A special recognition goes to the staff, especially the night receptionist who made my check-in experience very nice. The room was great - very spacious. And I enjoyed the restaurant and its great staff. The laundry service was prompt. The room was very relaxing, and I was able to get very nice rest.

PAUL (6/5): Short stay in Saudi for boxing - Booked 2 rooms, one double one single. Long time at reception check-in and given wrong rooms. No towels in room to start with. Other than that the staff were fine and the rooms no better than stretching to 3 star

Khadijah (8/5): Frequent travelers - My stay was nice and comfortable, which is something that I needed for my chemo recovery before returning home. There are 3 issues that I'd like to highlight. 1. The door was missing a latch. This felt unsecured. 2. The toilet seat was not the proper seat for the toilet. This is a liability due to it being unsafe. 3. In room dining forgot part of our order. Instead of offering us a credit for our next order, we were offered a fruit platter and hour later, after we had gone to bed. The in room dining food was not as good as it had been the last time we stayed.
