- Kathy (9/5): - The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean.
- Linda (9/5): Would recommend to others. Had 3 generations of family that all were able to get rooms here at this. - Location was close to venue going to. Quiet able to set by fire pit and enjoy the weather and the area around the Inn. Not having more time to spend at facility. Got to go to hospitality room for only a short time but was very interesting.
- Roberts (10/5): - The staff were all super friendly and helpful! The hospitality room was an added bonus, it had a pool table and tons of tables and games to play.

- Jamia (10/5): Really wonderful, staff was very kind, very cozy feel and a very reasonable price - Very cozy feel, the hospitality room was nice and the fire pit with complimentary marshmallows to toast was very pleasant, the rooms were cozy as well Struggled with the toilet a bit, the shower wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, ran to the gas station and grabbed some lysol wipes to do a quick wipe down, the bedding was fuzzy sherpa blankets over a top sheet which was a little too warm but seeing as it’s still cold on and off it was a nice sentiment
- Jason (10/5): -
- debbie (9/5): Very happy. - Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing was the fridge kept freezing our soda.

- James (10/5): -
- Tina (10/5): Great place to stay, price was good. - Everything Nothing
- Margaret (10/5): It was great! - Cute, good location, friendly staff, good value, nice common areas. Thicker walls/more noise protection, comfier beds, nicer AC (quiet and with a temperature thermostat)
- Nikita (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also accommodating. The facility was clean and well maintained. The extra activities they offered guests were a definite bonus. I don't think I would ask for anything different!
- Kim (9/5): The facilities were clean, beautiful, and unique, and the staff was friendly and attentive. - The room was lovely. The hospitality room was beautiful and had many entertainment options. They even lit a nice little campfire and had the option to make s'mores. It wouldve been nice if breakfast were included.

- JILL (10/5): This hotel had wonderful staff and the park and game room made our stay very enjoyable. - The park next door has a fire pit with benches around it. There is a huge game room with a pool table, games, and cards and a lovely view through the huge windows. The manager was a great host..
- Danny (10/5): - I don't believe this location had breakfast. The stay was comfortable and quite.
- Andrew (8/5): Very satisfied with our stay at this property. - Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a good value for the area. We visit Eureka Springs often and will stay here again. Nothing of any consequence.

- Edward (10/5): - Pool was closed so didn't get to use that. Staff was great. I had accidentally reserved a room for the following night. Staff was able to get us in and made the correction. It was nice having the air conditioner on and lights in the room when we got in.
- Danny Hemphill (4/5): - Not what I was expecting.
- Mike (8/5): Welcoming, convenient, relaxing, good parking. - Excellently updated classic "down & out" (doors toward parking) hotel. Wonderful gathering room. Convenient parking and room access from car. In an area with tight parking, this one was better than many. Welcoming staff. No complimentary breakfast but that was fine.
- Ladonna (6/5): The beds were nice. - The beds were comfortable. There were older ladies that i assume lived there, they were walking around, watering plants etc watching everyone the whole time. We were with a group of people and were spread thruout the property. Some of our group were invited to have bfast. Others were not. Not sure why......
- Fletcher (10/5): - The staff was super friendly and helpful N/A
- Madison (10/5): - It was super cute and a really good family spot! The game room was a good time filler and the kids loved playing in the play house while the adult relaxed a bit around the fire pit! We are planning another trip in October and this is one the list of places we may stay. I particularly loved the fuzzy comforter it made it feel way more homey in my opinion.
- Ariel (10/5): -
- Amy (8/5): -
- Muriah (10/5): -
- Brenda (8/5): - The property was a little outdated, carpet looked clean but old and the bathroom toilet paper holder and baseboard was dusty. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the hospitality room. They had board games and a pool table.
- Katherine (10/5): Great spot & biker friendly! - The outdoor pool and fire pit are nice and added to our enjoyment. My only suggestion would be to replace the security light at the fire pit area with low-key solar or tiki lighting because the bright light wrecks the mood.
- Art Music (10/5): -
- Samantha (10/5): -
- Miranda (10/5): - We liked the pool table, and the sitting area around the fire.
The only complaint, is the bathroom was not clean.
That will not stop us from returning. We will book our next visit, here!!
- Laurie (10/5): - The camp fire was a great idea!!!!!
- Candice (10/5): - The friendliest staff you’ll ever meet! Room was clean and comfortable. Troll stop out front is perfect!

- Jermey (10/5): - Rooms were very nice and clean. Our kids loved the pool and fire pit. There was also a pool table and game room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Sana (7/5): Good - Location, friendly staff The bathroom had a weird smell. Probably old shower curtains
- Sheri (10/5): Perfect! Friendly staff, nice rooms, great amenities - The pool and the game room (specifically the pool table) were the reasons I booked this location but everything was pretty perfect. The beds were comfy, the blankets were soft. And the staff was amazing! It’s a little far from downtown, but not a dealbreaker. In the plus, traffic is quieter than the hotels that are closer to downtown.
- Cindi (4/5): - Toilet did not work properly.
- nicole (10/5): - Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and quickly responded to your needs. Clean pool. Beautiful pine trees on the property. We were surprised with a campfire in the evening and marshmallows to roast. Game room with pool table was a nice addition. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay except I wish I would have thought to stay here sooner.
- Meghan (10/5): - Staff was very nice and quick with check in process, they have a pool, if you need somewhere to hang out before you can check in they let you swim!
- Melanie (10/5): It was an older hotel but well maintained. Beds were comfy. The pool was nice kids had a blast - The location, price, cleanliness
- Richardson (7/5): Good -
- Patrick (8/5): - No microwave.
- Haley (8/5): - This hotel is perfectly fine. Nothing fancy and no frills, but it’s clean, A/C works, staff is friendly, reasonably priced.
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - The fire pit, the pool, the staff The room coffee was like water.
- Judy (10/5): - Super clean, bed was wonderful and cleck in staff was very pleasant and accommodation. Will definitely stay again.
- landon (10/5): - I thought it said on Expedia it said it stated it had breakfast it was still a very good stay tho

- Kathleen (10/5): Last minute booking that turned out great - We had to book the same day cuz original hotel lost our reservation. Country Mountain Inn was clean and conveniently located. Staff was friendly and did a great job recommending restaurants. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable.

- Allison (10/5): Would definitely return! - Rooms were great, not complicated. Nice pool and fun evening events for whoever wants to attend. The game room WAS FABULOUS!
- Damon (4/5): - Dark.
The walls are painted dark blue
Worst shower I’ve seen in my life.
I’m hoping the see this and change their rooms.
- Virginia (10/5): Clean, friendly, and great value - Great and friendly staff, very helpful, clean, nice aesthetic and lighting. It was nice, with all the basics. Nothing over the top, but good value and a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the art in the room and the billiards table too.
- Erin (10/5): - The front desk staff was so friendly both at check-in and check out. We loved that the inn had a fire pit and other outdoor spaces to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We had a lovely stay!
- Debbie (8/5): It was alright - Room smelled like bug spray
- Joene (8/5): Quick but enjoyable - Beds were comfortable and place was clean and quiet. No breakfast, would be nice to have at least pastries or granola bars. We liked the lights round the perimeter of the room but I would have liked one of the lamps to be a little brighter to read easier.
- Harrington (8/5): Very good -
- Malcolm (6/5): - Seemed clean, but a little upgrading would be appealing
- Annette (10/5): - The rooms were cozy and clean! They had a fire put and smores! The kids loved it! The pool looked great but it rained the whole time!
- Thomas (10/5): - Great place to stay. Will stay again.
- Roderica (2/5): Ruined my day…NOT PET Friendly - NO DOGS ALLOWED
Was informed by management @ 8pm on a second night stay, that we had to leave, because of our (highly trained Border Collie) DOG. We had a two night stay, 2 weeks prior (Mothers Day 2025) and we had the same DOG with us. WiFi was so terrible, had to call the office, to get names of other motels that allowed DOGS, in the area.
Huge hassle at 9 PM gathering my belongings and checking out, to find a nearby hotel to accommodate us.
PET Friendly = The Wanderoo Lodge & Gravel Bar, has a woodsy area for DOGS. Along with DOG friendly employees, that care!
The bartender Missy, was spot on, making an old-fashioned.
The fire pit was enjoyable, even on Memorial Day weekend 2025.
The rooms were clean and smelled of a fresher.
My friends and I were discussing where to have our next family reunion or company party. Now we know, after the way, we were treated at the Country Mountain Inn, Eureka Springs. They will not be getting our business in the future, because of the way management miss handled this business opportunity. The only reason I picked this place, mid May 2025, was because it advertised that they were, pet friendly.

- Hannah (10/5): Clean working pool - Nice place to stay, clean pool, weekend fire, pool table and board games for rainy days.
- Mike (8/5): It was just a place to sleep and rest between floats on the nearby Kings river. - It was a quiet setting. Outside of town but close to what we were there for. It was fine
- Roderica (10/5): - Found the Motel on Google/pet friendly motels in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. What a gem! Looks freshly painted & updated.
- Saylor (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Jeff (10/5): - Excellent service and very clean.
- Michael (8/5): - Nothing at this time.
- Barnes (10/5): Exceptional - Love the staff and the coferterable beds and distance to town. This is the second time coming... got engaged and will be back😁
- Robin (9/5): Affordable, friendly staff, great view, fun times! - The view is lovely and we love the game/pool table room, so much fun! I can’t think of anything.
- Mcgibbon (9/5): Great place for families! - There was plenty of space in the double queen room for me, my husband, and our two kids. They especially loved the little play cabin! The rec room is a nice place to hang out and has a great view as well. Walls seem to be pretty think because we didn't hear any noise during our stay.
- Carol (10/5): Most definitely would recommend - Hotel was better than the pictures. We were very pleased with the hotel, gathering room with pool table and games. Nice outdoor space with fire pit.
- Mary Sharon (10/5): A Great Find in Eureka Springs - This was a great little find in Eureka Springs. We found out after we checked in that this motel had recently been on an episode of “Motel Rescue” on HBO Max. What a great job they did! The rooms had been remodeled and were very clean. There was a nice community hospitality room with a pool table, tables, and a comfortable seating area. Outside is a nice fire pit and pool. It is on the tram route that will take you downtown and also near the Christ of the Ozarks and Passion Play. This is the least we have paid for a motel room in years, and honestly, I was a little afraid of what we’d find, but the reviews were all very good so we decided to give it a try. I’m glad we did! And now I can’t wait to watch this episode of Motel Rescue (season 2 episode 4) when we get home! Was happy to give this family owned and operated motel our business!
- Verified traveler (8/5): First trip to Eureka - We had two rooms for us and the kids and it was fabulous. I know the kids were loud and we couldn't hear a thing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not far from the downtown area of Eureka Springs. The people were very nice as well. I would stay there again!
- Michael (3/5): Weird - had the entire place to ourselves. Did not find anything that matched the advertised quality - It was quiet. It was deathly quiet - eerie feeling quiet. We were literary the only people staying there and, after 9 PM, literally the only two people on the property. Bathroom so small you almost had to step into the tub in order to close the door. Heat and air unit fan ran all of the time even when in the “auto” mode. Our room was clean enough but the whole place was old and run down. We later saw a sign saying the place had been featured on “Motel Rescue”. Has me wondering if they just “rescued” one room. We managed okay for the night but didn’t find the place measuring up to the advertised quality or reviews.
- John (5/5): Passable -
