We didnt like the bathroom doors as they dont provide much privacy and the view from one of our rooms (217) was terrible as it looked straight into the back of a wall.

And is also very rude. She approved for a cancellation fee to be waived when I talked with her IN PERSON but ended up still being charged. When I called to get it resolved, she said she nver said that and has given me the run around. Poor customer service!

The bed bed faced the window and the AC/heater. When it kicked on it blew right on my face. The tv was to the side of the bed making watching TV in bed uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flimsy and we did not have extra blankets or bedding. The breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs tasted like fake butter.

- Firstcruise2013 (10/5): Exceptionally clean and friendly - I chose this hotel for the price and traveler rating, and because Hampton Inns are familiar. It's in sort of an industrial area close to the airport, but still it's clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, nice size tv, and a shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was typical, but fresh and tasty - well maybe the breakfast potatoes were sort of cold, but I got down there toward the end of the hours. Would definitely stay there again.

- Joyce (10/5): - I wanted a place to stay away from the heavy traffic of the central business district (CBD). Although this hotel was a little further, near the airport, it was just what I wanted. Even with the airport nearby, we never heard any air traffic. Staff was super! Easy to get to, and free parking.

- lukas-sthlm (10/5): Top-notch Hampton - This was a fantastic stay from start to finish. We had a beautiful, fresh suite with excellent water pressure and a spotless interior. Location was perfect and the rate very reasonable. One of the absolute best Hampton Inns we’ve experienced.

- barry (5/5): Can't darken room at night - Breakfast, location and cleanliness. Why would any hotel designer think it's a good idea to not allow customers to make their room dark at night?! The thin see-through curtain does nothing to block out light, so if the guest wants to darken the room, they have to rig the second, short layer of curtain so that they tie together to help block out light. I wouldn't stay here again based on that major snafu in design.

- Thomas (10/5): - We found out you can park your vehicle in the back and take a shuttle ( for a small fee) and take your shuttle to the airport. It saves you a lot of money! we had an emergency and they were so accommodating for a later check out.

- Roger (10/5): We've already booked our next stay at this location - The best accommodation we've stayed in for a very long time. Spotless, extremely comfortable and great staff. The major downside to our stay was the corporate decision to remove both the computers and printers from what they still call their business center. Very bad decision. The assumption that EVERYONE has a smart phone for conducting business is a bad one. Not everyone lives in a city center where smart phones are dominate. There are those of us who, because we live in rural areas where smart phones don't function well (and we are one of these), are forced to live on flip phones, but still travel, need this service however due to a short-sighted decision it's no longer available at these locations.
