- Helen (10/5): Home away from home. - The hotel is conveniently located; it's within walking distance of Bloom Patisserie and Vincom Plaza. The reception area is a nice place to hang out and enjoy the great river view outside. My room was quite large, clean and comfortable, along with the bathroom. The staff are warm and helpful. The housekeeping team does a great job. I found it really convenient that they offer affordable, same-day laundry service, and they sell soft drinks and water bottles at reception for fair prices. I felt really sad leaving, reminds me of home. I will definitely stay here again if there's an opportunity. Highly recommended. Nothing

In many hotels I have stayed at, this is usually handled verbally rather than by asking me to wait for a room check. It would have been more tolerable if I were not in a hurry to get to the airport.
- SEAN (8/5): if you want some place quieter than the beach side of Da nang, check out Riverside. Close to mall - I was in their budget room on 2nd floor. No window in the room but it had a bathtub and bidee toilet. AC nice and cold/

Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, được dọn mỗi ngày và đầy đủ tiện nghi cần thiết. Mình đặc biệt thích view từ phòng, nhất là vào buổi tối nhìn thành phố rất đẹp và thư giãn. Điều làm mình ấn tượng nhất chính là sự thân thiện và nhiệt tình của nhân viên. Từ lễ tân đến các anh/chị hỗ trợ đều rất dễ thương, luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ khi khách cần. Thủ tục nhận và trả phòng nhanh chóng, tạo cảm giác thoải mái ngay từ lúc check-in. Không gian khách sạn yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng sau một ngày dài đi chơi. Với mức giá hợp lý cùng chất lượng dịch vụ tốt như vậy thì mình thấy rất đáng trải nghiệm. - Dmytrii (10/5): - It was a very pleasant stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Although the sun does make the room hot during the day, there's air conditioning that works perfectly. Most importantly, it's the quietest hotel. The Wi-Fi works pretty well, but sometimes at night the connection drops momentarily (I think due to a reboot or something similar, for 5-15 minutes). Great staff, always ready to answer any questions.

If you are looking for comfort and better value for money there are alot of other hotels that - Rooms are big and it has a ceiling fan plus and air conditioner as well. That’s the only upside to it. The beds are two separate single beds jointed together to make up a double bed. Which was very uncomfortable to sleep in. The property is falling parts in lot in places it’s old and shabby. The lift is super super slow and takes forever to arrive as we were on the 10th floor.

- Minh Trang (6/5): - The staff were very nice and helpful, the location is great. The room isn’t as clean as I expected. But overall it’s good. Big bathroom with bathtub. TV didn’t work. Wifi kinda suck sometime. The door lock seem a lil bit erhh 🥲. I have to use the chair and our luggage to block the door when we sleep cause i felt not completely safe. 7/10 in total

- Hannah (7/5): - The staff is friendly and it is good value for money. I think it makes sense to book the river view which we didn’t do. It probably makes up for the fact that the rooms are a bit outdated. The rooms don’t look exactly like on the pictures online. While it is nice to be close to the river, we didn’t find that many food options in close proximity to the hotel. Lots of cafes but it’s otherwise mostly a residential area.

- Kuru (5/5): Try at your own risk. - Location is definitely perfect. First of all two single beds combined together and it's very hard to sleep on it. You keep falling in between. We couldn't handle the cleaning.You have to push them to give you towels also, even if they clean, they never mop the floors. The toilet was moving and smelling because the water was coming. The room was big, everything was really old. And in bad condition also literally, they were open wires, both sides of the bed. I am not a picky person but I didn't like it, and I moved out immediately.

- Samuel (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, well-equipped, and tidied up every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. The hotel’s location is excellent — close to the city center and within easy reach of popular attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, especially the local dishes. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the comfort provided by the hotel. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

- Kahrıman (6/5): I wouldn't stay here again - The staff is very helpful, location is good. Overall it wasn't good stay. The room was clean but somethings was off; there were cracks in wall of bathroom, so every time we went back to the room there were cockroaches(staff was helpfull but we prefer to not need help for every night). And towels was very old and have permanent marks. The bed sheets didn't feel clean enough.

This is the main reason why I choose this room, this hotel twice alrd - It's by the street, so it's noisy with traffic sound - The facilities are getting old, furniture changing color and tear out slowly. Also, aircon is old too. - For the door, my room cannot scan card to get in. Must use the key manually - Last but not least: the WC light is yellow and is dark. Very good for chilling, but I literraly could not do make up. There is no other mirror in the room also.

- Amelia (8/5): Great view and comfortable room - Lovely view and nice to have so much light from the large windows. Good shower The bed is very hard and the pillows are large. The curtains need replacing as they had mould on them. The room would benefit from having some lamps for mood lighting. Location isn’t great however it’s cheap to get grabs wherever so this didn’t bother me too much.

- Hung (5/5): Phòng không sạch, có mùi hôi, rèm không thay có mùi nước đái khai nhà vệ sinh có mùi, phòng ẩm, - Vị trí Thứ nhất vào xem mấy cái bình luận thấy chụp nhân viên tạp vụ là thấy ảo ảo rồi khách nào lôi 1 lúc 2,3 em nhân viên đứng tạo dáng chụp. Tui thuê 3 phòng 3 ngày. Phòng Má tui thì ga giường còn cả vết tinh trùng, phòng em gái bồn tắm còn cả tóc và băng keo cá nhân, phòng tui thì rèm khai nước đái, toàn bộ phòng ẩm móc. Thì tiền nào của đó thôi nhưng vệ sinh mùi và vệ sinh tối thiểu cũng không có. Tui nằm ngủ mà toàn hửi mùi nước đái. Để mấy cái khăn cho khách ngã màu vàng như khăn đạp chân. Nhà vệ sinh nó hôi lắm. Được cái nước tắm nước mạnh. Nhưng phòng Má tui không có nước nóng. Thuê 3 phòng nên cảm nhận xét được cả 3 phòng đều có vấn đề

- Hạnh (8/5): - Khách sạn mà tôi ưng nhất từ trước đến nay khi đến Đà Nẵng. Nhân viên lễ tân nhẹ nhàng, nhiệt tình. Và gửi lời cảm ơn đến bộ phận HK, đặc biệt là Thảo đã giúp phòng ốc của tôi luôn sạch sẽ mỗi ngày. Rất đáng để lưu trú cho những lần tiếp theo.

- Andrew (9/5): Excellent value for money - Great stay. The rooms are clean and the view from the upper floors is fantastic. Also, the bathroom is brilliant. There's a large shower with powerful hot water that works instantly, there's also a bath. Solid value for money. There's one of those cool high tech toilets in my room but unfortunately it didn't work, so I had to stick with the handheld bum gun

- gpulsar (9/5): comfortable stay for super cheap price - Everything was good the bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. The reception were very attentive I asked to have the TV fixed and they did it promptly. Also they provide cheap laundry service so you don't need a washing machine. The location is far from the beach but a Grab bike trip costs peanuts so its no problem to go everywhere that way. This also means its super quiet at night since no noise from outside.

- Filan (10/5): Cool stay! - Everything was so nice for my stay here with those beautiful and supportive staff. They helped us a lot in booking tours and car routes for me to explore the city here. Spacious room with nice view to both the city and the river view underneath.
- Cute (10/5): Mọi thứ ok - Chuyển đi của mình tại đây kết thúc khá tốt đẹp. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và siêu dễ thương, các bạn hướng dẫn mình rất nhiều với các vấn đề mà mình không biết. Khách sạn nằm ngay bờ sông nên view sông từ phòng rất đẹp.

- Mattia (7/5): Good for few nights - Very kind staff. The hotel is just beside a really nice coffee. Good prices for motorbike renting in the hotel. They give opportunity to rent electric scooter so you dont need to have the international driving license The AC is weird. The TV is not working.
- Eva (5/5): An uncomfortable stay - Was helpful that they allowed a very late night check in due to a flight through the night. Unfortunately the room smelt badly of smoke and looked a lot dirtier/worn than in the photos. The bed sheets didn’t feel clean, and there were some specks of blood so we slept on top of the bedding due to fear of potential bed bugs. This is unfortunately the only place I’ve felt the need to do that in 5 months of travels. I feel the photos do not represent the current state of the property.

- Ryota (8/5): - This place was very first hotel in Da Nang, and I did not expect too much as it looked budget friendly. Hotel staff was really helpful for any questions and request, and front staff Hong's service was 10 out of 10!! There should be much more explanation or instruction of turning on switch of hot water. I experienced sudden power breaker off a lot of time, which was no big deal.
- Fonte (10/5): Cool - We had a nice stay here with so friendly and good staff that assisted us so much in my stay here. Good location that's nearby and in front of the river. It takes a short ride to the city centre also.
- Hiroyuki (2/5): - ・部屋の灯りをつけようとリモコン操作。シーリングファンが動き出して、毛虫状の黒い埃がボロボロと落ちて来ました。 ・シャワートイレ使おうとしたら、電源抜けてました。が、電源繋いでも稼働せず。 ・テレビ見ようかと思ったら、電源抜けてました。電源繋いだところ、リモコンが動作せず。受付にお願いしましたが、確認と修理？30分以上… ・シャワーのお湯を使おうとしたら、電源切ってありました。電源入れてもお湯が出ず、確認お願いしたら、夜なのに脚立持ち込んで天井の蓋開けて修理？とかでひと騒動。終わって、あとはあちこち床とか足拭きとか黒い汚れのまま。 ・部屋にマグとグラスがあるのは良いのですが、清掃時に洗う事なく放置されてました。自分で洗うなら、洗剤とか置いて欲しい。 ・WiFiが不安定で、切断されるたび、別のSSIDに繋ぐことの繰り返し。 ・洗濯をお願いして、出来上がりが19:00と確認。受取に行ったところ、出来てなく、22:00にと。何故かと訊くと“You need it now?”と睨まれて。22:00取りに行くと、出来てはいるけど、たたまずに袋の中にゴチャッと放り込まれていました。数確認するのが面倒なので、たたまずとも仕訳はして欲しい。結局、業者のPower down言うてましたが…09:00には出したんで、それほど停電するとは思えず…

- Szymon (5/5): I would not recomend this if u have other options - Close to the River. The room is in bad condition. You can hear every thing from the corridor in the room. At 6 am in front of the windows on other roof there was loud construction. The guys working looking in our room. Dirty neighberhood, lots of rats on the street and junk. There is a lot of switches in the room bot no idea what they do. Could t turn on the fan. In elevator there were buckets with paint and used haircomb all the time. Instant noodles and water on the table was not complementary but there was no info about price or charge. We were informed of extra charges for water when checking out. Moved to other hotel after 2 nights
- Layer (10/5): Cool - Great stay with beautiful staff that's so warming and helpful, they helped us a lot in our stay here, with booking tours or cars to travel around the city. Good view from the room throughout the big window
