I think the manager should invest in a generator that covers all these,as part of back up. Either than that,I can’t fault anything

• Bavelile Carol (8/5): My stay was excellent and I would like to experience inside the hotel rooms in future - Location is closer to shops and breakfast was nice My room was located outside the main hotel building, which required walking up the stairs to the second floor. As it was raining, this was quite inconvenient. In addition, there was significant noise from nearby guests throughout the night, which affected my sleep. I reported the matter to reception, and they apologised and assured me that it would be addressed. As promised, the issue was resolved, and I slept peacefully on the second night. I would suggest that security patrol the areas outside the rooms to ensure that guests adhere to hotel rules. In future, I would prefer to be accommodated in a room within the main hotel building.

The rooms are much more than the parkings available. This place would be a 10 for it's price point, if it had adequate parking, it would be my go-to in PMB.

The breakfast they served they said they do room service which later I had to pay for without them telling me prior that you pay if they bring breakfast to the room. Their breakfast was awfull I can't believe I waited almost 40 minutes for such a bad breakfast.

The tiles on the floor damaged; window blinds damaged. No cupboard or built-in to keep the luggage. The kettle is dirty and old. Requested for the lotion and towel on arival; it was not provided.

• Ndlovu (3/5): I'm very disappointed - I can't tell I have been using the facility for a long time now and they always deliver the best service. This time I was really disappointed. I booked bigger rooms for me and my daughter since it was her sweet sixteen. But we were given the smaller rooms without any explanation but I paid the money for bigger rooms. I felt undermined. And my daughter's room had a problem with the door. Opening that door was a struggle. We checked in on the 10 April.

• Ndlovu (1/5): I'm very disappointed 😔 - I can't tell because I wasn't happy with what they did. I have been using the facility for a long time because of its best service. I made 2 bookings, 1 room for me which was room number 27 and the other room for my daughter to celebrate her sweet sixteen birthday and they gave her room number 5. We were both given smaller rooms and I paid for bigger ones. How can I pay for double standard rooms and get standard rooms. My daughter's room had the problem with the door, it was so hard to open her door. I think they judged us by how we looked, they gave our biggest rooms to other people but we paid for the rooms. We checked in on Friday 10 April.

• Sithole (10/5): Best ever - Everything about the facility is very impressive from the staff to the actual service. I got what was promised and more. I would choose them again and again for my holiday they gave me more than I thought I deserved I don't know how big is The Inn but I would recommend all south Africans to come and have this experience I got here. I am still here by the way I keep extending my stay 😄 daily
• Zaakirah (1/5): UNPLEASANT - I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING FIRST OF ALL I CAME THERE EARLY FROM CAPE TOWN YOUR CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 10 I CAME THERE ROUND ABOUT THAT TIME ASKING THEM TO CHECK IN BECAUSE MY FLIGHT WAS AT 6 AND I HAD TO BE ON THE AIRPORT AT 4.30 TO BOARD WHICH MEANS I WAS EXTREMELY TIRED AND THEY ADVISED I MUST PAY A EXTRA FEE TO CHECK IN EARLYFROM ALL THE MILLION HOTELS I WENT TO NEVER DID I NEED TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL FEES TO CHECK IN EARLY BECAUSE MY STAY IS ALREADY PAID SO I BOOKED FOR 2DAYS AND I ONLY STAYED ONE DAY BECAUSE MY FLIGHT WAS 16:45 THE SATURDAY AND I LEFT YOUR PREMISES AT 14:00 AND MY QUESTION WAS SEEING THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR CHECKING IN EARLY WHY ARE THEY NOT PAYING ME FOR LEAVING EARLY BECAUSE AT 2 IS ANOTHER CHECKIN FOR ANOTHER CLIENT FOR MORE MONEY BUT I PAID ALREADY FOR THE WHOLE OF THAT DAY I AM DISGUSTED AND DISSAPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE THIS SATURDAY MORNING I LEFT MY ROOM AT 7 AND I PROVIDED THE KEY FOR ROOM SERVICES UPON RETURNIN AT 12:00 MY ROOM WAS STILL NOT CLEAN AND THEY WANTED TO CLEAN IT AT THAT TIME WHEN WE WANTED TO REST I HAD A UNPLEANSANR STAYY THE PLUGS WAS FAULTY THE OVEN OR WARMER IS NOT WORKING AND YOUR BREAKFAST IS UNHALAL YOU NOT CATERING FOR ALL RELIGIONS

The tiles were shaky, making it uncomfortable to move around the room. The shower wasn't if good standard, no holder there.

I was woken up at 3am to move my car outside so someone can move out and it was drizzling. I didn't get breakfast I paid for because in the morning when I went to check for breakfast I was told I had to order a day before but I did not know that or someone did not tell me that so I didn't eat breakfast I paid for for 2 mornings.
