- KYOKO (5/5): 期待外れでした。 - 目的の場所まで近かった。ちょしょ 朝食が付いていないのに素泊りでは高い。 衣類用の殺菌スプレーがあったら良かった。 浴室かアメニティに洗顔フォームが欲しかった。 ベット脇のスイッチの設備の汚れが気になり触ることが出来なかった。

- Takeshi (4/5): 高かった - 目的地および繁華街に近くて便利 施設が古いので仕方ないですがにおいが気になりました。 二泊目の２３時頃、同じフロアからだと思いますが「助けて」という叫び声が２回聞こえました。 廊下に出たのですがどう対応してわからず放置してしまいました。 ホテルとは関係ないですが朝には国分町では飛び降り騒動もあり物騒な地域であったと感じました。 連休中でイベントと重なったので仕方ないですが料金が高かったです。

- Brandon (8/5): Hard bed, good location and personal bathroom - The room had a private bathroom The bed gave me bruising all over my arms and legs, I haven't had bruising in about 2 years since I last got hit my a car on a bicycle 😂 The laundry doesn't dry very well always leaving a bad smell and wet after 3 hours. Two machines scheduled by the front desk, you get one at a time so unless you're comfortable asking the front desk to use the machine a lot to do several small or tiny cycles you're better off paying a Laundromat.

- Keiju (4/5): - チェックアウトは11時だったのに、朝の9時くらいから部屋の掃除が始まる。掃除の音で起きる。連泊の時は10:30頃に掃除の人が来て、準備しておらず、タオルだけ替えてもらった。 今まで気づかなかっただけでだいたいのホテルでそういうものなのでしょうか？ とても安いかと言われると、そうでもないと思うので、自分はもう泊まらない。

- Gloria (7/5): Friendly dedicated staff; cleanliness and quality of service excellent, good location needs upgrade - The breakfast was excellant. The location pretty good, as it was very close to the covered malls network. The Wifi was great. The staff friendly, diligent and helpful language was a problem, in as much as translation services from google translate or such was relied upon; a bilingual staff was not available. Also in this particular hotel of the chain, the mattress and pillows were hard for a westerner to adjust to. I ended up buying a yoga matt to relieve the hardness of the mattress. I can understand that this is probably prefered by Japanese clientel.

- Claire (6/5): Pleasant - The location was ok, it is not very close to the station, but the neighborhood it is in looks nice. Also, it's not very far from the main shopping strip, many shops, and the hotel is located right next to a 7/11 convenience store. For the most part we stayed one night, and it got the job done. I can only assume that this hotel is a bit on the older end, the air con buttons on the bedside table were the low, medium, high only options. So you can't control exact temp, nor can you tell if the air con is working sometimes with this style of air conditioning. This one seemed to work less strongly than other ones I've seen, but it kinda worked in the end. Also, not ideal, but my friend did find a bug on her duvet (looked like just a small ant which is harmless, but not ideal). If you are staying with another person on the same bed, the bed was very small, you can barely turn over without bumping into whoever you are sharing the bed with.

- ???? (2/5): - 周辺に駐車場がありましたが、雨が降ってたら大変だったなぁと思います。 友人と各一部屋で宿泊しましたが、風呂場のカビが酷かった。天井にフワフワしたカビ、洗面台の下のカビはギッシリ… これでこの値段は… 近くにスタバ、国分町の繁華街と飲食店は歩いて行くには便利です。すき家も近くにあったので朝食はそちらで食べました。

- Lukrezia (7/5): okay but not perfect - staff friendly and free coffee for guests room too hot if you don’t use the air con, broken toilet ( toilet seat was broken). just one pillow in the room when the booking was for 2 people, but the receptionist came to our room after we asked for a 2nd one, so he fixed the issue in a couple of minutes. old style room, someone might like it, someone might not. we did the laundry, washing machine was okay, dryer was not working. we did it twice and the clothes were still super wet, good that it was for free or I wouldn’t have paid for that service. people making noise all night, coming out and in of the lift (our room was just in front of that) and talking/ shouting in the corridor
