jordan (8/5): - The property was great minus some aspects of our room. Apparently not all the rooms in the hotel are managed by Marriott and are owned by 3rd parties. This leads me to believe that the upkeep of the actual rooms themselves is different than all rooms. We had a two bedroom suite (one with kind bed, the other with two queens) with a common area/kitchen. The door to one toilet didn't close (pocket doors) which essentially made the toilet unusable outside my kids and the other bathroom had pocket doors leading to the entry of the entire bathroom with only one of the doors in working shape. Otherwise the property is nice with two pool options, the employees very friendly and the access to the beach easy and smooth.

Angela (2/5): - This is connected to the Marriott singer island but it is not managed by the Marriott it is managed by a company that is not on site and if you have a pro they don’t answer the phone we checked in and not more than being in the room for 5 minutes a huge cockroach ran by it came from behind the refrigerator within ten min of being there we seen 7 more as we were trying to kill them more kept running around it was a horror movie!!! We went to the front desk and she said because Marriott dont manage that unit that she can’t help and have me a number to call I called the number 20 times to ask for a new room no response!!! At 4 am with no sleep, grossed out by roaches all over the place and no help we left and drove 4 hours. Back to Orlando. I videoed the roaches made sure in the video you can see it is that unit made sure it is time stamped and dated so the manager could see all the roaches next day I email Expedia for help and thry finally got a response from the manager that says there is no cockroach’s in his place and the cleaners found nothing he refused to look at my video and pics that clearly show them running around . But he refused a refund and denied any roaches but won’t acknowledge my video of the proof Of you go to this hotel go through the Marriott don’t rent through singer island resort and Spa they have out dated units that have not been renovated for 20 years and cockroach’s

Denise (4/5): Book with Caution!! - We waited for our room as we were early which was no problem. We went to check in after 4pm check in time. We were taken and put into a dirty room. Housekeeping staff reported they only had the kitchen to finish. So we waited on the balcony. The staff apologized and told us that this room was own by third party so they could not assist we needed to contact property owner. They left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dust everywhere. Toilet was broken. And making a loud buzzing noise. We called the number on the app to contact property. We wanted them to be aware the toilet issues was before we got in there. We spoke with manager of guest services manager James. Who was very rude and condescending. Never once apologized. The only thing he offered to us was to leave the room and have housekeeping come back and re clean the entire condo. As it was already past check in time and long day travel that is the last thing we wanted to do. Manager james continued to question me regarding toilet. Stated that toilets break they will send someone to fix it. Someone had to come 3 times to fix it. The second toilet then kept clogging and we were given a plunger. The pool and beach are great. Just rent with caution as you are dealing with third party with this room. Front desk can only help so much. Its a lot of money you spend on room to have to clean it and plunge toilets. Luxury Suites needs better customer service for their guest and better communication
Anita (10/5): - Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all.
Michael (2/5): Book with Marriott Property instead - Let me first start off by saying while these suites are part of the Marriott property, you are not booking with the Marriott and the service is nowhere near the same. The room looked clean and nice at first glance but as we settled in we realized it is in need of deep cleaning. There were stains on the couch/sofa bed, throw pillows and the sofa bed itself was unstable and didn’t set up properly. As we were setting it up we realized we didn’t have any sheets for it (there were only itchy blankets and comforters available). When we called to ask for sheets and to inform them about the sofa bed, the gentleman was very defensive saying “no sofa beds are comfortable” and since we bought the least expensive room (keep in mind we booked the “luxury king suite”) that we shouldn’t expect anything else but that he’d be glad to upgrade us at our expense. The room wasn’t very neat. Lamp shades were tilted, shelf items were pushed to the side and not placed very neat. All in all it was terrible. Since this property shares the property with Marriott, it seems nice at first but it’s definitely not up to Marriott standards for hospitality, cleanliness or comfort. Spend the extra $$ per night to get what you’re expecting.

David (2/5): - From the moment I checked in, it was hot and the a/c was broken. They sent “engineers”to look and they just changed a filter and left. Some the a/c didn’t begin to cool, then sent another engineer the following day. The the reset the system and told us to wait a few hours. On the third day, a real a/c mechanic determined that the system’s motherboard was shot and it would’ve never began to work. After 3 HOT days, they moved us to another room. The promised to contact me for refunds and NOBODY ever did.

King (2/5): - I only had problems with the room, not the hotel. The room was supposed to have a bedroom, it was a large efficiency with open walls, no privacy or sound control. The room flooded in the middle of the night, I think water was coming from the Fridge. When we got into the room the trash was full from the last visitors.
Cara (6/5): - The hotel staff was fantastic. The common areas were well kept. Even though expedia said the resort fee was included, it was not, But we only had to pay it for the one day we used it, rather than the whole stay. The unit we were in had an odd smell when we entered. Either the unit had not been used for a while, or the carpet needs to be replaced and they tried to shampoo it. There was a visible layer of dust on the ceiling fans and the phone in the bathroom. There were no spoons in the kitchen, there were a ton of forks and other items. There was no dishwashing soap for handwashing dishes. The water in the bathtub came out brown, so a nice tub bath was out of the question. Their version of premium oceanview was a north facing room with a view of the coast and the intercoastal, not exactly the corner oceanview unit I had hoped for with all around views of the ocean. Overall, I feel as though I will not order through expedia again, I’d prefer direct with the resort. I would not stay at this resort again.
Nikki (8/5): - Beautiful hotel and amenities. Two pools were great. One was more relaxing and another one was kid friendly with an awesome waterslide. There were many places to find food or a drink. The bellhop was amazing when traveling with kids. Everyone was so helpful. We stayed in a suite and it was huge! There were some issues with the room, but we were only in town for one night. I would have made sure to address some of the issues if we were there longer. Doors were broken and wouldn't close or lock. The bathtub stopper wasn't working, so we had to use the one bathtub. Complimentary snack and beverage upon arrival. If your room is not ready, they will let you use a temporary pass for all amenities which was great. Highly recommend!

Then we get into our room.it always a very nice room I ordered a ocean front view and I got a little bit of a side view ocean so ocean front it was not the king bed had a dip in the mattress on one side and the blow dryer didn't work and the spa which we were so looking forward to was closed due to a water problem which we were very disappointed abt, but other then that it was very nice the people at front desk and concierge the restaurant for all extremely nice. Ulysses (2/5): - What a horrible experience for this hotel. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went for a long weekend. They force you to valet car - no regular parking. Valet damaged my car. Put a huge dent in it. When I called after seeing it as gas station two hours away they tried to say for me to come back. They eventually put in claim with adjuster. Adjuster never pulled tapes to see when damage occurred and gave me automatic email saying I left the property before disclosing it to them. All I asked them to do was the right thing. They damaged my car and won’t take responsibility for it. I will make sure that I tell people about my experience and your hotel doesn’t take care of their guests and especially not the cars. Stay away unless you want to pay for damage to your car in addition to your stay.
Brandy (4/5): - Overall a nice place. Clean property. Friendly staff. Convenient to just walk out to the beach. Did feel as though we were ‘lower class’ for booking via Expedia. Most establishments let you check in a little early if the room is available, but we were told ‘since you booked with Expedia, we can’t let you in the room till 4pm”. She didn’t state “we don’t have a room ready”. We were allowed to use the facilities (pool/bars/etc) until then but I’m pretty sure they had rooms available as it was afternoon on a weekday and when I booked earlier that day, they had several rooms available. Nothing major, but something to consider when booking this hotel via Expedia.

Rob (4/5): A poor Marriott affiliated place - don't go - There's a lot I can say about this place but rule #1 - don't book through a third party, the hotel treats you like a second class citizen. Booking directly might have bumped my rating up one notch. Rule #2 - don't eat at the restaurant...it was tasteless and reminded me of cafeteria food. Rule #3 - 90% of the staff there had an attitude problem. I found this to be the biggest complaint when re-thiniing about this place which I never want to think about again. Positives were the pool was nice, good water slide, good pool/bar food and the guys that set up your chairs were cool but misleading information (kids area is not free) and the valet fees trump this and you end up spending way more than you should for an average place

Third, there was no soap or shampoo or conditioner in the showers and when I called Room service to assist they said because it was a privately owned unit that the owner was supposed to provide that and we’re very reluctant to bring some up for us to shower. Generally speaking, the staff was not very helpful overall because they kept saying the unit was privately owned. I’m sorry, but this unit is under the umbrella of Marriott and Marriott needs to take full responsibility for maintaining the unit as well as Taking care of the customer.

Ruth (6/5): - Everything was nice, spacious and very clean. Everyone was nice. They didn’t have the standard set up for the kitchen such as a sponge or hand soap. No laundry detergent either which we normally get when we book rooms like this. No creamer and sugar but tons of coffee. The other thing I didn’t like was the undisclosed mandatory valet parking fee for $40 a day. We have kids and have a bunch of stuff and like access to our car so this did not work. I wouldn’t have booked if i knew this. Plus they work for tips so it’s like every time you want to get your car they’re expecting something. Overall, it was a nice place, but the parking valet should be optional.

Verified traveler (6/5): Not the best. - When booking this hotel stay I was not informed that this particular room at the hotel (which I also called directly before booking on hotels.com) was supposedly owned by an individual so there was no soap provided and the front desk said they were unable to give us soap, shampoo or even towels. Another thing that I was not aware of is that you have to have valet parking and the majority of the time it would take a very long time for them to bring the car to you which made us late for a reservation one night. They also do not provide luggage carts.

Theres nothing to clean your own dishes , so when we found lipstick on a glass there’s no way to clean it. Pillows aren’t already covered with pillow covers, you do it yourself. Which pillows given were dirty and it was a gross chore but a must for comfort we wanted. The slide could be refurbished and pool bar closes by 5. Service person we had to call for items wasn’t friendly nor customer service oriented. Overall liked proximity and ambiance. A few things could be changed.

Carpet was never vacumned while we stayed. Bathroom towel, sheets and pillowcases all had stains. Even if they were clean, for the price we paid their shouldnt be any stains. Carpet was stained all over. Bathroom shower had a leak that left water pooling by the toilet which caused the shower track to have mold. Also somehow my yankee mug disappeared. My only regret is not taking a picture to show. We wont be going back. The mirror in the bathroom above the sink had toothpaste stains all over it.

Verified traveler (2/5): Awful - Avoid this hotel and avoid using Hotels.com. Hotels.com advertises their price match guarantee but they did not honor two separate price matches i provided. Upon check in, I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water in the main shower, sink or kitchen sink. I emailed guest services who said they checked it out and claimed it was a “user error.” I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and certainly know how to turn on hot water. Next my daughter saw bugs in the room and we killed a couple of them. Again the guest services said there was no bugs. We noticed the water in the toilets was a yellow color. Again, gust services said it was not out of the ordinary and perfectly safe. I tried to get a refund, they never answered. They told me they sent maintenance to our room but we weren’t there. Like i am supposed to sit around all day and wait for them while on a vacation!? I asked them to send the hotel manager up but they never did. After two nights of this BS, we checked out two days early and started driving home. I will never use marriot or hotels.com ever again.

I think that it reflects very poorly on the Marriott brand, I am a long time Marriott guest the next time I travel...I Will Not be staying at a Marriott property!!!!! Very Disappointed!!!! I have been in the travel industry and talk to a Lot of people who travel regularly. I will Defiantly NOT by recommending a stay in any Marriott property. Tony Cuvee

Michael (2/5): - Property was fine, using hotels.com for booking as a third party for a publicly owned unit crated nothing but trouble as we had plumbing issues that could not be resolved as it’s not the Marriott’s responsibility at that point.

Kathryn (10/5): - Our 2 room apartment was a great amount of space for family of 4. Really enjoyed both pools, and the beach access was perfect. Nice staff, clean resort. Requested late checkout and they were very accomodating. Would highly recommend!

Verified traveler (10/5): - Constructuon is being done on the resort. It appears the unit I stayed in is in need of some touch ups and fixes but it did not directly effect the ability to completely enjoy all of the amenities that were working and available.

Siobhan (10/5): - Great place to stay. Family loved it! Valet was easy arriving and departing. Although they didn’t have enough luggage carts. The beach and pool were lovely. The kids had a blast in the slide. They let little ones go down with adults which was great for our 4 year old. The guys working out at the beach setting up chairs and umbrellas and taking food & drink orders were very helpful. The hotel itself is nice & clean but you can tell it’s getting run down a bit with the high volume of guests and typical wear and tear. The food is a bit over priced but we enjoyed all our meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner). I liked that there was a Starbucks coffee & gift shop in the lobby. The room was perfect for us. We had a king size bed and pullout couch for the kids. The bedroom was separated by a partial wall which was nice. Full kitchen, huge Roman bathtub and walk in shower. Closet was a bit small but we had a short stay so it didn’t bother us. All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Elizabet (10/5): - We love visiting Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. We always have a great time with our kids, who love the pools, especially the Lagoon one with the fun slide and waterfall. The staff is very friendly and cordial. Property is kept clean and current. There are many dining options nearby that we enjoy. Highly recommended for families.
Sarah (10/5): - We stayed in a 2 bed room suite ocean view with balcony that faced North. The suite was very clean. The restaurants were great and we enjoyed lunch on site. The Beach service was amazing and had food and drink brought to us on the beach! The airport was close to the resort and it was also a short drive to downtown West Palm for shopping. The best and closest restaurants near by were in Palm Beach Gardens. The only complaint I have is the long wait for the valet to get our car. We had dinner reservations and arrived late. But when it came to the gym, it was larger than we expected for a beach resort. The pool had a waterfall and slide which the kids really loved. I liked the pool cabanas and hot tub. Overall the resort delivered and we are coming back soon :)

Paul (6/5): - Mid-range resort on nice stretch of beach - be careful as some units are serviced by Marriott and other private operators service others; our unit was not Marriott and was filthy upon arrival - hair and urine on toilet, clumps of hair in shower, hair and blood stains on sheets; food under furniture; dirty towels on washer - the sofa was worn out and only fit for small children; "full kitchen" advertised but very limited kitchen items - lots of potential as bones of condo units are decent if kept clean and up to date; unfortunately, only valet parking; extra fees for internet and use of beach chairs which is annoying; not much around within walking distance

Moira (8/5): - This was a private owner condo managed by Marriott so the issues in the unit could not be repaired by the hotel: ice maker and living room tv broken, pocket doors off. Resort fee and daily parking charge $35 is a lot, but a beautiful hotel and staff.

Timothy (10/5): - I'm sitting on my 18th floor balcony overlooking the green space of a park next to the hotel, watching, and listening to, the waves roll on to the beach. I shift my gaze to the left and see miles of the beautiful inland waterways. As always, the rooms are clean and luxurious, we have everything we need. The resort facilities are top of the line and a large part of why we keep coming back. I think that I'm going to extend my stay...
