Rooms are pretty basic more Formule 1 than hilton. Staff off from 6 pm and no way to contact them made us nervous of a problem with the keys... Not much storage space for clothes

- Ralph (8/5): Nice beach front hotel. No need to use your car once there. - The location was fantastic, directly across from a beautiful surfing beach. There are four restaurants in the same building down stairs. Their breakfast served at the hotel was fabulous and the two chefs were very accommodating. Our original room was small and faced the parking lot but the excellent desk manager, Grace, was kind enough to upgrade our room across the hall to a beachfront room. Great bed and shower! There was some building maintenance going on and a clicker supplied by the hotel was needed to enter and leave the parking lot and front entry. The rooms were dated but very comfortable. There were no electrical adaptors I the rooms.

- Florian (8/5): perfect location for beach lovers, particularly families - we were on a stopover to stormsrivier and not interested in wedge beach. but plett beachfront accomodation provided what we booked at a good price. gated parking, a very nice breakfast and reasonable accomodation make this a good choice. room was small, hardware dated. keurbaai would be a more upscale location to stay in this area (much more expensive though).

If we planned to go to Plett again we would however stay somewhere with a pool as there were lots of jelly fish that put us off going in the sea

Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und ist sehr lecker, nur das Obst wird leider nicht nachgefüllt. Die Lage direkt am Central Beach ist super. Zimmer zum Teil zur Straße raus, wo es an den Wochenenden durch die Restaurants draußen etwas lauter sein kann, für uns war es aber nicht störend / zu laut.

In Gehweite (ganz nah) befinden sich 2 gute Seafood Restaurants (Austern, Seafoodplatter, ...) und die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Parkplatz durch Tpor abgesichert, alles gut. Auch ein recht gutes Frühstück war Teil der Buchung. Ledigliech die Zimmer sind etwas "steril" und spartanisch, aber ohne Zweifel sehr sauber. Also auch hier alles gut!

The room we were allocated was nothing like the photos on the website. The room had wall to wall bed, with not even a chair or space for bags. Booking.com attempted to mediate a solution because the room was grossly misrepresented. The property would not budge. They did offer us a three bedroom apartment at substantial extra cost… which we declined. We ended up walking away from the property and our money, and found something else.

- Daniela (6/5): - Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strand und Restaurants nebenan, der Mexikaner ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ansonsten ist es auch fußläufig ins Standzentrum. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Für zwei Nächte war es für uns völlig ok. Die Betten waren recht hart. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Leiter des Hochbetts war nicht sehr sicher und der rausfallschutz hat auch schon etwas gelitten.

- Kay (1/5): Very disappointing. - Location was close to the beach We had so many issues when stayed at this property. Every day something was broken from the fan,tv, braai, washing machine and stove. The shower was blocked the first day I tried to use it and there was some else chocolate wrapper in the shower. They did not disclose in the advert how hard it would be to get to the front door of the apartment. My elderly father had to climb up very steep stairs to get to a path at the back of the building with hazards that could trip or cut a person. Although they tried their best to fix these issues at the cost we had to pay I would have expected this to be checked and fixed before check in. It hinder our holiday trying to deal with so many problems and they have shown no recourse to compensate us for the inconvenience. Worth knowing this before booking here.

- Shameez (5/5): Will not be returning. - Excellent location and set up of the family unit. Maintenance staff very helpful. Dirty, with very poor maintenance. Broken dishwasher, broken tumble dryer, strong paint smell in cupboards, and general bad service from reception staff.

Café da manhã tem o basico e estava bom. Peguei o quarto com banheiro privativo, estava limpo, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas. Infelizmente encontramos uma barata passeando pela maquina de café. Como outros hospedes utilizam a área em comum e deixam coisas nas geladeiras, talvez a limpeza dessa área precisa ser reforçada.

It is a hostel type room at hotel prices. More a primary school sports facility, with a communal type bathroom. Sound sensitive! Absolutely horrible. We decided to book somewhere else.

Putzpersonal zeigt grossartige Leistubg beim Entfernen vom Sand im Zimmer Die Zimmer sind eher klein und sehr hellhörig, hatten eine italienische Gruppe vor Ort, welche sehr laut war während der Ruhezeit. Frühstück war sehr zurückhaltend auch das Personal überarbeitete sich nicht.

- Nokwanda (9/5): This is one place that can be repeated in the future should I need to stay within the area I enjoyed - The hospitality was top tier, some people are born for this The receptionist I found there was very helpful and prompt gave all the information that was needed without being asked showed me around helped me with my bags they even offer free towels to go to the beach it was just a great place to be at there was also free tea on the house anytime you needed it I think my package also included breakfast and I enjoyed myself their breakfast was beautiful The place is also very close to the beach so it’s a walking distance like you can literally see the beach from the dining area so it’s a don’t throw away and it’s very convenient though I didn’t get to explore but I did take a short U-turn at the beach there The one thing that was a bit inconvenient was the fact that there’s no one access once you park your car you park at a different side and then you have to exit the gate and come back to the reception so I wish there was a fluid entry point from the parking into the facility but it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience because the reception was very helpfuland they were spot-on with everything that needed to be done

The beds look like old hospital beds and the entire feel feels like a hospital. The steel drawers were cable tied, which reminded us of the drawers in a morgue. The pictures look very different to what we experienced. The worst place I have stayed in in my 53 years of existence and this includes campsites. The price was exhuberant considering what we encountered!!!
