- Barbara (10/5): Great stay for girls getaway - Balcony facing the lake was great! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave were very convenient. Bring my own real cups and tea bags so can have a cup of tea on balcony before going to breakfast. Hotel was very quiet. I liked everything! Parking garage was convenient and location was wonderful.

- Natalie (6/5): Clean, staff great and great location. - Close proximity to everything, cleanliness and staff were fantastic Beds uncomfortable and room above us had a child where the parents where letting child run up and down halls and room slamming door till 11pm at night . Staff tried to mitigate the issue but the parents should have been asked to leave. Many people complained.. we were there to relax and that was very unsettling.

There was a sports tournament group in the hotel as well and the room was relatively quiet. We didn’t get to explore the town, but it seemed like a great location for a longer stay. - Tracy (10/5): We had a great weekend away, we went for some walks around town and to the lake. We swam in the pool and relaxed around - The restaurant attached to it was very good. Good drinks at the bar and the bartenders were knowledgeable. We could see the lake from our room it had a big deck. It is a short walk to the lake and is in downtown. Being off season pricing could have been a little lower.

Very clean and staff friendly. Very comfortable. Parking was a bit limited. 2 many spaces taken for electric vehicles that weren’t being used. Also, no conditioner and no body wash in the shower dispensers. TV reception was spotty at times.

Our son is autistic and picky eater so preparing him for options before going would have been beneficial.

- Adriana (10/5): - Room was great and the staff was awesome very friendly and kind. The business / relaxing area was very nice. We enjoyed sitting by the fire chatting after a day of being outdoors. On Friday evening we had a phenomenal bartender but on Saturday Chloe was working and she left much to be desired. When my husband questioned the pour of wine he received she was like I can measure it in front of you if you like. The attitude wasn't appreciated as he explained we were just there the night before and he was poured differently. He then asked if he could a little more just charge him extra she said no she could just give him another glass. We understand there are rules and "new / young" bartenders don't always know how to adjust but the attitude wasn't necessary especially if you are being spoken to you in a kindly manner. She actually lost out because we love the bar area and we hung out for a while on Friday night we would have done the same on Saturday and watched the game. With her attitude I ended drinking water only had 1 drink we are dinner and left.

I also loved that the temperature in the room was to my liking. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially Katie the night auditor and the Front desk supervisor with the awesome looking hat. The food at Charlie's restaurant was good.
