The properties location is excellent. It’s in the old corner and very close to all the major attractions that the old quarter can offer. The property is located in a less busy street. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the hotel has all the amenities. Not the fault of the property but be prepared for sporadic construction. That’s just Hanoi.

Rosie got in touch with me before I arrived, arranged an early check-in with massage and breakfast and when I arrived she and the staff made me feel so welcome. Rosie gave me tips where to go as it was during Tet - all very well thought of. Cozy and very central hotel in Old Quarter but despite the hustle and bustle of the area the room was quiet, clean and spacious and I managed to relax.

They helped us with everything we could have needed, including restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is very conveniently located and all tour operators pick you up right outside the hotel. The hotel will also book tours for you at very reasonable rates. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The roome was great, the bed very comfortable, just perfect! Really! It was a terrific choice. We stayed in total 5 nights here and highly recommend this hotel!!!

The front desk staff are ready to provide directions, recommendations and help with whatever you need. We were greeted with hot tea and candied ginger upon arrival. A welcome snack after long flight. Anne who manages the breakfast service remembers your preferences and is very attentive. Breakfast was quite good with vietnamese and western dishes. Something to eat for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pho and bun coun dishes. The vietnamese coffee is a special treat is prepared very well here. Do not miss out on it! Room with a small balcony was very comfortable and relaxing. Room service is very good as well. Ordered the Cha ca Hanoi fish dish and it was delicious. Better than other restaurants that we went to in the city. They have an excellent chef. If you are staying in Hanoi old quarter, I would highly recommend staying here for location, a high level of service, and comfort.

The hotel is in a great part of the old quarter and everything is within walking distance—great restaurants, the lake, markets etc. But the most outstanding part of your stay will be provided by the boundless hospitality of the unique and special team that runs the hotel. We spent Christmas here and I cannot say enough about the outstanding hospitality and the staff. A superb overall experience was provided for me and three generations of my family during our 8-day stay. Mai, Rosie, Nina and several other team members looked after all of us faultlessly—they deeply understand hospitality. You can imagine the range of needs across three generations and we were all more than satisfied. Mai is the most gracious host and made our Christmas in Vietnam a very special experience. The rooms are beautifully appointed. We had a family room and smaller rooms and we could not have asked for anything more. It’s a superb hotel. I’d recommend the Heritage Tours visit to Ha Long Bay which was one of the good ones, organised through the hotel. After my family went home, I stayed for four nights by myself. Rosie organised my tour to Ninh Binh. She got me there, even though I’d booked in late and missed the morning tour bus. Rosie booked dinner and great accommodation for me in Tam Coc and arranged for a pick up from the accommodation so I could join the Ninh Binh tour in the morning. I’d recommend the tour—just ask Rosie and she’ll take care of everything. You can come back for a relaxing massage with Noum the following day—Rosie organised it all for me. When it was time to return home all my transport was organised by Rosie and I was sad to leave. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My husband and I have travelled a lot and would rate this as the best comfortable stay, anywhere in the world. I love the character and comfort of the hotel and the extras provided by the excellent team who lives and breathes hospitality. Hanoi is a fascinating and busy city and the O Gallery Premiere Hotel is the hidden sanctuary you need at the end of the day. And in the mornings—the breakfast is superb! There’s really not enough room here to list all the great features but if you take our word for it and stay here, you won’t regret it.

They have truly been exceptional—beyond anything we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Throughout our stay, they made sure we were always taken care of and constantly went above and beyond. They planned our entire trip, organized activities, arranged every transfer, and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. When my friend mentioned having menstrual cramps, they immediately brought a heating pad to the room. When we briefly switched hotels and quickly realized that the service couldn’t compare, we messaged Daisy and Mai Anh and they arranged a room for us right away so we could come back. Even small comments turned into thoughtful gestures. We casually mentioned craving a certain dish, and the next morning they had it prepared for us at breakfast. And every time we waited in the lobby for something, they brought us warm tea, fresh fruit, water—always something to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well maintained, and the rest of the staff is also incredibly friendly. The spa is wonderful too. Daisy and Mai Anh helped us book a variety of fun activities and sightseeing experiences, making our trip even more memorable. We honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. We would happily travel all the way back to Vietnam just because of them!

My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 young adults) stayed at the O'Gallery in December 2025. The staff was amazing. Daisy, Tom, Nina, and everyone really stood out in terms of going above and beyond to make us feel well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. Every suggestion the whole team gave us throughout our stay was terrific. The rooms were impeccable, clean and comfortable. We had planned to stay at a different Hanoi hotel at the end of our trip and changed our plans midstream because of how comfortable, welcome, and affordable we found the O'Gallery Premier to be. My family has traveled a lot and this hotel stands out among many we have enjoyed across the world.

Rosie was so lovely, and checked with us throughout our stay that everything was ok. All staff spoke English very well. The buffet breakfast was fantastic value for money with a wide range of hot and cold selections! Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Had the best sleep here since arriving in Hanoi. Atmosphere was friendly, welcoming and warm. Excellent location in the old quarters, close to the night markets, lake, museums, shops etc. The noise from the bustling street was well blocked out in the hotel and in the rooms 👌🏽 10/10 recommend and stay again!!

- Inspire06268586787 (10/5): Great location and awesome services! - My family and I stayed at O'Gallery premium hotel and spa from 13 to 21 Dec and we have so many good things to say about this hotel and their staff. 1) Prime location at the old quarter area where restaurants and spa are all within walking distance 2) Hotel room is clean and we are thankful that they have air condition even during winter 3) We were heading to Fansipan and Halong bay in between the trip and they kindly allow us to store our big luggages till we return back to the hotel 4) Our transport pick up to Fansipan is at 6.45am. The hotel offered to pack breakfast for us to bring on the road. Other than that, they open up their restaurant earlier just for us to have some hot food before we head out. This is something we never expect from a small boutique hotel 5) We must give the most credit to the Receptionist / Trainee, Miss Nina. She always greet us with a smile and accommodate to all our request. She is a trainee and only started working at this hotel for 3 months but she is so resourceful and is able to help us with our enquiries and booking of restaurants 6) The Restaurant Manager, Ms Anna who is always the first to welcome us at breakfast. She is very attentive, making sure we have our food 7) My birthday happens to fall during the trip, the hotel general manager Ms Mai gave me a surprise birthday party by preparing cake and wine for us For anyone planning to stay at Hanoi, I recommend you to stay at this lovely boutique hotel.

The facilities were amazing, including our room (nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in) and the hotel restaurant. What really stuck with us was the friendliness and attentiveness of the management and staff. In particular the General Manager (My) and Tom got to know us and gave us personalized care and attention. There is no other hotel that I would like to stay in when in Hanoi.

Hotel staff especially Nina was very kind and elegant with her service. She helped us get an early check in, assisted in getting us a good SPA and also recommended shops and streets for shopping. She was also kind enough to recommend us some delicious local eateries. Room was pretty neat, nice and big. We mentioned that we were coming for our honeymoon and they had decorated the room quite well. Room had a small cozy nice balcony as well. They also surprised us with a cute small cake!!!! Overall it was a very good experience with great hospitality!

The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing, and the breakfast was great. Daisy, who helps to arrange experiences, was amazing. She took care of all logistics for my trips to Ha Long Bay and the Ha Giang loop. She recommends the best experience, and arranges every detail so that you can enjoy without any worries. The rest of the staff were so friendly, and made kind gestures that really make for a great experience. For example, packing me snacks for my sleeper bus journey to Ha Giang, making short notice arrangements seamlessly, and arranging for my bags to be transported to a new hotel while I was outside of Hanoi. If you are visiting Hanoi, you should definitely book this hotel!

The hotel itself is stunning, with tastefully decorated interior. I had a 75 min massage in the spa, which was so relaxing, and made me feel so good. I will be revisiting tomorrow for another 90mins before our onwards flight. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is beautifully located in the heart of Hanoi Old Town, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Mai, the manager, is exceptional. She genuinely cares about her guests, goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels taken care of, and brings a warm, empathetic energy that makes the entire stay feel effortless. Her attention to detail and the atmosphere she creates are rare. Daisy, who organizes the trips and guest activities, is fantastic as well. She’s bubbly, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. She listens, recommends the right experiences, and brings a great vibe to every interaction. The service, hospitality, and overall experience at O-Gallery were amazing. The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered a relaxing retreat from the bustle of Hanoi. What really made our stay exceptional was the team’s outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible visit—organising our airport transfers, arranging a fantastic street food tour, and recommending side trips (Ninh Binh was a favourite!). They were also incredibly accommodating when we returned early in the morning from a couple of nights in Sapa, kindly storing our luggage for the day before our onward travel to Ho Chi Minh City. A very special mention goes to Rosie, whose professionalism, and thoughtful assistance made everything seamless. She was absolutely wonderful and played a big part in making our stay so memorable. - krisgopi (10/5): Exceptional stay in old quarters - Tracy Le the hotel's guest coordinator was highly helpful even before arriving. She helped in arranging pickup and drop off from the airport. Also made sure the rooms were comfortable. Initially I was given 2nd floor room with balcony. The view was pretty bad. She immediately provided me the similar room in 4th floor which was leaps better. She kept checking with me on the entire stay to make sure everything was comfortable. She also provided info about places to visit in Hanoi, train street timing, arranged luxury trip to Ha Long Bay. Anna the dining room coordinator made sure everyday to greet you personally, remember what you like to eat, how I like my Pho and coffee. My entire stay she made sure my dining experience is top notch. A special thanks to her. Rest of the staff are also very friendly and provide you with timely attention, service when needed. About the hotel, it's very pleasant, the balcony room is very spacious and comfortable bed. No issues at all. Only draw back is there no gym in the hotel. The night market and many places are at walking distance or within 10-15 mins on grab.

Understanding that we were staying in a neighbourhood known for it's busyness, we got a 'soundproof' room that wasn't exactly soundproof, but much more quieter than most other places in the area. Every staff we crossed paths with greeted us, which reminds me of Disney's staff training of always being friendly, approachable, helpful. There are was often a musky smell. - 1926yanks (10/5): A Great Hà Nội Hotel - This hotel in the Old Quarter is close to many shops & restaurants. I like that it is less crowded & less noisy than places too close to Sword Lake. The staff is great-helpful & knowledgeable. The room is comfortable & quiet. Comfy bed. The room fridge is convenient, &!5(3 2 elevators are quick. The WiFi is solid, as is the breakfast, esp. the specials, inc a tofu dish. A great Hà Nội hotel choice.
- lizav871 (10/5): The best hotel in Ha Noi!!! - I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment my friends and I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The front desk team (especially Olivia and Tom) was friendly and efficient, housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the restaurant service was outstanding (especially the manager, Phuong). Their breakfast is out of this world! You should definitely try their spa. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again if I go back to Ha Noi. Room is spacious and clean and all of our requests have been granted. Breakfast is so delicious and staff are very accomodating. The best experience I have ever had when it comes accomodation and service. Staff are very warm, helpful and friendly, specially Tom, Olivia and Phoung.

- A Mile (10/5): Simply Wonderful! - The highest praise!!! We stayed a total of five nights at this wonderful hotel at the beginning and end of our trip to Vietnam. We loved this hotel and the staff. Thank you to everyone, the reception staff, the bellboys, the breakfast staff, the cleaning ladies and the spa staff. (We had 8 spa treatments between the two of us, which is not like us at all… they were all amazing… enchanting… wonderful!) The location is perfect and we walked our feet off exploring the old quarter. Though in the beginning I was disappointed not having a street view, I realized that very first night that the quiet of a room with a neighbour view was much much better! When we returned to the hotel after travelling about the country we wanted just such a room again. (We had in fact booked another hotel in a different part of town… but we cancelled and came back here) The breakfast was magnificent! My wife and I have very different tastes and we both looked forward to the breakfast as there was such great choice. We hope to return to Hanoi and this is the only hotel we would stay! Thank you to all the people who make it a memorable place to stay. To sum up: Book your room here.

- Rika (7/5): 普通 - 予約段階で、とても親切に気にかけてくれ、当日の受付など、人は素晴らしかったです。 ロケーションもよく、食事もおいしかった。 受付、エレベーター、廊下などはとても良い匂いなのに、部屋だけが(301)不快な匂いがしていた。 あと、２日連泊しましたが、カップの洗浄が適当で、汚れたままで残念でした。お部屋のお掃除をしっかりがんばってもらえれば完璧です。

The hotel kept our luggage safely as we went on an overnight cruise. The staff at the reception and the bell boys were exemplary in their customer service.

- Thumy Hoang (10/5): - We used this hotel as our 'base' as we visited other areas of northern Vietnam, they checked us in so we didnt have to go through it all again everytime we came back, they remembered us and always was friendly. They asked where we were off next and if it was bright and early in the morning, they would have a snall breakfast to takeaway for us! The room was clean and big enough to room around.
- E5759EAanthonyw (10/5): A fabulous Hotel and Staff - The hotel was fabulous, the staff were amazing so helpful kind and considerate, Olivia was exceptional with advice and tips to get around the city, Anna was a fantastic organising taxi's, trips out and , The breakfast was always top notch, nothing was to difficult to do with all staff being professional and attentive. I had a blip with blood pressure while there and all the staff were so good arranging taxis to/from the Hospital, I cannot say enough to express how amazing they all were. I spent several weeks travelling to Japan, Vietnam and Thailand staying at several hotels as I navigated around each country. This Hotel and the Staff were the best on all counts. I will never forget their kindness and help. An amazing team. Loved Vietnam and will go back for sure... Yes I will book to stay here again!!
