Staff at breakfast were friendly and had a simple but well laid out and tasty breakfast. Not much really..although the walls seemed paper thin!

- Nicolette (9/5): We had a pleasant experience and will book here again without a doubt. - We enjoyed the whole experience, the service and food at the restaurant was excellent, it is so convenient that there is a spa and coffee shop on the property. The staff at the hotel specifically Lolly and the gentlemen at the restaurant was exceptional. The food and service at the coffee shop was good and we enjoyed the treatment at the spa. It is a great idea to serve breakfast at the coffee shop and the live entertainment adds a special atmosphere at breakfast, we quite enjoyed that. The waiter at the coffee shop rushed us a bit during breakfast to get our order placed, but also did not explain nicely how the whole process works, so we had to ask him again to explain. He also kept on asking which room we wanted to add the charges to, after the third time I felt a bit annoyed and told him to make the decision himself, as we already advised him three times of the room numbers we were booked under.

- Belinda (3/5): I feel they advertise on bookings app that they don't have but are very happy taking the money for. - Their Manager - Lolly for upgrading me to an executive suite (still no useable balcony) after the reception had an "I don't care attitude, that is the room that I'm giving you and that we are fully booked" and their breakfast was excellent with very friendly staffs. Lolly really tried her best to accommodate some of my requests, regardless of what she had to work with. The room that I booked - Comfort Twin Room 2 R1500 per night for a single person with breakfast includes - did not have any of the amenities as per listed on bookings app : Balcony, Pool View, Patio, Ensuite Bathroom (Showing a bath/shower Icon), NO LAPTOP SAVE, NO WI-FI. Instead of the Comfort Twin Room - I was places in a small little room with a small window overlooking the walkway/passage that is being at the door, which they insisted was a balcony - but are being used by all guest to access their rooms.

Staff were informed and we were promised to have it rectified by the next morning. Next morning tit was still not fixed. We paid a premium price and we were not given any solution to the problem.
