• Arjan (9/5): Prima hotel met goed restaurant en voorzieningen. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Goed en prima ontbijtbuffet - Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel, nette (simpele) kamer welke elke dag werd verschoond. Het hotel ligt aan de voorzijde een doorgaande weg. Bij een kamer aan de voorzijde kan je dus geen raam open laten staan snachts ivm het geluid van het verkeer.

• William (8/5): A very pleasant stay. - Very convenient for the E42. Food is very good, both breakfast and dinner. Staff are freindly and helpful. It's a shame that the kitchen is no longer open at weekends.

• Hetty (9/5): - We vroegen om een kamer met aparte bedden, toen kregen we een heel ruime 3 persoonskamer. Top! Mooie gerenoveerde kamer. Jammer dat in weekend restaurant gesloten is en we helemaal naar Prum moesten om te gaan eten.

• Michiel (7/5): Fijn verblijf op doorreis - Prima kamer, voortreffelijk schoon, goede prijs, vriendelijk personeel. Het was voor ons een stop op een motortocht, en voor dit doel voldeed het hotel helemaal. Ontbijt was wat sober. Het restaurant is duur en de porties waren klein. De gekozen schnitzel viel daardoor wat tegen.

• Wouter (9/5): Heerlijk gegeten en gerelaxt. - Het eten, bier en het zwembad waren top. Ook het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we hebben het heerlijk gehad. Het enige was dat de kegelbaan was bezet door de lokalen, wel gezellig volk, maar helaas konden wij er niet op spelen.

• Dennis (8/5): - Ausstattung im zimmer ist schon veraltet. Badarmaturen sind wegen dem alter , sehr schwer verstellbar, und passende wasser Temperatur ist sehr schwer einzustellen, entweder kommt das wasser kalt oder heiß. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war ok.

• Dave (7/5): Good - The building and rooms are of a very high standard. Some of my group tried to re-arrange the table settings in the otherwise deserted restaurant, the server's approach of shouting "No, no, no, no" and then generally wittering at people all through the evening did not endear us to her. Smoking is allowed in the bar area so you get the smell of smoke throughout the building.

• Koen (6/5): comfortable hotel with correct rooms to stay. if they put effort in their restaurant and improve that side then I might - large and refurbishment comfortable rooms. Bathroom however could use and update as well not all staff is up to the job. Food offered in restaurant was not good in 50% of the cases. They put wines of 2015 on the menu and give you one of 2019. or you ask for the same botte again and they give you another one. Asked for a dessert and couldn’t anymore. Even though they never gave us the chance to order one. Day after it became clear that they had an issue with the chef.
• Belinda (10/5): An enjoyable stay, perfect for bikers - It’s a lovely comfortable and friendly hotel, especially for bikers. We could park our motorbikes in the garage behind the hotel. Just a note though that they don’t serve food on a Sunday? It would mean travelling to find a meal in that day.
• Ana (8/5): Great staff, spacious bedrooms, old hotel - The bedroom was big and comfortable, I had a nice view from the bedroom window, the breakfast was pretty good, and the staff was friendly and flexible. The food at the hotel restaurant for dinner was very good and fairly priced. The hotel is pretty old. There is carpet everywhere, it smells of cigarettes, and the bathroom was tiny and super old school. Also the windows didn't have shutters or blackout curtains, just some thin curtains that didn't make the bedroom dark enough.

• William (8/5): This is my first choice of hotel when I stay in this area. - The hotel is very nice. I know that sounds bland but it's the best way to describe it. The location's great. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent. The roadworks on the 410 were a pain, but are hardly the fault of the hotel!

• Koen (8/5): Even rust op weg naar huis - na een goede beurs nog een nacht overnacht op weg naar huis. Prima hotel, lekker eten en ontbijtbuffet. Gratis buitenparking. Ik sliep aan de straatkant, en met de ramen open hoor je het verkeer goed, maar het stoorde me niet.

• Tina (8/5): - Ich fand den Aufenthalt gut, das Personal zuvorkommend. Im Zimmer war die Toilette ein separater Raum, was ich gut finde, allerdings hatte das Bad nur einen Vorhang und keine Tür, was mir nicht so gefiel. Im Wellnessbereich ließ es sich gut entspannen in der Sauna und im Schwimmbad. Die Nutzung ist im Preis inbegriffen und kostet keine extra Gebühren. Alles in Allem fand ich es gut und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
• Anders (8/5): ice countryside hotel - This a quite pratically located hotel en route between Scandinavia and Luxembourg/France. The resaturant was quite OK, the menu was short but contained the neccessary dishes. The room was clean and pleasant. The only negative is the location of the hotel, it's sitting on a fairy busy landesstrasse, which generated quite a lot of noise. A room towards the back would have been appreciated.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Kurzreise in die Eifel - Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Bundesstraße bei geschlossenen Fenster kein Problem. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei und reichlich vorhanden. Der Check in bzw. Check out ist problemlos. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gebuchte Zimmer war auf eine Einzelpersonen gut zugeschnitten. Das vorhandene indoor Schwimmbad habe ich nicht genutzt dazu kann ich keine Angaben machen. Frühstück war ok alles vorhanden. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

However the room was very hot and with the windows open the traffic noise was continuous through out the night and early morning that made sleeping very difficult. If the room had been cooler I could have had the window closed it would have been fine.
