Purtroppo la struttura è tenuta malissimo: vetro della doccia crepato, così come il lavandino sciacquone water perde, presente una sola sedia, mancano porta asciugamani, il phone dopo qualche minuto e poi riparte.... I mobili i usurati, pulizia sommaria. Muffa nelle fugge del bagno. Letto con solo le lenzuola (le coperte accatastate in un armadio e non si capsce se sono pulite). Manca il bidet. La targa dell'ingresso porta 4 stelle. Non si capisce proprio come sia possibile.

• Hans-Georg (5/5): - Vom Zimmer direkter Blick auf Meer und Amalfiküste. Guter Preis. Der Föhn funktioniert gut. Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Der Wasserkocher ist völlig verkalkt. Für die Dusche würde ich 2 von 10 Sternen geben.Zumindestens kommt nach einer gewissen Zeit warmes Wasser.Ansonsten läßt sich die Tür der Duschkabine nicht vollständig schließen.Somit steht das Badezimmer unter Wasser.
• pepe (7/5): Avventuroso e sereno - La posizione è ottimale Non è un albergo tout court e nemmeno un bed and breakfast, ma è connesso allo staff che si occupa di un bar e di altri ristoranti nello stesso quartiere. Questo fa sì che l'accesso alla struttura e le varie interazioni siano un poco farraginose. Ma lo staff è cordiale.
• Vanessa (1/5): I didn’t listen to the reviews - It was clean and modern. The staff are horrible, the only nice persons and semi is the ones who respond on booking. Other than that they make you pick the keys up at the cafe, the Italian woman is extremely rude, had 3 connections with her all 3 rude. The men who seem foreign are all respectful. Don’t stay if you want to rest, they have music all day, I thought morning wouldn’t be bad but music at the cafe was playing since idk 6/7, we didn’t get much sleep can’t tell. The soundproofing doesn’t work as they believe, it would help to ask their staff to lower the music for the sake of those staying.. We left a day earlier, without being rude or anything ti another place. Left my expensive hair treatment and when I went to ask for it the woman in the cafe was completely rude and just said “no, no, no” to me, with hand waves. Mind you I translated what I was going to say on my phone so they would understand me, so there wasn’t a language barrier. Customer service is below the ground.

• Bettina (5/5): Für Kurzaufenthalt ok, aber nicht für Ferien - Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Lungomare, die Haupteinkaufsstrasse und Altstadt sind von hier aus bequem zu erreichen. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf's Meer - wenn auch nur aus der ersten Etage - ist schön. Das Frühstück - verfügbar in der zum Hotel gehörigen, aber sehr zugigen Bar - typisch italienisch (Kaffee und Croissant oder Dolce). Aufgrund der Lage unmittelbar ist der Ausblick auf's Meer zwar schön, die Lärmbelästigung durch die Hauptstrasse, die zum Hotel dazugehörige Bar und Bauarbeiten im Haus entsprechend. Der Stil des Zimmers ist ausgefallen, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Grundsätzlich wäre zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches (Nebensaison) mal eine gründliche Reinigung angezeigt gewesen: Die Silikonfugen im Badezimmer schwarz, die Kacheln klebrig, die Regendusche tropfte dauerhaft kalt, die Handdusche produzierte nur einen dünnen Strahl, die Duschkabinentür undicht, sodass man beim Verlassen der Kabine höllisch aupassen musste, um auf den spiegelglatten Kacheln nicht auszurutschen. Das zweite, sehr schmale Bett wurde aus einem Wandschrank geklappt und ist allenfalls für Kinder oder nicht allzu grosse Erwachsene geeignet. Auch hier wäre ein zweiter Blick in die Ecken seitens des Housekeepings wünschenswert gewesen.

Looking over the road to the sea, a short walk from the station and easy to walk round town or get the ferry when it's running. A kettle and plenty of cupboard space. Clean towels every day. • Ilaria (1/5): Bello ma trascurato. - La posizione ottima, si trova al centro di Salerno ma in caso siate automuniti considerate che il parcheggio costa 40euro al giorno. La struttura è mal tenuta, la doccia aveva il vetro rotto, il condizionare non funzionava ed era evidente che non veniva levata la polvere da mesi. Non abbiamo mai incontrato il gestore della struttura per potersi rapportare e descrivere la situazione della stanza e valutare un cambio nella struttura.

Colazione nella norma. La camera lascia a desiderare in quanto a pulizia, l'abbiamo trovata sporca. Anche la bella vista del mare è danneggiata dalla mancanza di pulizia del vetro della finestra. Il bagno non è provvisto di bidet, il box doccia è sporco e non si chiude bene. Inoltre non c'è tappetino per la doccia. La ventola d'aria del bagno è piena di polvere. Inoltre pensavamo fosse un hotel, invece è un B&B, quindi con possesso di chiavi a nostro rischio e pericolo.

• John (8/5): Great Location - We stayed a couple of nights here and it is perfectly positioned between the train station and the ferry terminal. A very easy walk to both. We were able to check in early which was great. You go to the coffee shop downstairs to get your key and we had a lady show us to our room. We had an issue with the bathroom being a bit unclean and mentioned it the next morning and it was taken care of straight away without any problems. The breakfast is coffee made to order, juice and a pastry, down in the coffee shop in the morning and whilst small is very good. They have a restaurant and the food there is also very good. You can sit outside and watch the world pass by at ease. I would recommend to friends. This is not important or an issue but the outside of the windows were dirty and spoiled the part view of the sea.

It’s more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with staff situated in the cafe below. The bathroom is in need of repair and further cleaning. There is a copious amount of mold in the shower. The sink faucet is broken and does not drain well. Not a clean bathroom overall. You can also expect cleaners to arrive early; 9-10am. There are no signs to signify when you need cleaning or do not disturb. They’ll come right into your unit as you are sleeping.

• ANDREAS (10/5): - Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το σταθμό των τρένων και υπεραστικων λεωφορείων, καθώς και τον κεντρικό πεζοδρομο. Ακριβώς απέναντι το τουριστικό λιμάνι που ξεκινούν τα ταχύπλοα για Αμαλφι Ποζιτανο,Μαιορι κλπ. Ενα παράθυρο μεγάλο με καταπληκτική θέα στη Μεσόγειο. Στο ίδιο κτήριο ψαροταβερνα και καφετέρια με την ίδια ονομασια,σε κοντινή απόσταση πολλά εστιατόρια ,πιτσαρίες και ψαροταβερνες.
• Leandro (8/5): Muy buen apartamento cerca del puerto - La ubicación. Vista al mar. El trato del personal y la habitación en general muy buena. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. No fue tan grave porque no fuimos en verano, pero me imagino que puede ser motivo de queja. Yo me queje pero no pudieron solucionarlo.

• Adriana (9/5): Excelente!!! - El desayuno bueno, lo justo. Un café con leche, un croissant y un jugo de naranja. Se sirve debajo del departamento en una cafetería que pertenece al mismo complejo. La localización, espectacular. Nos tocó una habitación con vista al mar. Era pequeña para tres, pero estuvimos muy cómodos. Tanto el anfitrión como el personal muy amables y siempre predispuestos. Fue una estancia perfecta!!

• Michael (5/5): Für eine Nacht ok. - Die Lage in der ersten Reihe mit Blick aufs Meer mitten in der Stadt hat schon was. Ist natürlich relativ laut, aber wenn das Fenster zu ist, hört man nichts mehr. Das Bad war leider eine Katastrophe. In der Dusche ist das meiste Wasser aus dem Schlauch gekommen und nicht aus dem Duschkopf. Wäre eigentlich leicht zu beheben. Und der Schimmel hat auch schon gewonnen. Toilette war aber sauber.

• Silvana Noemi (10/5): Excelente hospedaje y atención, ubicación estratégica!!! - Una gran elección fue hospedarnos en La Madegra, eleji este sitio ya que se encuentra en un punto estratégico, de Salerno, cerca de la estación del tren (llegamos desde Napoles ) y frente a la Marina, donde al margen de la belleza de poder desayunar todas las mañanas con una vista maravillosa, están todos los ferry para poder visitar la costera, salir a caminar por la noches para ver tan hermoso Salerno con sus luces. La habitación que elegimos fue la roja, que es tal cual las fotos, muyyyy comoda, supero mis expectativas, el desayuno es de excelente pastelería, y también cenamos pizza del otro lado, riquisimooooo..... Nos sentimos muy cómodos y relajados, destaco la atención de Daniela (simpatiquisimaaa) y del encargado de la noche, quienes me ayudaron con todas mis consultas y problemas, siempre atentos y depuestos a ayudar, los meseros también muy buena onda, sin ninguna duda volveremos!!! TODO EXELENTE!!!

• Maria Rosa (8/5): Buena ubicación con algo de ruido - Se encuentra frente al muelle desde donde salen los ferris y al lado de la estación del tren y autobuses Por la noche puede resultar un poco ruidoso. Se encuentra encima de un bar y se escuchan las voces de algunos clientes.
• Luiz (1/5): Impossivel dormir - Vista para o mar Apto localizado em cima de um bar com musica alta até as 02:00 am e antes das 7:00 am o apartamento de cima começou a arrastar móveis. Mesmo com todas as janelas fechadas o barulho era insuportavel e impossivel dormir.

• Alessandra (6/5): Vista mare stupenda, ma... - La vista dalla camera e la comodità del letto, aria condizionata ben funzionante. La posizione perfetta! A due passi dalla stazione, dal centro e dal porto. Per un paio di notti va bene, ma... La camera non era pulitissima, strati di polvere ben visibili sulle mensole, sui soprammobili e dietro la tv. La doccia no comment e con un filo d'acqua, bagno senza bidet non indicato nella descrizione. La musica ad oltranza dal loro stesso locale, dalle 9 di mattina alle 3 di notte, anche se si chiudono le finestre comunque non è il massimo. Wifi non funzionante. Comunicazione con lo staff da migliorare.

Por todo lo demás no lo recomiendo - La ubicación y la vista desde la habitación La habitación estaba en mal estado, empezando por el baño que la las paredes de la ducha estaban con moho, la mampara de baño oxidadada, el agua caliente escasa, el secador de pelo se apagaba de repente y tardaba en volver a funcionar, la cortina manchada, el inodoro perdía agua, el aplique de luz del baño oxidada. El piso pegasoso. La habitación no tenía mucho espacio para colgar, la heladera recalentaba y estaba por fuera llena de moho. El acolchado que nos dejaron tenía olor se ve que no lo fue lavado. Había un mueble de apoyo que lo últilizamos para poner una de las valijas estaba todo despintado. Los apliques de metal de la cama oxidados y uno función a el otro no. Y podría seguir enumerando. El colchón y las almohadas duras y el aire daba lástima como funcionaba. Me quejo por qué compramos supuestamente una suite en un hotel de 4 estrellas que no existe y pensábamos que nos encontraríamos con algo lindo y limpio fundamentalmente. No nos fue regalado por qué pagamos por las 4 noches. En la puerta de seguridad para entrar a las suites figura que booking los calificó con 9.1 pero luego me fijé bien y fue en el año 2018. Resumen No lo recomiendo

• Irene (7/5): Amazing location - Excellent location, very comfortable bed, amazing view and fantastic staff. Just a few minutes walk from the station and port. Lovely bar and restaurant downstairs and plenty of choice very close for shopping and eating. Some issues with cleaning and maintenance - but I would still return. Reported loose tap, loose shower seal and broken door lock on bathroom (kept falling out of the door). I received a message almost immediately saying it would be taken care of. We stayed for 6 nights and it still wasn't done. The sink plug was covered in hair and slime. I drew a line on the dust at the base of the chair - it was still there when we left.
