Mallory (8/5): Room price was appropriate and location was very convenient, near my chosen auto dealership. - I loved the corner room on the first floor, and the vaulted ceilings were a new take on those in other hotels I have stayed at. The receptionist at the counter was very helpful, allowing me to check in well before the check-in time without an extra charge. I was having a vehicle serviced at a nearby dealership and was basically stuck with not much to do. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The outdoor fireplace would have been great, but Denver was in the middle of a rare snowstorm during the 2025-2026 season. It is very disappointing that Courtyard did not offer a free breakfast. It is getting frustrating that so many are starting to charge for everything. There was no free coffee available in the lobby in the morning. I thought the bar prices were a bit excessive, about 7.00 for a domestic beer. A hotel is not a sporting or music venue.

Generally very appealing and comfortable but there are some things I miss—a place to hang clothes in the room (no closet); free breakfast and free morning coffee; a walk in shower instead of the tub shower in our room. Starbucks regular coffee always available by vending machine. Other Starbucks coffee drinks available only when the restaurant is open. Food good but expensive. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Willam (10/5): - One thing we noticed was there wasn’t enough hooks in the bathroom to hang wet-towels or swimming suits. With the configuration of the shower, which was nice there was no way to hang a towel over the top of the shower. I have a cosmetic bag that hangs from a hook and by using one of the towel hooks for my cosmetic bag it really limits the availability for towels We were hopeful for a complementary breakfast, which there wasn’t. And the restaurant was quite expensive. We had an egg, sausage biscuit and it was over $12 for each one. It was very good, but that is pretty expensive! Overall, very nice facility.
Scott B (10/5): New remodel is nice, staff are the best. - Staff was 100% friendly, welcoming and helpful. We did have one issue with hot water being irregular, but it was addressed quickly. There is a cafe in the lobby with a great small menu that we found very good and a great fit for our style. It's a bit of a pity it's only open for breakfast and dinner, but that's the reality these days with staff shortages. The property was recently remodeled, so everything seems new. There are a variety of room types. One has a kind of open shower that seemed to let water get all over, but we changed to a more conventional one. So many things depend on personal preference. I'll surely stay here when visiting the Littleton again.

Could not stream anything or watch movie on TV due to slowwwww connection. No closet or hooks for coats during a snowstorm in Colorado.

They gave us a key to shower across the hall. The fourth floor was being renovated so it was noisy. Food was expensive! Wasn't horrible but would never stay again or recommend.

Almost always excellent but this time we had very loud neighbors next to us that were up and making noise until 1 AM. Then the fourth floor construction. (Being remodeled) started at 8am above our room and over about 2 rooms. We would definitely stay here again and feel like the noisy neighbors was an isolated incident.

Staff are hyped up and stressed out as soon as you arrive you can feel it. Not very welcoming. Stains on the couch and unable to get hot water in the shower both days.

Open shower stal while large enough for several people if into it was too drafty for consideration in home. Stay was for about 10 hours for $200 so unpleasantly surprised to find no continental breakfast but rather$10 and change for yogurt an berries. Can’t imagine how much a usual breakfast would cost.

Housekeeping did not clean our room and or knock on the door to come in until the last day before we are checking out. Called down to front desk and asked if housekeeping could come and clean our room. Front desk person said there was no housekeeping staff anymore today and that they would have to do it themselves and don’t have time for it. All I expected was my bed to be made. Next time I will choose a different hotel. Not impressed with the customer service.

Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The pillows were fluffy and not too thick; I slept great! (I get a headache if the pillows are too thick and my head is forced to be at too much of an angle from my spine, as was the case at some other hotels.) I would ask my company to let me stay there the next time I'm in Denver.

Overall, the value at courtyard Marriott was well worth it even with some lacking housekeeping services. I also believe they need a day manager to ensure that everything is picked up and looks neat all the time. Example, they have a very nice outdoor fire pit with surrounding chairs, but after each evening when people have gathered around there eating and drinking, the next morning, the chairs are still in disarray there was food left on the patio area this went on for approximately two days, before things were put back in order and cleaned. I was tempted to clean up the area myself Since it took away from the surrounding area and ambience.

Juan (6/5): - I found the bistro to be pricey and not that good, even for the standards of this type of properties. Also scheduled a room refresh for midweek, and while they went in and changed the sheets, and took out the trash, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned (though I did get new towels) and the kitchenette where the coffee machine had gone on and spilled some water, wasn’t cleaned either. Also the complementary coffee on the room wasn’t replenished after the ‘refresh’. I’d also add that there are no food options in the area, aside from Nono’s cafe, which aside from not being that good, turns out to be right next to The Hamptons Inn. Overall, a place to stay when in need, but I was in the area for a week on a business trip, and found it quite inconvenient for anything after 5.

Star Grace (10/5): - Checkin was simple and the lady was so nice even though we arrived late at 12:30am due to delay at airport. She even gave us complimentary water which Emma’s appreciated after a long trip. Room was real nice and clean and the coffee shop food was fast and convenient. They even allowed me an hour late checkout which was much appreciated.
