Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the Paypal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. IMPORTANT REMINDER: The Electricity consumed during your stay is not included in the rate which cost 5 baht per unit. The check-in time is from 15:00 PM to 18:00 PM. If you wish to check-in earlier, you can do depending on the availability. Please note there is an extra fee of 1,000 THB if you check-in after 18:00PM or before 08:00 AM. Late check-out depends on the availability on your check-out day with charge and will be organized with the villa attendant. Please be advised to prepare a security deposit of 12,000 baht or equivalent to your home currency as stated on the booking. This amount will be returned upon checking out. Shane (10/5): Highly recommended. I’m not one to visit the same place twice however would highly recommend to friends and family. - Quiet location but using Grab and Foodpanda was easy and once we had that worked out we had our own little paradise. Nothing overall superb.
