- Dunn (9/5): Dunns in Sendai hotel Vista. - The room was comfortable , self contained and had everything we needed. Staff were polite and attentive and the facilities were great. The centralised temperature control dried out the air a bit but no complaints , we loved our stay here.

La struttura ha bagni pubblici molto rilassanti ed aperti gratuitamente agli ospiti. Anche se vicino alla stazione, è risultato molto tranquillo La camera che ci è stata data era forse un poco piccola, ma soprattutto la finestra di apriva a pochi metri dalle scale del palazzo accanto, e per questo abbiamo tenuto la tenda chiusa tutto il tempo, il che ha reso la permanenza un poco opprimente.

- 李 (5/5): - 大浴場 4/20因青森地震，原訂新幹線班次遭取消而無法回到仙台，4/21早上7:20才checkin，有向櫃檯人員請求因一整晚在車站候車無法睡覺，可否通融讓我們稍做休息延遲退房時間，接待人員請示旁邊主管願意讓我們在13:00check out,但當我們在12:00點左右check out時換了櫃台人員並要向我們收取延遲費，早上的主管在一旁卻表現的就是要收取費用，雖然最後經我們再次說明沒有多收費，但過程令人不舒服。

Thats totally normal for Japan, but when I asked the gentlemen at the front desk, he gave me a very polite no and was apologetic when he didn't need to be.
