Robert (10/5): I'd stay again - The hotel isn't bad, it's basic motel 6. There isn't a pool, it says they have a pool but they do not. The rooms are kind of small, but decent. Our first night wa s great, second night there were other guests fighting extremely loud outside our rooms and breaking glass. The next two nights were quiet.

Our TV controller did not work. we took it to the office and she replaced it with another one, no questions or delays. The shower looked like an amature installed it. The floors were dirty and the air conditioner sounded like we were sitting in the middle of an airport, very loud. We could not sleep with it on. Also. we needed more than 2 pillows. We did not ask for more, it was late.

Marian (1/5): Worst stay in a motel I have ever had, dirtiest room Ihave ever had, it was horrible - Nothing Rudest manager I have EVER encountered. Dirty rooms, someone tried to break into my vehicle, I asked for fresh towels and was told that because I had dogs in the “pet friendly” motel, no housekeeping would be done. I had to ask him for a fresh towel, because housekeeping refused to give me one. He reluctantly gave me a stained thin small towel. I was so uncomfortable with my stay, I took pictures of the room in case he tried to blame me for damage. I had to clean the room before I could relax in it.

Stephanie (1/5): Won't be staying again. - Nothing really. Room was dirty floor needed to be mopped. The water had a very strong odor to it each time you used the sink. Nothing. When I first drove up there were men outside on the balcony drinking straight from a bottle and taking loudly. (This is right above the office) when you walked inside the office you could hear them from inside the officer theh were so loud. The front desk clerk gave me a room right near there. And I left there was no place to park anywhere. I would've had to park all the way around the building, plus walk through and deal with the loud drunk noisy men standing outside staring. Room was dirty. Floor was nasty needed to be mopped. Housekeeping comes super early and is outside making a bunch or noise etc.

Harris (9/5): Superb - Customer Service was excellent, patient, and understanding. Now, it's time to upgrade on the towels and be softer to get them when they are on sale. and a touch-up on paint in it will be back to new. And 1 last thing, it would be great to have a fan in the bathroom and also something to remove the hot steem. Also, info what the wifi password is in the room somewhere. Didn't never receive it or was able to log in due to no internet connection.

Afraid to take my shoes off in room. Would have left to find another place but was very tired and disabled hubs needed a rest. Only stayed few hours and got the hell out of there! Lots of undesirables having in rear parking lot where they put us.

The bed and pillows were more or less acceptable. The big disappointment came when I tried to take a shower: NO HOT WATER.
