• mervat (10/5): one of the best hotels for the reasonable price. - the staff were very friendly and helpful, Duy welcomed us very nicely and gave us tips and recommendations, later he helped us book tickets for the memories show and the coconut boat. also they took care of our laundry and it was super easy to handle. the location of the hotel is perfect, 10 mins walk from the old town, close enough to enjoy the old town and to enjoy peace at night. we had very nice breakfast with different variety of vegetables and fruit. very recommended nothing

The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic; they helped us book tours, showed us places to visit, and recommended good restaurants. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and they provided free bicycles. If we have the chance to visit Hoi An again, we will definitely come back here.

None of our cards worked, and we had to pay by cash, though all our cards worked perfectly fine all throughout the rest of the country.

La atención de todo el personal es maravillosa, te hacen sentir como en casa y el trato es muy amable. La habitación con su balcón es perfecta para tener un buen descanso en la ciudad. No es tan cerca de la zona del centro, pero este hotel está ubicado perfectamente para estar cerca tanto del centro como de la zona de los arrozales, así que es ideal. Además, está rodeado de buenas opciones de restaurates, cafés, lavandería, supermercados y otros servicios. Y tiene bicicletas gratis para que puedas pasear por todo Hoi An y el desayuno está perfecto. Tiene pisicina además para quienes quieran refrescarse. Recomiendo mucho quedarse aquí y espero volver pronto a Hoi An y seguro me quedaré aquí nuevamente. :) La verdad todo es muy bueno. A veces la llave de la puerta de la habitación molesta un poco, pero es solo aprender el truco de cómo abrirla y asunto resuelto.

Location is a 20 minute or so walk into the old quarter. There are free bikes, which I used to cycle to the beach. Overall no complaints Nothing

• Äli (8/5): Would not say it is worth the price, because we have had entire beautiful apartments for same price - The staff was welcoming and friendly, though not very easy to communicate in English. The room had a nice balcony and the beds were ok, also the bed sheets and pillows looked very clean. Good that it had breakfast, but I must say the quality was not so good. The room floor was sticky, the bathroom seemed like it was not cleaned properly (mold in corners and on the silicone finishings, and dirty shower glasses), also the bathroom shower glass door made a noise like it was about to break every time we opened it. Also the fridge switched off when leaving the room, so not very useful..

Fantastic staff, big room with a great view (felt so good at the end of the day) and cleaned everyday, and big breakfast with lots of choice. Not located in the center but the hotel provides free bicycles and you'll be there in 5mins (or 20 by walk). Thanks!

• Rolf (10/5): - Das Hoi An Green Apple liegt ein wenig ausserhalb der Altstadt und ist entsprechend ruhig gelegen. Die Betreuung der Gäste war sehr gut, sei es bei Auskünften wie, wo soll ich hin, was läuft im Moment, usw. Das Frühstück mit dem Buffet hat meine Erwartungen klar übertroffen und der Service war sehr gästefreundlich. Das kostenlose Fahrrad mit Namen "Martin" hat mich in viele Ecken von Hoi An geführt und ich kann nur sagen, mach es auch, du siehst eine wenig hinter die Kulissen dieses wunderbaren Ortes. Lasst euch durch Hotel und Personal überraschen.
• Rosenblum (10/5): Best hotel to ever exist - The staff were all very kind, hospitable and attentive. Reception service was exceptional! The location was good too, not too noisy but close enough to the old town to get by on foot. You can even rent a bicycle for the day, the staff will provide a lock for it, for no extra fee. Don't get me started on the breakfast. I never had breakfast this good an i am big on breakfasts. It does change everyday, but some things stay consistently, theres always fresh fruit and vegetables, you can toast your bread and make coffee to your liking Sadly because of the weather we didn't get to relax by the pool, but it is a really nice pool. This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. If i ever get the chance to come back, I will. There is nothing i did not like.

Staff were warm, friendly and helpful with information. The only thing I did not like was that they use glass bottles with flip lids for the bottles of water provided in the room. They simply refill these bottles from a communal jug of water. Simple fix…we bought our own water.

• Lucia (10/5): Highly recommended stay in Hoi An - excellent quality/price - We just loved it and would have loved to extend our stay but couldn’t change our travel plans. Location: top, in a nice, quiet neighbourhood 15 minutes on foot max from the pedestrian streets and 15 minutes by bike from the beach and rice pads. Room: excellent - silent, bright, lovely balcony, very very very comfortable bed (the best one in Vietnam in three weeks), effective night curtains, super clean. Building: new, nice swimming pool and terrace. Free bikes available. Competitive prices for private cars (brand new electric cars with excellent drivers - no crazy guys driving like mad!) for day trips to My Son and also transfer to Da Nang. Staff: very nice and professional. The owner really cares about every customer and each single detail of the hotel. Also the other young ladies at the reception were extremely kind, efficient and hands on to help with everything. Breakfast: good buffet both Western and Asian, with fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, pastries, pancakes, omelettes, etc. All was good! Nice place to stay and take your time. Only a minor thing: there were traces of a previous leak in the shower ceiling, it would be good to cover it with new painting. But this is really a small detail seeking for perfection.

Y en esta caso caminaba unas 15 cuadras para llegar a la zona del río, pero dormía en silencio y tenía una pileta muy buena. Hay mucha moto y mucha bocina así que agradezco no haber estado en esa zona. El desayuno es bueno. Todo bien, solo estuve 3 días. Sin objeciones.

The receptionist/managers helped us book tours and ongoing buses which was great and cheaper than booking online. Room was very clean including sheets and towels. The hotel is much more geared to families especially at weekends and because of this it’s very noisy when children are playing in the pool. Not really recommended for the solo traveler.
• Jari (10/5): An excellent place to stay - Me and my wife stayed in Green Apple Hotel in Hoi An 6 nights. The hotel is situated a little walk outside the Old Quarter and the location is great. The surroundings are peaceful and if you want to go to the beach or rice fields or nearby villages you can loan bikes for free from the hotel. Our room was very nice, they cleaned it every day and changed towels. The breakfast is delicious. The personnel is very friendly and attentive. There's a pool also but we preferred the sea. Just a couple blocks from a hotel was my favourite tailor from whom I ordered two cashmere suits during our stay. So, a perfect place.
