- Genesys (8/5): - Me gustó la amabilidad del personal. Una cálida acogida y un trato espectacular. Además aceptan animalitos porque el chico que nos atendió tiene un precioso abuelito 🐕 súper tierno. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas. Creo que es lo único menos positivo que destacaría. Por lo demás todo bien.

Encontramos unos calcetines debajo de la cama. Colocar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones para el verano. Pasamos calor a pesar de usar los ventiladores

- Christien (8/5): I will stay there again - The room was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, like explaining how to get the bus and which bus to take. It was a bit far from the centre. Also there was a common room that we could use to make food, ie there is a kettle, microwave and airfryer, but nowhere to wash up, after using the utilities.

Nis dijeron que podiamos tomar un cafe de la maquina con capsulas. Pues no habia capsulas ni habia nada. 63 euros por una mala experiencia. No volveria

It’s a little bit far from the center of the town, but it was good for me, because I was just passing through Leon, from one town to another. For Check-in, I had to enter password at a few gates, and when finally got the key to the room, I felt like clearing RPG in the real world!

- Georgina (1/5): dishonest description - Nothing At no point did this hotel disclose that it was a contactless check in . I am a single female traveler arriving late at night and I would expect at least a check in process etc . At the very last moment they disclose that is is contactless and that you go up a flight a stairs go somewhere else and then access keys etc and push the door if it is stuck . Had this of been known I would never have booked in the first place ...very dishonest . I ended up going elsewhere 24 hours prior after paying them $143 AUD ..not happy
