• Emma (5/5): Book knowing the facts - I loved the accommodation, well fit out and very clean. The accommodation is hard to get to, with extensive oneway systems and then there is a £16 charge for parking. The lift was out of order, and I was on the third floor having to carry our luggage all the way upstairs. The accommodation is right in the wet led area with noise until 3.30am and even the supplied ear plugs don't block out the noise and then beer barrels being rolled around at 7am on a Sunday morning. Accommodation is also opposite the church, with Bell ringing consistently from 10.50am to after 11am...very loud.

• Rick (9/5): - all around great appartment, we were with 3 people and it was nice and spacius enough for us all. the best thing is maybe the location it is in. its right in the centre so easy acces to all kinds of restaurants and activities

Location is fantastic - a short walk from the car park and rail station. Only no terrestrial tv but a really tiny problem and didn’t affect our opinion of this excellent experience.

• Samara (8/5): good place to stay ! - Good room in a good location. The bed was really comfy and the apartment overall was spacious. I would stay again. There was some stains on the bedroom carpet that needed attention. Also some debris in the bed of some sort.

Would come again and stay here when in Reading. Worth mentioning about the excellent service from your staff Giulia; she is wonderful and truly a gem. She made my stay a breeze. • Kathryn Louise Bradley (9/5): Great shopping trip - Lovely spacious apartment right in the center of Reading town, fantastic for Christmas shopping, couldn't be better. The apartment itself was great, plenty of space, lovely and clean, nice comfy bed., I couldn't fault it. It took us ages to find, the postcode we were given didn't work on Google maps 🥹 but when we rang the apartment they gave us a different postcode and we finally got there. The lift wasn't working. Theres a very noisy club underneath the building, noise went on until early hours, but you couldn't hear it from the bedroom so it was fine. Would definitely use this place again.

• Hannah (6/5): - The staff were very welcoming and helpful, offering to help with our bags etc. as the lift was out of order during our stay and we were on the top floor. Location was good in a sense of it was in the centre of town and close to everything. The property was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the apartment we were staying in backed onto the restaurant complex bin area, so every hour or so from 6pm there was a lot of noise as the bins were wheeled from the restaurants to the big bins. This meant none of us really got any sleep. Also the lift was out of order, which we were only notified of a few hours before our stay.

Lovely spacious, clean and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a short break. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. There was some noise from nightlife nearby - it was a Saturday night stopover.

• Kym (9/5): Exceeded our expectations!! - We arrived early as a friend was already staying in one of the other apartments, the lady at reception went above our expectations & arranged for our apartment to be ready sooner, I was really grateful for this & it meant I didn’t need to wait around until the normal check in time, it freed me up to explore the area with our friend whilst my husband had to manage a work task. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very safe & it was situated in an ideal location. I would absolutely stay here again!! The only issue we had was the sound from the neighbour apartment, the walls seemed pretty thin as we could hear someone being sick

• Amy (8/5): - Great location and good value for money I tried to book parking in the run up to our stay but didn't get any replies to either my email or my phone calls so we had to park elsewhere in the end.
• Paul (8/5): - Stayed here a few times, but disappointed to find absolutely no cutlery whatsover. Also a couple of pans but no frying pan etc. Apartment was nice and roomy and I was in the annexe building right by the town centre. Location excellent!

• Patricia (10/5): - The best things about Premier Suites are the excellent location a block from the town center and the excellent accomodating staff. The elevator was out of service during our stay and the very kind desk attendant immediately offered to change our room from the top level to the 1st floor.
• Geoffrey (6/5): - There are a couple of things prospective guests should know. The property is near a bar that closes very late and whose patrons like to get out into the garden and make a lot of noise after midnight. This happened all four nights we stayed and it seems that the bar shuts at 3 or 4 AM. The noise may not affect all suites, but it certainly did ours and our travelling companions. Also, the lift was broken for the 4 days we stayed and the hotel is asking maintenance staff to carry bags up, which they are clearly not happy about.
• Stones (6/5): Absolutely fine for short stay, good value for money - Was easy to find Close to centre Suitable for a 1 night stay Noisy - seemed to be a lot of people in other units gathered in the central courtyard smoking until quite late in the evening. Windows were difficult to open
• Colin (7/5): - The heating did not work, a number of lights weren’t working, no plug in the sink to wash dishes and bedroom very bright due to security lighting as the blind didn’t seal out light. Asked for parking when booked and this did not get followed up, having park in public parking at shopping centre at £20.00 a day.
• Linda (9/5): Comfortable, well equipped and great location - The receptionist was extremely efficient and helpful. Our room was on the 6th floor although it was only actually on the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice lounge, large tv and good powerful shower. Location was great right in the city centre and car parking too, at a cost but great to safely park the car. We can definitely recommend these apartments. Only thing. we couldn't open the windows.
• Marina (10/5): Personnel adorable et grand studio confortable et très bien situé! - Personnel absolument adorable et toujours prêt à aider. Possibilité de trier nos déchets (containers à l'entrée). Petit salon avec coin repas séparé de la cuisine très bien équipée, juste à côté. Le studio est au centre-ville et proche de tout (centres commerciaux, restaurants, points d'intérêts divers), très pratique pour les déplacements. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans la rue (depuis le salon, nous entendions très bien les gens parler dans la rue), mais comme la chambre à coucher était située vers l'intérieur du bâtiment, nous avons tout simplement fermé la porte et avons bien dormi. Mais pour un centre-ville, le bruit des fêtards est tout simplement inévitable!
