- Hollie (9/5): Perfect modern resort within close proximity to Ao Nang - Fabulous hotel for those who wish to stay away from Ao Nang but close enough to have the option to visit. Around 15 mins drive from the center but they offer a free shuttle although it did book up most days. Facilities were perfect with a beautiful secluded beach. Lovely pool area with swim up bar and the prices were reasonable to for a hotel stay. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and it was a very modern resort.

- Monika (10/5): Exklusives Hotel mit toller Poollandschaft - Sehr schönes Resort mit riesiger Poollandschaft und ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Alles sehr ruhig und entspannend. Direkter Meerzugang an eigenen Sandstrand. Wunderschöner Spabereich. Liegt etwas außerhalb, das Hotel bietet aber einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice nach Ao Nang an. Preise im Restaurant sind dem Hotelstandard angepasst und liegen deutlich über dem sonstigen Preisniveau in Thailand. Essen ist aber auch sehr gut!

Has a lovely private-ish beach, and the room that we stayed in was lovely. Great food in both the bar and restaurant, priced very reasonably.

- Stephen (9/5): Short visit in paradise - Staff always smiling and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast had great variety. We had a garden pool villa. The photos on website and booking.com do not clearly show the features of the room very well. Beautiful room with separate lounge and kitchenette. Big bathroom with an outdoor spa bath. The pool was great with stairs directly into villa. Sundeck area was fantastic and good size grass area. Longest trip was to hot springs waterfall which was about an hours drive. We hired a car for the 5 days and good value of $350aud for the period. Recommend you do that for flexibility. We could break up our sight seeing and did everything early in the morning so was usually back around lunch time to chill for the afternoon. Fin bar and restaurant had a good variety of food. It gets pretty warm in Krabi but well worth the visit. The resort itself was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay wonderful 😊🙏 Would have been nice if there was air conditioning in the outside area of the restaurant.

- Ella (7/5): Good hotel if you are looking for secluded and super quiet location - Very clean, spacious rooms. Shuttle bus to downtown. There is no vibe, quiet to the extent of being boring. F&B staff is not switched on, they can pass table with empty plates several times and not take it. And when they take empty plates at breakfast they won’t think of bringing clean cutlery, we always had to ask. Beach is very small, nowhere to walk.

La chambre avec accès direct à la piscine et vue sur mer est à prendre, on y est très bien. La plage est sauvage, pas de transats sur le sable ce qui laisse la beauté de celle-ci à l’etat brut. Idéalement situé au calme, il est un peu excentré du centre-ville, mais reste très facile d'accès grâce aux navettes gratuites ou via l'application Grab (le Uber local). Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et offrent un cadre vraiment agréable. Mention spéciale pour la restauration : le petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité et les plats du restaurant sont tout simplement succulents. Food was great and the location is a 10 min taxi ride from town and busier areas. Food menu was slightly limited for a 5 star resort. Toilet in our villa had some plumbing issues that caused an unpleasant smell occasionally.

- Romain (6/5): 3 étoiles mais certainement pas un 5 vu le service c’est cela la différence ! - La beauté avec la plage Kids club inexistant… Finitions à revoir, dans la piscine des poteaux en béton n’importe comment pour soutenir la dalle pour aller sur l’îlot, des bouts de ficelle pour réparer des douilles de lampe… Personnel au pool bar à l’ouest ils ne vous regardent pas et font semblant de ne pas vous voir. - Descamps (9/5): Hôtel luxueux au calme proche de Ao nang et Krabi - Le calme de l'hôtel, la taille des chambres et ses équipements, le petit déjeuner, les piscines chauffées, la mer avec sa plage privée. Le personnel aux petits soins Nous avons eu un problème d'humidité dans les 2 chambres qui nous avaient été attribuées. Cependant le personnel a fait son maximum pour réduire ce désagrément en installant Immédiatement un déshumidificateur. Cela ne pas suffit, Ils nous ont changé de chambres le lendemain. Loin du centre ville, un service de navette est mis en place cependant les créneaux sont peu nombreux et vite remplis (12 pers pour environ 4 A/R par jour)

- Edgaras (10/5): Perfect calm & luxury stay - Super calm location, private beach, no drunk russians, perfect for couples and families to stay away from crowded Ao nang or Krabi city. Amazing food in hotel’s restaurant. Spa prices over rated, 10 minutes away are massage places where prices are 10 times cheaper.
- Sophie (7/5): - Rooms were nice, grounds were excellently kept. The real win were the staff who were very attentive. We loved the peace and quiet, away from the centre of Ao Nang. Whilst the breakfast was excellent, dinner wasn’t the best. We borrowed the tandem and went out most nights, grabs (Thailand’s uber) was also available.

- Abboud (6/5): Save yourself and your Money - The staff were nice and professional 1.The hotel offers only 3 bycicles outdated and not for use,better not offer them,the tires were all flat it's a joke they even offer it in check in. 2.The rooms,i've been to a lot of luxury hotels ,this one is maybe 3 star hotel not luxury,the room was moldy wet floor and wet ceiling,old 3.the location of the hotel is far away from center ir any restaurant or shop on the other hand the restaurants are very expensive,total abuse Wouldn't comeback there even for free.
- Simon (9/5): - Prachtig onderhouden resort met fantastisch uitzicht. Super vriendelijk personeel. Accommodatie ligt iets buiten het centrum, maar heel makkelijk een grab (premium) te krijgen. Hele ruime en moderne kamer. De kamer was helaas niet helemaal schoon, maar dat was dan ook het enige.
- jonathan (9/5): Out stay was very special - The layout was exceptional and it is very well maintained. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were always on hand. If being over critical out room was near one of the outdoor speakers and whilst it only played soothing music it did come in a 6:30. Very small dislike which I am sure can be easily sorted by the staff.
- Joanne (10/5): Excellent and luxury - Outstanding, a very beautiful and relaxing vibe. Staff very attentive. Rooms large with luxury items. Lovely pool areas and a private beach. This hotel felt very luxurious and special to the other hotels we’ve stayed in around Thailand. The food in the Resturant was good and lots of choice. Use of paddle boards and kayaks are free and there’s yoga, aqua aerobics activity’s provided daily. Would recommend. The bed is extremely hard, didn’t get a good sleep at all over 3 nights, but that’s personal preference.

- Anke (8/5): Schön angelegtes Hotel mit einigen Mängeln - Schön angelegtes Hotel mit Privatstrand Das Hotel entsprach vom Standart und Service keinem 5 Sternehotel. Trotz der Bitte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer lag dieses direkt neben dem Speiseraum in welchem 3 x in der Woche Livemusik gespielt wurde.Die Auflagen für die Liegestühle und sonstigen Gartenmöbel waren teilweise völlig verschlissen und schmutzig.

- Francesco Carrieri (1/5): - Location with beach was not bad Staff is nice but really not attentive, they do not supervise the pool, leave the towels directly to clients and are not interested in the clients, which is quite odd for an hotel that marks itself as a 5 star. In addition, facilities are outdated and smell of moisture and sewage. Breakfast is really really bad, the worst I have ever had in a hotel, including when travelling on a budget as a young student. I would rate it as a 3 star / low 4 star hotel. I am sorry but I would strongly suggest families and honeymoon couples to stay away from this hotel, for your own happiness
- Stephan (6/5): Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, würden aber das Haus nicht wieder buchen. - Schöne Lage am Strand mit schattigen Liegeplätzen. Ausreichende Zahl von Liegen, schöne Pools. Tolles Aussengelände. Für ein Fünfsternehotel waren Service und Ausstattung eher lieblos. Formal war zwar alles vorhanden, was dazugehört. Wir waren aber der Meinung, dass dem Haus die Seele fehlt. Ein eher distanziertes Team und wenig empathische kommunikation seitens der Angestellten, Insbesondere an der Rezeption.

- Juliana (3/5): Not a five start hotel. Absolutely no service and poorly maintained - The bedroom is ok and it has a good view and access to the beach. This is not a 5 star hotel. It would barely meet requirements to be a 4 star hotel. Service is extremely poor and often missing. There’s hotel is very different from pictures. The food at the restaurant is bad, extremely greasy and breakfast options are severely limited. We had horrible food poisoning our second day and they wouldn’t even offer bottled water to go without paying. We asked for them to arrange transportation for the last day, they said they would. We confirmed 3 times and they said it was all set only for it to not have been arranged. We had to call a grab or we’d be late for our flight. Absolutely no concern or acknowledgement, only a side comment that they actually sent the hotel transport to get another family who was coming in.

- Berina (8/5): Couple stay in luxury resort - Super nice hotel and clean rooms Pool and outside areas were clean and looked very pretty. We had the pool rooms which was super handy and a beautiful view in the morning. All in all a great hotel. The biggest problem for us was the food, as there was not too much to choose from and very expensive as well. Breakfast was moderate for this kind of hotel. If you are looking for a beautiful stay and a clean hotel then this is great for you, if you expect good food for the price you pay rather not. However there is a free shuttle going to Ao Nang in the evening so you can also eat there. For us it did not work out for the first 5 days as we got the flu, so we were forced to eat at the hotel

- Adrian (10/5): Traumhaftes Hotel – absolut empfehlenswert! - Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und bieten einen tollen Komfort. Die Aussenanlagen sind top und ebenso die Gartengestaltung. Mir gefällt, dass man schwimmend die Bar erreichen kann und im Wasser einen Drink kriegt😁 Das Personal ist wie überall in Thailand sehr freundlich, aber auch gut geschult. Am Sandstrand könnte man den angespülten Unrat häufiger beseitigen.
