- Jonas (7/5): Stort badhotell nära stationen - Nära tågstationen. Tre olika badanläggningar vilket var trevligt, inklusive kallbad och bastu. Väldigt hjälpsam personal vid incheckningen. Det är lite slitet och bedagat. Mycket folk vid frukosten så det blev lite rörigt. Själva staden Gero kan man egentligen hoppa över helt.

- Wai Hung Philip (9/5): It was a relaxing stay at this onsen hotel, with excellent indoor and outdoor hot springs and exceptional Japanese cuisi - Excellent location — just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Main Station. The room facilities were great, and everything was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The buffet breakfast, featuring a mix of Japanese and Western dishes, was excellent in both variety and quality.

- Magali (8/5): Recomiendo el lugar si queres vivir un dia de onsen como lo hacen los locales - Tienen un bus entre el hotel y la estación, las habitaciones son Grandes y la atención es muy buena Por el precio debería haber una estación de agua, té y café disponible todo el día. We booked the Western style bedroom space with half board (kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast in the on site restaurant) as a special occasion one night stay on our way to Takayama, as a family of four. The welcome was great and the room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the staff laid out futons for our kids on the tatami. The stay included yukata and slippers for us to wear around the hotel grounds, our family really enjoyed this. There are 3 onsen to visit and each was wonderful, spread across 3 buildings with internal access. The meals were also delicious. Overall a really relaxing and rejuvenating stay! Nothing, everything was perfect.

- Ronaldo (10/5): An Ultimate Way to Treat Yourself to Well-Being is at the Suimeikan Ryokan in Gero JP - Suimeikan is the ultimate in flagship Ryokan locations in Gero establishing the standard in quality, authenticity, and retaining its’ historical value. The Deluxe Eastern rooms with outdoor private Onsen is our room of choice. We have had the opportunity to share Spring here three times, yes the staff and amenities are that great! We enjoy the Onsen breakfast included and chose to have in room dinner during one of our nights, with the remaining nights exploring Gero and also enjoying the in Ryokan restaurants. It is a generous way to enjoy self care and be in well-being for 5 days! There is nothing I didn’t like. Everything at the Suimeikan Ryokan is top tier and has exceeded all expectations. There are a pair of Onsen egg cups I would have loved to purchase but they were unavailable.

Os recomiendo habitación con cama occidental y tatami para tomar el té. Y siempre media pensión, sus cenas no son buffet, son de un restaurante de 5⭐. La segunda noche el menú es un 10. Tengo que decir, que no sé si lo saben, pero desde nuestra habitación veíamos a los hombres en el balneario ... Totalmente desnudos. Y en alguno de chicas, daba a alguna habitación, así que hay que tener cuidado y ver en que lugar te pones que no haya ningún fisgón. Depende de si eres hombre o mujer, tienes en ciertos onsen mejores vistas, en este caso las mujeres sí que tenemos vistas a Gero, en el onsen superior, en el caso de los hombres.. mi marido solo veía la montaña.

- JUNGHEE (10/5): - 스이메이칸보다 시설이 더 좋은 곳이 있겠지만 개인적으로 불편함 없고 온천욕도 잘 즐기고 번화가 쪽이여서 편의점이나 식당이 가까워서 좋았네요 조식도 다양해서는 저는 만족했습니다!! 다음에도 스이메이칸으로 숙박 할 거 같아요 딱히 아쉬운 부분은 없네요

- Shu Ping (5/5): - 住宿地點很棒，房間非常寬敞 溫泉水質很好，溫度非常熱 櫃檯服務人員詢問事情時態度明顯不耐煩。 除了協助辦理入住手續的女生服務人員，其餘櫃檯值班人員都可以感受到非常不想上班非常不想回覆問題

- Nathaya (10/5): - The hotel has a very good location and the service is excellent. The room is in a traditional Japanese **ryokan-style**, which really gives you the feeling of a relaxing getaway. The room is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making the stay very comfortable. I also had the chance to try the **private onsen**, which was very convenient and relaxing. Everything was well prepared, so you can easily use it without needing to bring much with you. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and everything was very delicious, although it can be a bit crowded at times. One thing I really liked was seeing many Japanese guests staying at the hotel as well—from elderly couples to younger groups of friends—which made the atmosphere feel very authentic and lively. One small point is that the Wi-Fi was not always very stable. As for communication, the English level at the reception may be somewhat limited, but the staff were extremely kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help, which made the experience very pleasant.

- Doreen (6/5): - 地点不错，离车站和温泉街很近。 早餐很好，选择很多，但人也很多，有点拥挤😅 晚餐很差，不好吃，没有拍照，不想拍😧 以后应该不会再考虑住类似这种大酒店（有3座) 人太多了，住得不舒服😅😅
