- Sharon (9/5): Good value for money, and would recommend. -
- Diane (10/5): Would stay again!! - The massage chair was great! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

- Lorae (10/5): It is a nice and clean hotel. - It isn’t a 5 star hotel nor did I expect it to be. The price is reasonable. First and foremost it is clean and quiet. The owner is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. I have no complaints.
- 875waltd (4/5): You Lost Your Charm (and Heat) - I have stayed here before and reserved for a night with a pet, speaking with the owner who quoted and sent me a verification of the rate. Got to hotel and the manager bumped me $20” stating that was standard eventhough that was discussed and included in cost I originally agreed upon. We were tired and I said “fine.” Apologies were given. I asked for a 1st floor room for handicap wife. Nope. 2nd floor. Room - be aware - ours had an old school wall unit (phone didn’t work so walked to lobby) which when we couldn’t figure out, learned worked when set between 3 and 4, otherwise - you get cold. We got moved to another room. Breakfast was really spartan - out of order juices (vending machine out of order too). Old coffee (think gas station old) biscuit (2) and gravy and Little Debbie glazed donuts. They did have bagels and some yogurt. Holiday Inn Express where are you :(

- Jennifer (10/5): Highly recommend. Can’t beat the price! - Staff very responsive and friendly. Facility clean. Close to Worthington. Walking distance to awesome steak house.
- Richard (8/5): - parking was convenient and safe. Not much of a choice for breakfast may be left to early. If Im in that area again I would stay there
- John (8/5): - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not so great breakfast, but adequate.
- Earl (8/5): - Older facility but in good condition and clean rooms. Great price in a great location.
- Marcia (10/5): - very clean and well-cared for, reasonably priced, walking distance to great coffee shop, gift shop, grocery store, and restaurant
- JoAnn (1/5): We won't be back - Room looked clean enough. Bed was slightly firmer than I like. We liked our stay 3 years ago but we won't be back after this stay. Window would not open, smoke detector was missing, ice had black specks in it, jelly was almost solid and definitely not spreadable, orange juice tasted off
- Seth (6/5): - Expedia said it would cost $80 for a night. After pet deposit of $20 per pet for each of our two tiny chihuahuas which was not listed anywhere, and another $15 for some reason that was not explained to me but I am assuming was incidentals and was not refunded, our total ended up being $135 for our one night stay. Upon arrival, my check in experience was the owner's mother sliding her phone on speaker under the glass at the front desk so I could have a conversation on speaker phone with her son. In fairness, it was probably 10 PM at night when we checked in. The room was very clean, however we noticed that someone had shoved paper towel or toilet paper in the peephole od the door. We were not sure if this was due to the peephole lens being missing so we didn't touch that. In the bathroom the metal framing around the shower nozzle was falling off of the wall. I am willing to drink pretty much any kind of coffee, but the coffee at the continental breakfast was terrible, I don’t think i could even tell you the last time I fully threw a full cup of coffee away. There was no fruit, they did have some yogurt, and some folded over egg and cheese omelettes that looked not particularly appetizing. Luckily there was a nice cafe a block away.
I had not planned to leave a review, but expedia emailed me to do this. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was kind, just wish the pet fee had been made more clear.
- Julie (10/5): Great Place - We were skeptical when we drove up. Not much to look at outside. When we got inside we were greeted by a friendly man. The lobby was clean and smelled great! Got to our room and it was spotless. Very clean and the colors very warm. Price was great. This is a hidden gem! Great steakhouse across the street as well. Would definitely stay again!
- Jenita (7/5): The room was nice so I’d say the place is just okay. - They shouldn’t advertise breakfast! There really wasn’t much to eat. The jelly was very old and unspreadable! Coffee is awful:(
- Robert (10/5): - Off the highway further than I prefer but very nice quiet place
- Vincent (7/5): It was clean and worth the price, breakfast was not good. - The location was okay. The room was clean, and the front desk person was nice. The breakfast was not good.
- Dave (8/5): - Check in was great with employee JAY.
- Curtis (10/5): - Traveling through and had a great stay.
- 321leightont (10/5): Motorcycle trip - Travelling on bikes and looking for rooms at a good price. Motel clean, restaurant across road and price is right. Definitely would stay again.
- Melody (10/5): - Clean rooms, quiet and ample parking
- Pamela (10/5): - We’ve been on a 3 month long road trip and this place even though it’s dated was the cleanest room we’ve stayed in. Tub was so clean you could eat off it . Toilet and sink pristine. Vacuumed perfectly. Wonderful linens. Comfy bed! Only thing I would change was the pillow I like them fluffy. Great steakhouse across the street. We are late risers we didn’t make breakfast so can’t rate that.
Definitely would stay again

- Ellen (8/5): - We were traveling on I 90 and it was a little out of the way. Loved driving the back roads to this little farm community. Worth the trip and there was,a great steak restaurant across the,Street within walking distance.
- Gregory (10/5): - Great Experience!
- John (2/5): - Refused to stay at property because of construction. Hotel should have coverage for loss of use.
- Brandon (10/5): - Clean, comfy, quiet room with everything I needed for a perfect night's stay at a great price. Parking was easy. Check in/out was easy. Everything in the room was in working order. Breakfast, while continental, was a strong offering for a continental breakfast. (Lots of items to mix and match. Bananas were actually yellow, whereas a lot of other places they tend to be past their ideal stage.) Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks!
- Jana (8/5): Good value and convenient location near Hawkeye Point! - Conveniently located just six miles from Hawkeye Point, the highest point in Iowa! Had a great dinner at nearby El Queretano Mexican Restaurant and amazing craft beer at Drink Me Brewing Co, in walking distance. Good coffee and a sufficient breakfast in the morning. Staff was very solicitous.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Just what I needed for an on-the-road overnight
- Albert (10/5): - Clean and in good repair. Friendly manager. Very good stack place almost across the street.
- Susan (10/5): - Must have had massive cleaning as the whole place smells of Clorox. Very strong. But, the carpets are spotless and all is super clean. My sinuses aren’t happy tho.
- jennifer (10/5): - It’s a great place to stay.
- Cherri (10/5): - Comfortable, clean and love the rual setting. Affordable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean and Affordable - We arrived at 1:15 am. I had called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late. They were very friendly about it - even though I had to wake them up. Clean, affordable place to stay and conveniently located by the fairgrounds.
- Jessica (6/5): - Comfy beds, clean rooms. The floor overhead was noisy and the lobby a little shabby but all in all a good place to stop for the night.
- Renee (10/5): - Very clean, reasonably priced, nice staff!
- Mary (8/5): - The host was gracious and accommodating. My husband had injured his back and we were given a ground floor room with a recliner that was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and room clean.
- mario (10/5): - The room was really clean
- jennifer (10/5): - It was very clean
- marcie (10/5): - Clean, quiet and close to the work i came to do

- Charl (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (10/5): - easy to check in, quiet and friendly staff
- Janie (10/5): Great place to stay - This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times, I have felt very appreciated. I stay in less expensive places, so I don’t expect all the bells and whistles. I allreciate the super clean facility and friendly environment.
- Andre (2/5): Unsatisfied - Didn’t even check-in, I needed to cancel my reservation & the hotel never responded. So , I didn’t stay at the hotel nor did I get a refund. They ultimately kept my money.
- Kevin (8/5): very comfortable and affordable - clean and friendly
- Rachael (2/5): - The room itself was okay. The customer service is terrible! To check-in I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for an employee to assist me. Then was later charged a fee for unknown reasons.
- Michael (8/5): - Clean, easy to access, we checked in and left immediately for our activities. Came back after fireworks and went straight to bed. Perking was accessible, good lighting, safe.
- susan (2/5): - They shampooed the carpets and they were soaking wet and smelled like a dog. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every noise
- Debra (7/5): Good value - Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, guest laundry for small fee, coffee and continental breakfast. No water machine.
- Stacey (10/5): Exceptional -

- Dan (10/5): - Clean comfy
- RoadGuys2 (8/5): Nice surprise, everything we needed. - Originally planned to stay in Worthington, MN but, the Sibley Inn sign on the highway caught my eye so, we thought we'd check it out. So glad we did. The building's exterior is plain jane but inside was quite nice everywhere you look. Nice decorative touches here and there and its cleanliness show that the owners are committed to continuous improvement.
Our room was every bit as comfortable and equipped as well as the big chains, all at a fair price. Night manager was super accommodating. He even called a "maybe" guest to make sure a room was open for us.
Convenience store is next door and a great steak house across the street. Don't know if we'll ever get up this way again but, would certainly stay here if we did.
- Carson (8/5): - Well-maintained, basic lodging.
- Janie (10/5): Great place - The room was spotless! Cleaner than clean! The staff was very helpful. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel.
- Paul (6/5): Long way from I-90 - Very clean
Surroundings not great. Ran out of main brkfst item before 8:40.
- Julie (10/5): - Clean comfortable room with a great shower.
- Corneliu (10/5): - I would recommend it.
- Mark (10/5): - Nice clean room
- debrasV2QN (10/5): excellent choice - Friendly, clean, comfy beds, excellent restaurant across the street. Owner/manager so nice. Free Breakfast in the lobby, very good biscuits and gravy 😋 we weren't sure what to expect at this small hotel but we're so pleasantly surprised.

- Melody (10/5): - Clean rooms
- Anna (6/5): Pleasant -

- Linda (10/5): - Property was very clean with comfortable beds staff was very helpful and friendly.
Would highly recommend for a good nights sleep and good breakfast choices.
- Julia (10/5): - This is a very nice property, and the staff was great. The room was well appointed, andscrupulously clean. My only issue was breakfast. It was modest, which was fine, but the juice was watery, the hot items, weren't, and the coffee was marginal.
Overall I give this place an A-. Upgrade the freshness of the breakfast and all will be well.
- K8183NGmichaelj (10/5): A good time - Our stay was wonderful from the nice young man that checked us and gave restaurant advice, to the much above average room, and to the more than adequate breakfast. Small town motels are not always real good because they don’t have the funds chain motels do. We had a good experience!
- Laurel (10/5): - Cleanest hotel I have ever expet. Great service. Comfy beds.
- Leslie (10/5): - …
- Jill (10/5): - A pleasant surprise in a small town in Iowa.

- Tamara (10/5): - Na
- Kurt (10/5): - Very nice, affordable.
- Helen (7/5): Nice and safe - It is a very cute farming town. Felt very safe. The desk person didn’t speak English and had to call his boss to converse.
