- Holly (6/5): - This property was ok for our two night stay, it was close to everything we needed and staff was very responsive. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it and the photos didn’t properly described the unit. It was more dated than expected and there weren’t many utilities. We would stay here again, but probably for cheaper.

It took over an hour to park and make it to the front desk because the elevators were broken, so we had to figure out how to get from the parking garage up into the main lobby on the 10th floor. We had luggage and a ton of stairs and walking. Once there, the line for check in was 30 people deep with a lot of waiting. It was not convenient. Unfortunately that has detracted from the overall experience and stay.

The building had previously had some sort of leak, so there was only 1 working elevator and you could tell some work was getting done throughout the hallways and in the unit because of it. We had stayed in this exact building a few years back and the reason we decided to stay again was mainly because of convenience. We were there for a concert and were a short walk away from the arena, union station, cn tower, ripleys. There are lots of dining option nearby as well. We also liked the safety of this building. Not just everybody off the street can have access to the lobby. We would stay here again

All in all, very worth the price. I didnt like that I had to give my credit card number over the phone.

- Holly (6/5): Not good - Very dirty bed rooms and common area, had a long black hair in the sheets of one bed where we have blonde hair, dust bunnies every room, pile of dirt by the laundry closet, the chair in the one bedroom had a broken leg, no paper towels, not hot enough shower, received check out instructions the day after we left at 2am
- Taylor (4/5): - I stayed here with high hopes with the price I was paying . When I entered the building I was informed the elevators weren’t all working . So we had to take the stairs or wait up to 25 mins ( we walked 10 floors ) we would walk down them every single time . When booking I booked for a city view , expecting to see the cn tower as that’s what was shown in the picture when I booked . That was not the case we were looking at a parking lot/ td building, our room was being renovated with open gaps on the base board area . The room was not properly cleaned , the oven still had a pan in it & was dirty . The fridge had a bag of ice with mold growing in the bag . While I was there I asked for a manager and was given no information what so ever. Overall very disappointed.

- Chantale (8/5): - Can’t beat the location. Check in and out were a breeze. Place was clean. Aesthetically pleasing. Beds were comfortable. Elevators require patience. Could have used a few convenience items like facial tissues, better lighting in bathrooms, more washcloths. One of the towels was wet but folded up like it hadn’t been used. Decided to chalk that up to a mistake rather than assume it’s regular practice. Would definitely stay again though, no question. Location is 100% worth the minor inconveniences we had.

- Desmond (10/5): Good apt for short stay. - It wa sa business trip. so i stayed alone. it has a spacious living room, kitchern and one bedroom. theres washing machine if u need to wash but i didnt use. the unit is very much self sufficient. i felt comfortable staying.
- Tera (10/5): Fantastic place - Beautiful condo with gorgeous balcony views. Amazing pool. It was a perfect place to stay for our family and the beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to CN tower and many other things.
- Sara (6/5): - The room itself was your standard accommodations. It was clean and tidy. However, the elevators where extremely slow and unsafe. Several times we waited 10+ minutes for a car to arrive. Further, on the day of our departure the elevator door left one floor while the doors were still wide open.
- Chelsea (8/5): - The property location is phenomenal. If coming from the airport, take the UP express and it’s a short 10 min walk. The CN tower and Rogers Centre is literally across the street. It’s an easy walk to Union Station and there is a plethora of restaurants all within a couple blocks. The location is 10/10. The condo itself was nice and cozy. Staff are very friendly! T Our place had the most comfortable beds and the view was stunning. It was unfortunate we couldn’t access the pool table/games room, but we had no issue accessing the pool. Just be prepared, the pool area gets busy between 2-5. Only downfalls: If neighbours are out on their patio (especially late at night) the noise carries directly into the bedroom. Also, the condo could use a few amenities like salt/pepper in the shakers and a little bit of stuff to do laundry - but other than that, it was a perfect place for our family to visit Toronto and take in some games, eat at great restaurants and tour the entertainment district.

The elevators are very old and feel unsafe to be in at times. Just to be aware you have to take out your own garbage and clean the dishes before leaving. Otherwise, fantastic location and great price. Timely communication from property.

However, no alternative offered, no bottled water available. Had to go out and purchase from a convenience store. Would not recommend or stay here again.

- Michael (10/5): Amazing condo in the heart of everything! - Wonderful condo. Was very clean and spacious! We came up for Orioles opening weekend against the Bluejays! The condo is literally right across the street from the stadium, the CN tower, and the Ripleys Aquarium. Perfect walking distance to nightlife and local markets. 100% would stay again!

- Sabrina (10/5): - I didn't know what to expect staying at a condo instead of a hotel, but it was great! The room was very spacious and very clean. I was contacted the day before I arrived to give me a few check in instructions and then they sent me a text with all the info about the room. The only issue I had was that the body wash in the shower was pretty much empty. I replied to the text with the check out info and let them know. They said they would pass it on to the cleaner. Communication was great, the room intself was beautiful and clean and the price was great! Will definitely stay again in the future.

Thankfully I had a smooth check in process despite that. Just note, the front door facing Front St is closed so you have to go around to the other side. My room was great and I had the perfect view of CN tower.

We loved our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a full condo versus a hotel stay. The place was very clean, easy to access and the concierge team was friendly and helpful.
- Amit (8/5): Good Location; comfortable condo but strange rule - The Good: Location is perfect. If you want to stay near CN Tower or MCTC, this is awesome. The WiFi is good. The Not so Good: Rules: You get WhatsApp messages with rules that seem a little strange. For eg, no shoes are allowed inside the suite, and supposed to be on some shoe-mat but what do I do about shoes that I packed in my bags. I understand the owners want to keep the property clean and if it was raining / snowing, we would accordingly take care of the cleanliness. Check-out & Luggage storage: there's no luggage storage at the condo; with the check-out time at 11 am, one has to find another way to store the luggage. Not convenient. Keys: We booked the whole suite for 2 people so not sure why we only got one set of keys. It should be standard to give 2 sets of keys. The second set of keys were organized the next day so overall, this was fine. The small stuff: the shampoo didn't seem usable, I couldn't find any tissue paper, and finding the hair-dryer was not as straight-forward. We also get a note to dispose off the trash. This isn't really such a big deal but should be worded of as a request vs. communicated as a required task.

- Krystall (10/5): - We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2-bathroom condo the 42nd floor, and it was absolutely wonderful. My sister and I booked the day of because we fly standby on Delta, and we have to make sure that we get on the flight before we can book a place to stay. I had my eye on this one and we were glad that it wasn't taken. The owner worked with us at such short notice, and we were able to check in. We got the key from the 24 hr desk downstairs. The key fob will get you into the pool area and the gym but no other areas. There was also a fob for the garage if you have a car. The condo was so clean and so much light. We loved the big windows, and the beautiful view was amazing night and day. We were asked to take our shoes off when we entered the condo and that was fine. The air conditioner worked well. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes available. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of closet space for your clothes. We loved having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will need to purchase paper towels because they were not provided, and detergent also needs to be purchased if you want to wash clothes. The balcony was great but the only thing missing was chairs and maybe a small table to relax when you are out there. The condo is close to so many attractions and in walking distance. Starbucks is right next door. Communication was great when asking a question. Don't let this condo slip from your hands. Book it now.

- Seth (8/5): - Very nice condo in the heart of downtown TO. Clean, quiet, had most of what I needed. “Waterfall” shower is nothing special. Water pressure barely passable. Bathroom fan is on 24/7 and makes noise that you can hear in the middle of the night. Otherwise worth the $.
- CHRISTOPHER (8/5): - Had a pleasant one night stay. Location is great, communication from owner is good. Check in & out both a breeze. Has all the amenities you could need, from kitchen to washer, however we just slept & showered. We are a very quiet, respectful couple on a sightseeing trip and did feel a bit overwhelmed by the house rules but we would stay again happily. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

- Martin (4/5): - The owners were rude asking us reason of staying here since you have 416 no. That was a breach to privacy. Telling us you are not supposed to party!! It’s an insult for us. We are professionals engineers and I’m 49 and those people were lecturing us! I honestly wanted to back out last minute but it was paid for. Parking is a disaster in P5. Worse ever! Apartment is cold due lots of draft and windows. Noisy. Small sitting area. It was ok if you need more than one bedroom for family, but not wow. Definitely not recommended to anyone.

- Matthew (8/5): - It was a great location, but just inconvenient that for three couples we were only given one key and fob to come and go. Also nothing to do with the unit, but the elevators in this condo building are terrible. The specific condo unit though is in great shape and has good views.

- Josephine (6/5): - The property location was fantastic as I was at a conference located just across the street. Bedding was clean, as was the most of the condo but it just didn’t feel sanitized. I found a curly hair on the edge of my shower and our feet got very dirty from floors. Furniture was decent, however, they need to replace the towels in the bathrooms and include face cloths. There was no bars of soap but found a used bottle of body wash which I was not thrilled using (it didn’t even have a lid on it). The bathroom showers need to be re-grouted as this would make the bathroom feel so much cleaner. I would rent this unit again but would hope they have these suggestions rectified.

A nice apartment equipment with gym and other a lot of features: kitchen with modern appliances, nice bath and living room. Great city and lake view from balcony and room. The downside is the maintenance: faucets are loose, frame of glass door are not secured properly and one bed frame screw needs to be tightened. Wash machine needs a little extra clean up etc. In short, the maintenance guy needs to pay a lot more attention on details. It would improve the experience a lot more.

- Jeffery (8/5): Location! - We had a problem with our first booked condo (lost power, no elevator or AC) and Hotels.com rearranged this condo for us. Great location. Very spacious and it was quite the upgrade. Thanks Hotels.com for the support! We were quite close to everything EXCEPT shopping. We stayed on the 17th floor on a corner unit. Husband and daughter could not utilize pool on one night due to party atmosphere but they were able to do so the next morning. Only three complaints/observations: no washclothes (wasn’t expecting that), the washer unit had mold in it (had planned to use it but couldn’t), and I’m fairly certain some questionable people entering the building for illegal purposes, Was grateful for the accomodations at the last minute; awesome location and size of the room, but not altogether certain I would choose this condo again. Do try the local restaurants and the polish sausage right outside the condo across the street near Bluejays’ stadium.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Gorgeous but needs some serious elevator upgrades - The apartment was perfect for a couple, the view was amazing and the location couldn't have been better. The only issue was with the elevators - very slow and unreliable. You know it's a problem when you have to factor in elevator wait time while planning your day .... and good luck if you realize you forgot something important in your room once you actually got down to the lobby.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Lackluster - I asked for a second set of keys. The person doing the check in said he would call when he got them. He never called. I went to the security desk the next morning to request the second set of keys and was told there was nothing the people at the security desk could do but I could contact Hotels.com. There were no window coverings on any windows in the unit so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. Only 3 of 6 elevators worked for the duration of my stay. I waited more the 15 minutes on multiple occasions to get to my unit. There were no linens for the trundle bed Condo was wonderfully located for many activities in Toronto. Will not stay there again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The location in downtown Toronto is great. It’s close to major attractions. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which gave us the room we needed, but it was not very well cleaned. There was dirt on the floor, the counters in the kitchen and bedroom side tables needed to be wiped down and I had to wipe down down the fridge and microwave. The whole unit just needs a really thorough clean. There was major gapping in the flooring and some some of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close tightly. The unit just needs some attention.
