d’ armoire pour suspendre les habits!!je devais rester 5 jours. J ai contacté LovelyStay ils n ont pas pu me proposer une autre habitation ds la même maison. LovelyStay devrait améliorer sa communication;email et rappels incessants .

Just 2 min walk uphill right in the historical centre which was very convenient to enjoy walking around the area. It was old yet charming. It was Very easy to checkin and get access. Clean and comfortable. Arriving by car was a little bit tricky but a local jumped in our car to help navigate us to the location. Cars are restricted Due to it being right in the historic section. It wasn’t a real issue. People were very helpful ! Its a charming old building you can hear people coming in the hall way. But that was minimal.

One chair in the dining room needed attention and one of our party cut her hand by trapping it in the loose connection. There were only 3 cups so we could not all enjoy a hot drink together. We did contact the team and were promised a replacement but this did not arrive during our stay. We booked this on the fabulous reviews and photographs of stunning views but our apartment had neither views nor terrace as stated.

Additionally, the plumbing was problematic and made the whole apartment smell really badly of feces. Even when someone came to fix the shower, the place still smelled and their only solution was to use air fresheners.

The address to the apartment was wrong street. The taxi could not find it. I wandered around the streets and could not find the apartment until a neighbor helped me locate it. It took over an hour to find. My wife was upset and crying . We were tired The water was cut off to the apartment with no warning. The stairs to the apartment were exceedingly steep . We are in our 70's and it was very difficult with luggage and the steepness of the stairs. We only stayed one night and asked for our money back for the remaining days. I have yet to receive it.

Super communicative and helpful staff and very quiet neighborhood - walkable to everywhere except ofcourse Pena palace. Don’t come here if you expect an antiseptic boring Hilton hotel experience. Highly recommended!
