- Noel (8/5): - The property is fantastic as it sits on the river, amentities are far, so I used Uber Eats as the market was closed even though it said open online. My biggest gripe is the shower didn't work or drain well. I think the price was very fair and worth every dollar.
- Thierry (4/5): - Ayant une chasse d'eau qui fuit dans ma chambre, je l'ai fait savoir à la réception. réponse de celle ci: on regardera si on a le temps!!! Rien n'a été fait. Donc le sommeil perturbé par le remplissage régulier de celle ci.
- Olivier (10/5): Très jolie halte en bord de Marne - Très joli hôtel en bord de Marne avec un charmant jardin qui nous amène tout près de la rivière. Les chambre sont très bien rénovées. Le restaurant excellent. Le service parfait !
- stephanie (10/5): Hôtel et restaurant exceptionnel - L hôtel est très bien situé en bords de Marne et en pleine verdure, le cadre est exceptionnel. Le restaurant est excellentissime ! Deux bémols : pas de climatisation dans la chambre donc fenêtres grandes ouvertes pour laisser en rentrer la fraîcheur mais beaucoup de bruit de l autre côté de la Marne ...un concert ou je ne sais quoi avec des gens qui hurlaient jusqu'à 00:30 environ... Nous étions un lundi soir ... Dommage cela a gâché notre séjour...
- Liang (4/5): - Réservation 3 jours donc j’ai payé les taxe de 11,70€ en espèces,on me réclame à la fin de sejour à nouveau cette taxe (elle n’a pas était saisie apparemment) puis j’ai prolonger 3 jours de plus ! Des le 2eme jour je me retrouve avec des bêtes ou des insectes pcq j’ai laissé ouvert la fenêtre a 5cm pour avoir de l’air fraîche,donc j’ai réclamé ça à l'accueil pour avoir une notre chambre plus propre donc le mr du l’acceuil nuit m’a changé de chambre sans me réclamer les frais de 10euro supplémentaires par nuit car la chambre était plus chère que celle que j’avais et j’ai du payer une taxe pour rien du tout car j’étais seul,et la chambre qu’il m’ont changé était pour une couple ??? et bah c’est cool ! Or cela le jour que je dois quitter cet hôtel je me suis tombé sur le vrai patron de l’hôtel (réclamer par le mr l’accueil nuit) pas souriant du tout ni compréhensif,mal organisé ect…. Bref à éviter cette hôtel !

- Elizabeth (10/5): - This hotel was excellent. It was clean with a lovely large spacious room. The breakfast was fabulous. The location is quiet and serene and most unexpected so close to Disneyland. The service was top-notch. If you need a taxi, use Uber since local taxi firms are very expensive.

There is a rail station 5 minutes away for Paris and Disney (not direct line). Breakfast at 17 euros is far too expensive though, the food was quite basic and not alot of choice. I would stay here again if visiting Disney.

Établissement visiblement rénové et en bon état général. Petit bémol que le chauffage un peu fort dans la chambre. Couple avec un nouveau-né de 6 semaines, le séjour s’est parfaitement bien déroulé.

The gentleman at the front desk quickly checked me in, recommended dinner options that would still be open late, and got me all set up with a great room. It was very much appreciated and his recommendations were all great. The room was amazing! Large bed, multi shower heads, newly done. Wonderful space.

Nous aurions néanmoins souhaité profité des lieux et son extérieur en se faisant livrer un repas sur place, ce qui nous a été refusé. Résultat : soirée passée à l extérieur et nous n avons pas profité des lieux quel dommage ! La chambre était très bien. Le personnel aussi, sauf le monsieur qui nous a accueilli et que j ai, pour ma part, trouvé très condescendant.

Kostenlose Parkplätze am Hof, das einzige was ich bemängeln kann,ist die Toilette im Zimmer... Das können grade mal 3-6 jährige Kinder benutzen.Etwas ältere und Erwachsene haben es echt schwer: :)) zwischen der vorderen Wand und dem Wc sind grade mal gefühlte 20 cm frei :) rechts daneben ist schon das Waschbecken mit dem großen Unterschrank :) also nicht viel Platz :)) Ansonsten fande ich es ok.Frühstück kostet 17 €.Flasche 6 € nur zur Info...

- Verified traveler (2/5): - I didn't stay at this property because the staff member at the front desk was VERY rude & unaccommodating to my cousin & I. I accidentally booked a room for 1 person, which I overlooked because I saw it was a room with a double bed (usually sleeps 2). Without any prompt from me, the front desk worker said "you booked a room for 1. She can't stay here, she needs to go to another hotel". I asked if I could pay the difference of the cost for 1 more person & he said no. I asked to speak to a manager to get a further explanation & he said no, the manager won't see me, they'd be busy all day (although he went to the back to talk to "someone" prior). He then instructs to call Expedia to cancel. I'm from the US so it was going to cost me to make calls so I politely asked him if I could use the phone to cancel my booking (using the international number) & he said "NO we don't have a phone" after he took 2 phone calls in front of me. So as a paying customer they were rude to me and wouldn't assist me in any way. I then used my phone to cancel the booking - 31 minutes. An Expedia member called & said they refused to issue a refund AND were still rude. I would understand if I was trying to check in late & they missed a day of a potential booking but i arrived before check-in time. I'm disappointed that Expedia hasn't at least matched what i lost to the hotel in a voucher & that i wasted 31 minutes on the phone (costly) trying to cancel. it didn't matter.

- Verified traveler (8/5): tout dépend de l'exposition... - hotel tres bien coté Marne, mais à fuir coté voie ferrée.(impossible de dormir fenetre ouverte car trop bruyant) Malgré cela, le personnel est très charmant, la chambre propre et les prestations de qualité. Pensez à réserver votre table au restaurant car il est souvent complet.(le patron à néanmoins un excellent réseau d'adresses si besoin)

- P (8/5): - 基本的には清潔ではありますが、タオル、マットを毎日交換してくれない日がありました。スタッフの方は親切な印象です。駅からは遠いのがたまに傷です。
- Karin (8/5): - Fantastisk mat men dyr. Liten frukost men fräsch från närodlat. Ligger mycket avsides - finns inget i närheten. Inte ens restauranger. Känns verkligen som mitt ute i ingenstans. Jag skulle vara i Base de Loisir de Jablines så det var nära och bra till det. Måste ha bil. Inte så rent och inte så noga städning. Ingen toadörr- bara draperi. Mycket trevlig personal.

- michael (6/5): Nice hotel but out the way of everything - We stayed thinking it was close to Disneyland but it wasn’t which was our own faults for not checking properly but it is not near a bus stop or anything so you have to get a taxi everywhere which when it gets to the hotel the meter is already on 15 euros to get to Disneyland it cost 50 Euros by taxi there is a cheaper way to do it get a cab to train station then get a bus then a train but it can be hassle. The hotel staff are friendly it would be perfect if it was not in the middle of nowhere
- Luis (10/5): Great stay - Very new hotel right on the banks of the River Marne. A little difficult to find but worth it. Excellent service but shame the restaurant was not operating on the night I stayed as it has fantastic reviews for gourmet dining. The Manager recommended a restaurant in the nearby town which was good. Will definitely stay again when next in the area to enjoy what the area has to offer.
