Impressive name - sounds like a 4* hotel suites but it is really a 0 star hotel. No elevator. Just stairs. No bath tub. Shower room is in the toilet. Toilet wet after shower. No fridge. Tiny window facing a wall.

• Andrzej (9/5): Amazing price to value in the centre of Manila. - A very nice hotel in the centre of Manila. It doesn't look very well outside, but inside everything is perfect. Super helpful people. Amazing price to value! It is 10 minutes walk from the Mall of Asia where you can find many shops and restaurants.

• Mr. (1/5): The most horrible experience I've had booking in any hotel. Never again. - It was the most horrible experience I've ever had. I booked this room for my stepdaughter, and while booking, everything seemed to be going well. When my stepdaughter arrived, she was told that she corkscrew stay there because the hotel policy is that they only take cash for the room payment. I was under the impression that when I chose "Pay Now" during my booking on the app, the room would be billed to my card at that moment. It wasn't billed at the moment of booking, so my stepdaughter was left without the room, was told that she needed to go get cash out of an ATM, that's no ATMs near the hotel, so she had to improvise and find another place. In essence, the hotel staff kicked her out of the hotel. Why would this hotel be in Booking.com if they don't take card payments? Also, why wouldn't they advise on Booking.com that their policy is cash only for payment? This was a very traumatic experience, and one that shouldn't happen to anyone. When booking a hotel, it should be that the person booking is assured of the booking prior to arrival. This hotel is managed horribly and irresponsible. Why only take cash and not advise customers of this policy in any booking app? I'm definitely never booking with them again. Ever

• Tor erik (10/5): Ubran jungle paradise - Amazing.started as a 2 day visit that got xtended due to sickness. The staff was wery helpfull all the way. The area gives easy acsess to manila to xplore and conviniently close to the airport. This hotel have wery clean bathrooms / rooms one of the better iv been whit. There is a lot of bars and strip clubs for those who like that and there is easy acsess to churches the other way. There is somthing for everyone here, just around the corner

• Daniel (10/5): Nice place to stay - This was a good hotel with fantastic staff. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and willing to take time to help. Room was very clean, in a good neighborhood with friendly local people. I found the stay pleasant, enjoyed the time. Only negative is the noise from outside but I enjoyed the atmosphere enough that the noise was not an issue

The fact that there is no elevator and my mother is elderly so it's a struggle to go upstairs luckily my mom only stay at the second floor so it's not far for her to go. Also there is no signal on the TV the whole day and whole night so my mother was so bored as she loves her TV by the time they have finally some signal it's time to go for check out.

• Markus (6/5): - Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil die Bilder bei Expedia gut aussahen und die Lage beim Flughafen günstig ist. Leider entsprechen die Bilder auf der Website in keiner Weise der Realität. Die Zimmer sind winzig und das Mobiliar ist abgewohnt - selbst für philippinische Verhältnisse. Noch dazu ist die Gegend wenig vertrauenserweckend. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit wollte ich da nicht allein draußen unterwegs sein. Einzig das überaus freundliche Personal vermag zu überzeugen. Einen weiteren gebuchten Aufenthalt habe ich aber nach Abreise sofort storniert. Da fahre ich lieber etwas länger zum Flughafen, als mir das nochmal anzutun.

We saw a man slumped over next to a bldg when getting dropped off. Bathroom was tiny- no toilet paper, shower & toilet area shares the same space. Not sure where excellent reviews are coming from- the place is a dive!!

• Celeste (9/5): Quite place to relax in the middle of a busy street. - The location was really accessible if you want to visit Baclaran church and explore Baclaran street clothes stalls. All the staff were amazing including the security guard, they are very helpful if you need anything. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

The coffee hip and trendy nice clean coffee shop is open til midnight where the food comes from na flakes all kind of burgers pastries americano coffee and lattes. Just like anywhere in this crazy world there is some poor people who ask For food and money but don’t seem dangerous just kind of hopeless Maybe.
