Milena Dubnikov (8/5): - Apartment in the heart of the city, big rooms, pretty clean, washing and drying machine . The design is very beautiful and pleasant, with good taste. The kitchen is full of all necessary things. Perfect for families You have to look for parking around, no any recommendations. We didn't receive entrance code advance, so had to contact the hostess ( luckily she was inside the building and opened the door). I would rather prefer to use the air conditioner without a lecture what temperature is "better for the machine"
Clare Elizabeth (8/5): Nice and clean and cool. - It was clean and very centrally located and had air conditioning It faced inwards into a very small internal courtyard with no view and the bedroom was barely big enough for a double bed, I had to step over the bed to get into it. Also the shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable in height and there was no magnifying mirror. The kitchen tap was also partially broken.

Rudolf (10/5): Schickes Apartment im Herzen von Porto - Perfekte Lage nahe des Marktes und den Einkaufsstraßen, viele Haltestellen in direkter Nähe. Große wertig eingerichtete Zimmer. Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Betten waren bequem, das Bad ist schick eingerichtet. So kann man auch mehrere Tage in Porto angenehm übernachten. Sehr freundliches Personal - insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft die man bedenkenlos empfehlen kann

Lissa (8/5): An amazing location with all the amenities - What an amazing location. Shops, grocery, restaurants, and the Bolhao market are literally within one block. I also walked to the Se, Sao Bento station, and across the bridge to watch the sunset. The unit was clean and the staff was highly responsive. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend it. The bedroom is a bit tiny, and there is no elevator. But these are not dealbreakers for such a great location.

The center is about a 10-15 minute walk. Right next to it there is a shop, a cafe, a bakery. The main market is a 2-3 minute walk away. The host is quick to respond to messages.

Shady (8/5): Perfect place to stay in Porto - It’s a super clean apartment and the host was so helpful and made sure we got in without any problem. He was also very helpful recommending places to visit, plenty choices of restaurants to select from, parking locations as well as shops. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing that you may want to pay attention is that you may not get the city view. When I booked, the pictures showed thé appartement with city view but we got the local in the back which was a bit dark but it was super quite and we didn’t hear the noisy street so it worked out well for us. Overall, super nice place, in the heart of the city and closed to everything. Too many stairs and no elevator, but it made a good leg workout so not much complain except when we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs .

Max (7/5): Great apartment but avoid Thursday stays - Close 10 min walk to downtown and 20 minutes to waterfront. Nice outlook to trees in plaza opposite. Cafes and supermarket around corner. Good size living and kitchen. Bedroom quite small. Rowdy students in plaza to 1am. Bar next door with cheap booze and food the problem. Apparently a tradition on Thursday nights. Also garbage pickup in plaza starts around 6am. Overall not the best for sleeping.

Kanwaljit (10/5): - Our host Raphael was wonderful. He met us at the apartment and assisted with our luggage. He was willing to answer any questions during our stay. The place itself was very clean and included all the basic kitchen amenities. It’s in a convenient location with many places to eat that were great and at a reasonable price. If someone has mobility issues, this place may be difficult as it’s on the fourth floor with steep stairs. There is no elevator.
Maryann (10/5): Beautiful, modern spacious flat in the heart of Porto. - Susana is a WONDERFUL hostess! She met us at the hotel and gave us a full briefing of our flat (how to use the stove and washing machine; both are a bit different from U.S. appliances). In addition, she was a wealth of information about the city, She was friendly, welcoming, gracious and attentive throughout our stay. The building has a code entry and is very nice. The flat itself is awesome. It is very modern, spotless, well designed and very comfortable. We have stayed in many flats during our years of traveling in Europe and I can honestly say this one was the nicest one AND at a great price. The location is perfect; just a few meters from the Mercado Bolhao, the Bolhao metro stop and the pedestrian shopping street of Rua de Santa Catarina (Be sure to eat at Honest Greens!) The location of our flat faces a square that is a very popular meeting place for young people at night. We needed to keep the windows closed to block their noise, but once they left, the streets were very quiet and we were able to sleep with the windows open. It really was not a big deal, unless you are super sensitive to city noise.

Tomoko (8/5): Very nice apartment with just a couple minor flaws/ things to keep in mind - - This apartment is really lovely and big enough (big kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a living/ dining room) to stay especially for a long term very comfortably. - The host was very friendly and explained everything about the room when checking in. - The location of the apartment is very convenient and close to all the major attractions. - The bed and pillows were really comfortable which was a huge bonus for me! - There was no view from this particular room. - The kitchen utensils were a bit less than basic. - The bedroom ceiling had a big stain which we assumed an old water leakage from upstairs room. - Also the kitchen floor had a big crack which might be dangerous for pets or/ and kids who could hurt his/ her hands/ feet. - Though we requested for a quiet room, our neighbor guests had a dog which was barking (we assumed the guests left the dog in the room and went out so every time it hears our steps in the corridor, he/ she started barking).

Bonus next door to markets which was great for supplies and a supermarket around the corner. The stairs up but you can’t have everything!

Eyal (9/5): Highly recommended - The location is great! The apartment is nice, new, and cosey. The team was friendly and supportive. Public parking for 20Euros for 72 hours just around the corner No elevator. In our case the "city view" was a flat wall few meters away from our windows. Having this said, the apartment was very quiet :-)
Jeannie (9/5): Superb - Key pick up went smooth. Clear instructions with the address were sent to my email in advance so that I could plan the pick up. The location was excellent and close to many restaurants and shops. The living room and in general size of the apartment was great. The building does have an elevator as well. The status of the bathrooms could have been a little better, one of the light bulbs was out and the wall was a little dirty. We were missing a towel (had requested a stay for 3 people but received 2 towels). The apartment door was also open when we first arrived. Still a great value and location!
Mateo (7/5): Nice place to stay - The location of this property is quite good. It's within easy reach of some good shops, bars, restuarants, and of course, some good sites. The keys were very easy to pick up. Although the area can be loud, our accommodation was at the back so we didn't hear much. The accommodation is very nice and a decent size. It's very clean and has nearly everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The shower is lovely with ample supply of hot water. The kichen has everything you need for a self-service stay. The sitting/dining room is small, but cosy. And the beds are very comfortable. There is a shop just around the corner to buy groceries. We were also able to leave our bags there for our last day. Although nice, it is a bit pricey for what it is. There is no lift in the property, so this would be no good for the lesser mobile people. It is also a good bit away from Ribiera.
Ana (10/5): great location in Porto. - Excellent location within walking distance to major landmarks. It has as great market next door and other supermarkets. We chose an apt with no views in order to have little to no noise from the busy streets. It feels more like a hotel with no personal touches. Good for a few days visiting Porto.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Parking is 22euros a night nearby 2-3 blocks away. Good location and Susanna and Juliana were great. Very helpful staff. Some things like low water pressure (hot side) were unfortunate... and parking is expensive like most big cities are. Lots of pigeons outside the window and a subway right below give some additional noise to the apartment and the stairs can be a bit much for older ones.
