• Lenka (10/5): - Čistota, každodenní uklid. K dispozici malá lednička, balená voda,rychlovarná konvice, čaj,káva. Výborná komunikace. Skvělá lokalita, blízko stanice metra a cca 10 minut pěšky od Vatikánu. Byli jsme zde už potřetí, přijedeme zase!😀😃

• alessandro (9/5): Eccezionale - La struttura è gradevole e pulita. Inoltre lo staff è sempre stato disponibile e molto cortese. Infine la posizione è strategica in quanto vicina a molte attrazioni di Roma e la zona offre molte alternative per cenare.

The city center is reachable by a pleasant walking and the neighbourhood is full of restaurants, supermarkets, bar and shops The facilities, the room is ok, bit the shower doesn’t work properly. The cleaning needs to be improved.

The apartment was spotless, very quiet, and located in a perfect area where many attractions were easily reachable on foot. Every day we returned to a perfectly clean room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The building itself was very friendly and welcoming — everyone smiled and greeted us kindly. The housekeeper was especially helpful and incredibly kind throughout our stay. We truly felt at home here and would happily return again. Nothing

• Lenka (5/5): - Pacila sa nam lokalita, ale nic viac. Je to miesto iba na prespatie. A aj to iba pre 2 osoby. Potiazne mozem za pozitivne hodnotit komunikaciu a velmi dobre pokyny k prevzatiu klucov, ale vsetko ostatne ma tak sklamalo, ze toto mi pride prilis malo. Apartman c.1.- ako pristelok sa pouziva sedacka, ktora na tento ucel nie je vobec vhodna. Bolo to hrozne a pokazilo to cely dojem z Rima. Sprcha je plesniva, kupelka mala. Je to tak na prespatie s utrpenim, nic viac....Neviem na zaklade coho nesie toto ubytovanie nazov Luxory...mali sme tam 1 skriňu aj to plnu vankusov, takze sme si nemali ani kam dat veci.

Nice location near the Vatican in a calm neighborhood, not far from the centre (30 mn walk for Trevi’s Fontaine and the pantheon) with few nice restaurants around. You can store your luggages when you arrive and before leaving, which is really helpful. The bathroom was a little small.

My only observation is not meeting my host or any staff, all contact was via WhatsApp. What made me come back is that the previous owners added something to the experience.

Whilst the barroom was cleaned on a daily basis the sealing and grouting around the shower area is in much need of an upgrade

• Maurizio (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore del quartiere Prati a due passi da Vaticano - Ho soggiornato in questa affittacamere a Prati e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. L’ambiente è estremamente accogliente e si trova all’interno di un elegante appartamento situato in un edificio del ’900, molto tranquillo. La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi dal Vaticano e vicino alle principali attrazioni di Roma. L’accoglienza dell’host è stata eccellente e l’ambiente è risultato sempre molto pulito, anche grazie alla simpatica e attenta governante. Ho apprezzato molto anche le piccole attenzioni offerte gratuitamente in camera: acqua, caffè, tè, biscotti e marmellate. Una piccola coccola che fa davvero piacere al cliente e rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Consigliato!
• Valeria (3/5): - Location very close to lots of attractions, in quiet area even at night The room was very dirty. It seems it hasn’t been cleaned properly for a very long time. We found hairs everywhere in the room and in the toilet, and let’s not talk about the corners. Reported to the host which only apologised by phone but in reality didn’t do anything else to make sure we were looked after and the room was clean properly. We do also work in hospitality and this is not the right way to look after your customers. Not happy with it.

• Gemma (7/5): Aceptable - El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Está muy bien conectado con el aeropuerto de Fiumicino con autobús. Está muy cerca del Vaticano y del Castillo de Sant’Angelo. El hotel se trata de un piso de un edificio antiguo reformado para alquiler vacacional, está nuevo y bien insonorizado. La habitación está bien de tamaño, pero el baño se queda muy pequeño. Tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado. El mayor problema es el colchón que es muy blando, y la limpieza que no es excepcional (las mesitas y los rincones que quedan entre estas y la pared tenían polvo).

Se podía ir andando hasta el centro de Roma (unos 20 minutos) y también tenía parada de autobuses y metro cerca con buenas conexiones La habitación era cómoda y con buena calefacción. Buena limpieza. Las instrucciones para el check in son claras. Te dejan un “mini” desayuno de cortesía. En general todo bien, aunque el baño era bastante pequeño y podría suponer un problema para algunas personas.

• Di Francesco (7/5): - La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale e tranquilla con tutti i servizi, vicino alla stazione metro Lepanto e con il bus 81 riesci ad arrivare in tutte le zone del centro. A 10 minuti a piedi dai Musei Vaticani, e a 15 da Castel Sant'Angelo. La struttura è moderna pulita e graziosa, il personale molto gentile e sempre reperibile per qualsiasi informazione. Kit di cortesia ben gradito e fornito, pulizia camera giornaliera. Unica pecca, migliorerei il box doccia, l'apertura dell'anta non ottimale e con poco spazio... E l'ultima sera ci è capitata il copri materasso macchiato ai piedi del letto, solo al momento del check out l'abbiamo notato.
