- YOKO (10/5): - The location is the heart of downtown, Kagoshima city. It has a view of Vocalno Sakurajima and Kinko bay. It is convenient to walk, take a public transportation. Also, a big grocery store is the front of the hotel. People who working are very kind and respect. I am thankful. I had an amazing experience of this hotel.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 大満足でした - Googleマップの口コミは部屋が汚いと散々なことを書かれていましたが、実際はタイルカーペットがくたびれているくらいなもので、全体的に清潔。水回りも問題ありませんでした。 深夜までやっている大型スーパーが向かいにあって便利で立地も最高。 あとこれは部屋によって違うとは思いますが、自分の泊まった部屋からは桜島がドーンと見えて、夕陽に照らされた姿が美しかったです。最高でした。

- YOSHIKI (8/5): 駐車場は注意して下さい。 - 2週間の九州出張中に10階の喫煙可能な部屋に6泊しました。 場所は写真の通りとても発展している場所です。 若干のたばこ臭は仕方ないが久しぶりに喫煙ルームなので助かりました。 個人差はあると思いますが、ベッドはやや疲れている印象でした。大きく不満ではないです。 水回りの水道ハンドルからの水漏れがひどく、気になりました。 シャンプーがイソジンのような香りが若干しましたので微妙な感じでした。 場所的にはスーパーが目の前ですので大変良いです。 無料駐車場はたしか1時〜6時位の夜中はは出庫できず、大きく不満点です。近隣の鹿児島銀行は、19時〜翌朝までは定額300円で停められるのでお勧めです。

- Makiko (10/5): - フェリー乗り場すぐなので桜島観光にとても便利。 ホテル正面に深夜まで開いてるスーパーがあり、早朝出発の朝ごはんを前日買うにも便利。 鹿児島から桜島に行き、自転車で巡って再び鹿児島観光に戻る旅程で、鹿児島2泊して一度チェックアウトして桜島一泊、再び１泊お願いしました。 自転車は宅配でホテルに送り、桜島一泊の間は箱と他の荷物をお預かり頂いたのですが、快く対応いただきとても助かりました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 無料駐車場や部屋がやや広めで電子レンジ有り等、それらを有効活用できる場合は利用価値はあると思う。 ２２年１２月時点で室内清掃週１回、リネン交換リクエスト制のＳＤＧsモードで運営中となっている。 東向きの部屋は桜島が少し見えて、隣接ビルのスーパー「ニシムタ」とその駐車場に止めた自車も見える。 致命的な欠点はないので内装や設備の品質を上げて料金が上がるより現状で低価格を維持する方が利用価値はあると思う。 個人的にはアパート利用が好みだけれど、最低限冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・（共用）洗濯／乾燥機があればそれに近い利用はできるので、ここのようなタイプのホテルが増えると良い。
