- Mohammed (2/5): Won’t do it again at all. - The location mostly 1-the room was so tiny and the toilet was close to bed. It smells like bathroom all over the room. Plus I booked to pay at the property and they charged my card without my permission. Not acceptable and not clean room as well.

The receptionists were very friendly, Ezgi helped me to find a store to replace my iPad battery. The room could have been a bit cleaner. It would be great to do a deeper cleaning between each booking.

- Zhivko (10/5): - Всичко беше на ниво , на удобно място на търговска улица , два мола на 5 минути разстояние . Метрото е на 10 минути пеша и с него за 30 минути се стига до всякъде ... Стаята беше много тиха и огромна за стандартите на Истанбул. Басейна беше с вода която беше 29° .Има джакузи с още по топла вода 37-39° .Фитнеса беше невероятно чист и със всякакви уреди . Не ми хареса това ,че за да влезеш в басейна, трябва да си носиш или купиш шапка за плуване . Не можах да разбера смисъла на това но както и да е ... Шапката струва 4 евро ... Не се жалвам , просто ви информирам .

- Marika (5/5): Tired hotel with very helpful staff - The biggest value of this hotel is the very helpful staff and the location - good access to public transport and in the middle of a shopping street. The whole hotel needed a lot of renovation, the rooms are quite tired. We were most disappointed with the promised "very good breakfast", because there was none. It would be good if in the future they added that the breakfast was not very good for vegetarians, etc., because 8 different versions of olives are not a very good breakfast for us if there are no meat products like bacon, proper ham, etc. Of course, you won't go hungry, but if the hotel advertises that it is a four-star hotel, then unfortunately it barely gets a three.

- UGUR ERKAN (4/5): - Odaların geniş olması, Zincir bir marka olması ve içinde Starbucks ve Barın kapsamlı olması maalesef diğer olanaklar kötüydü Giriş öncesinde 13.08.2024 saat 19.30 da arayıp otopark sordum olmadığını söylediler ve kapattım aynı dakikalarda 2nci kez arayıp yakınında anlaşmalı otopark olup olmadığını sordum otelin karşısında biryer olduğunu ama anlaşması olmadığını söylediler ve kapattım. 3 gece için günlük 400 tl ödeyerek toplam 1200 tl otopark ücreti ödedim ama otelden ayrılırken aracınız varmı diye sordular bizde sizin otoparkınız mı var diye karşı soru sorunca evet tabiiki otelin binasında dediler ve gerçekten şok olduk resepsiyondaki çalışanlar benim arayıp sorduğum saati not edip telefonu cevaplayarak kimin söylediğini araştıracaklarını söylediler ancak 1200 tl. Ödemiş bulunduk. Kordinasyon ve birbiriyle iletişim sorunu otelde birdaha kalmayacağım kesin. Bunu sizde düşünün bu parayı ödeyip kendinizi rezil etmeyin
