- Tracy (2/5): DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE!! - This hotel does not exist!! The location has recently changed names/management and does not honor reservations from the app. I had booked a non-refundable room but was able to get a refund given the circumstances.
- Troy (2/5): - This isn't a Studio 6 anymore. It's a Days Inn. If you book here, when you arrive you will not have a reservation. Good luck getting any help from the front desk. I had to go through customer service for a refund.

- darrell (2/5): No compassion!! - I was there fishing a local lake when I got news that my father had passed, this was at 1pm. I called the hotel right away and asked for a early check out for a day credit, the receptionist said she would ask her manager. By the time I got off the lake and checked out it was 2:30pm. The manager said sorry since it was after 2pm she would have to charge me for another night. I will never stay at this hotel chain ever again, being a corporate pilot I stay in hundred’s of hotels a year. And since hotels.com will continue to advertise for this chain can’t use them anymore either!! Treat people like crap, lose my business!

Called front desk she said I’ll move Iu again I said no cause we already unpacked and packed again staff was not friendly at all acted as we where an inconvenience! Had to stay another night was put in another room no hot water and room was very dusty

Hotel is used by construction workers so stair were dirty but we were hunting so our boots weren’t that clean either. Over all nice. No breakfast wasn’t a deal breaker because we were gone in the morning anyway. Not many guest so parking wasn’t an issue.

- Tara (8/5): The price is right! - For a discount hotel this was pretty nice. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned so we were moved to a new room which was very clean. The room was a bit small but loved having the kitchenette with full size fridge. The bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. For the price we couldn’t really complain.

- Xenobia (4/5): Severely Understaffed - The hotel is extremely understaffed. The staff that are there are visibly tired and runned down which shows up in the quality of service they provide. The front desk lady was doing laundry so we had to wait to check-out. Sad that I saw the exact same staff the 2 days that I was there from check in (nearly 11 pm Friday night), throughout the day Saturday, and at check out Sunday. I remember thinking "do these people ever go home". One of the ladies in the front was so tired she had to stand up.

- Heidi (10/5): SO QUIET! - Hotel is standing alone near interstate but it is insanely quiet, nice clean rooms and hallways smell clean too (even in fancier hotels, the halls can be a little sketchy smelling). Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

I came back to the front desk and he gave me a new room number. I asked him to check the room first because I didn't feel safe because I was unarmed. That room was also occupied. There are squatters in this hotel that the management didn't know anything about. I finally got a room that didn't have any occupants. Went to wash my hands in the bathroom and they left a used bar of soap for me to use. knew nothing about.

- Danielle (6/5): Customer service is lacking - Well it was a nice and clean environment my only gripe was we were moving and my husband had gone ahead four hours away and I stayed behind and injured my knee and woke up unable to walk when I tried to pay for an extra day I had an issue with payment because we decided to change banks to one in the town we would be moving to. And my husband was at work so I had to call down and the young lady who said she was management but also spoke quite rudely to me and said I had 15 minutes and informed me that my card on file had $39.59 and I had 15 minutes to come up with $22.00. this was my second night and she knew my husband was on his way to deposit money into our account but she refused to wait. This was at 12:00 and within 20 minutes I slowly and in extrutiating pain left and walking out the door my phone dinged to let me know I had a deposit on my account. At 12:27...my point is her rude behavior over a few minutes was uncalled for and her language was atrocious as well literally saying... Well lady we been workin witch ya and you can leave anytime you want to... I have stayed here in the past and travelling with wind turbines is what my husband does for a living so we have terminated our business account with Motel 6 and Will not stay here again if that's the management they choose to employ. 30 minutes of compassion, and a manager with management mentality. That's all it would have taken.

Also the front desk clerk was rude and very disrespectful. She tried to embarrasses me and my husband in front of another guest that she happened to know. She was very short and condescending. I have to travel to Colorado city 2 times per month for work and I get to chose the hotel. I ill not make the mistake of staying at this hotel again.

We didnt get lights back on till almost 2am. The microwave didnt even heat food up at all! There was only one worker for the whole hotel! Not to mention the hotel is not far from a prison!

The Distric Manager and manager will blame the housekeeper and call the police who will then tell you it is a civil matter. Do not stay at this hotel!
