• Anne-Marie (8/5): Logement avec beaucoup de cachet - - Le logement qui était très beau et propre. - L'emplacement central. - La possibilité de faire du café (et au-delà avec plus de temps...). - Les fenêtres du logement donnaient sur la rue la plus bruyante de Catane : impossible de dormir jusqu'à 3 heures du matin. - Le fait que l'on ne puisse pas se garer au rez-de-chaussée (en partie à cause de la rue dans la zone ZTL). - Le parcours pour récupérer la clé : pas simple, mais on y est arrivé après de nombreux échanges en français et en anglais.

• Martin (9/5): - We spent 6 nights in the room Puritani with a year old baby and it was fine, although you have to rent a baby basinet and high chair as extra. If you are staying few nights you will enjoy it. We had mosquito issue but there is an A/C in the room if you are into it. I would recommend to do something about airflow in the bathroom because of the overhelming humidity.

• Jolanta (10/5): Wygodny apatrament w starych pięknych wnętrzach, z prywatnym parkingiem, w centrum starego miasta. - Apartament wygodny i przestronny w dobrej lokalizacji. Prywatny bezpieczny parking. Pilota do bramy wjazdowej znalazłam w skrzynce z kodem. Dostęp do apartamentu zapewniono mi zdalnie, a w środku znalazłam klucze. Troszkę kłopotu, bo w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji nie było nazwy apartamentu, a przy kluczach w szufladzie były nazwy i nie wiedziałam, które są moje... Musiałam pytać. Po przyjeździe na parking stwierdziłam, że wskazane miejsce jest zajęte. Skontaktowałam się z recepcją i wskazano mi inne miejsce. Zaparkowałam na nim i nie ruszałam samochodu do momentu wyjazdu. Okazało się, że za wycieraczką znalazła się karteczka (zauważyłam ją dopiero w drodze), że parkuję na czyimś prywatnym miejscu, na którym nie powinnam parkować. Informacja o tym trafiła do wypożyczalni z której był samochód. Skontaktowałam się z recepcją, która przeprosiła mnie za tę sytuację pisząc, że zapomnieli poinformować, że to miejsce wskazano mi tymczasowo, a potem powinnam przeparkować. Trochę było to stresujące dla mnie. W apartamencie jest kuchnia indukcyjna, ale nie wszystkie garnki i patelnie są do niej odpowiednie. Jest adapter, ale zanim się zorientowałam, że do tego garnka jest niezbędny, nie wiedziałam dlaczego kuchnia nie chce działać! Trochę problemów z ciepłą wodą - nagle zaczyna lecieć zimna, potem znowu ciepła. Takie "niespodzianki".

Bagno che avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione come la sostituzione della rubinetteria e del box doccia... Ormai visibilmente usurati e Che poco si addicono al livello della struttura.
• Magdalena (7/5): Nie jesteśmy zadowoleni - Dobra lokalizacja przy Via Etnea, niedaleko do kawiarni, restauracji, sklepów i starego miasta. Przestronne mieszkanie. Klimatyzacja działała. Zameldowała nas miła Pani. Po przyjeździe mieliśmy do dyspozycji butelkę wody w lodówce. Potwornie ciemno, nigdzie nie było napisane, że żadne z okien prawie wcale nie wpuszcza dziennego światła. Dwa balkony, na które można było wyjść są zabudowane, a widok na dziedziniec jest dopiero jak wychylisz się za okno stając na palcach. Nie było dostatecznej ilości worków na śmieci, papieru toaletowego, a deskę do krojenia schowano koło kosza na śmieci. Piękny stół, ale niewygodny, za wysoki, nie nadaje się do jedzenia. Brak wieszaka na okrycia wierzchnie. Podłogi czyste, ale to, co znaleźliśmy w łazience przeraziło nas... Takiego ogromu kamienia wokół prysznica nigdy nie widzieliśmy. Do tego pajęczyny, brud za łóżkiem i niedomyte akcesoria kuchenne. Wybraliśmy to miejsce, bo było rekomendowane przez Booking jako zapewniające najwyższą jakość i czystość. Popełniliśmy błąd.

• Tuomo (7/5): Nice pictures, but the reality is quite different. - Location is central, along the main shopping street in Catania. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchen with cookware. Responsive staff, who were able to accommodate to some of our needs. The superior room that we had booked is facing the street and the traffic noise comes through unfiltered. We couldn't sleep at night even with ear plugs. Fortunately the host let us change to a quieter, smaller suite facing the courtyard when requested. The apartments are on the first floor, but the elevator was not working. The furniture has seen better days: the sofas in both rooms were stained and worn out. Beds and pillows were of a low quality. The closets and wardrobes were flimsy and in bad shape. There is no working sound system in the rooms and the TV is the cheapest attempt of a smart TV that I've ever seen. There are no condiments in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper. The so-called "breakfast" is a coupon for a coffee and a pastry in a nearby coffee shop. Very misleading in my opinion, because the inclusion of breakfast is an important criteria for me when traveling. Unlike the information on Booking.com, none of the rooms have saunas. There is a common sauna "box" built inside a room in the common area. It looks quite peculiar, because it's obviously a pre-fabricated piece of equipment, but there's no brand of the manufacturer visible anywhere. Also there were no instructions on how to use it. Overall not worth the 1000 euros for 7 nights that we payed.

(3 capsules de café et une bouteille d eau ) pour 2 personnes et 2 nuits Dans toutes nos autres locations en Sicile, nous avons trouvé au moins 4 capsules de café + 4 sachets de the accompagnes de petits sachets de biscottes et confiture , et quelques boissons fraîches le tout bien appréciables.

• Florin (10/5): - The location is great, right next to the Central Park, but not too close to the centre where it's very crowded. There are plenty of shops and small places where you can get everything you need right at the doorstep, plus there is a Lidl nearby within a 5 minutes walk if you need more provisions. There are also famous pasticcerias within walking distance where you can have breakfast or stop for a snack, plus the famous Santa Filomena street can be accessed easily with a variety of restaurants to choose from for dinner. We had the Norma apartment, nicely decorated with big rooms, high ceilings and art pieces which was a big plus. All the basic utilities were also included, like coffee machine, microwave, fridge, TV, hairdryer, iron, etc. Beware of the noise! This is Catania, a very crowded, vibrant and loud city, not to mention that you're staying right on via Etna, one of the main streets, so it's only logical that the noise from the outside traffic is extremely high. So pack some earplugs, or get some from a nearby pharmacy when you arrive and it should be fine, it did the trick for us. Overall we had a very nice vacation, I'd gladly return.

• Conlin (2/5): Geht bitte nicht hin, die Bilder täuschen und es ist nicht so, wie ihr euch vorstellt. - Im Prinzip nichts Sehr enttäuschend – nie wieder Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt 750 € bezahlt und waren extrem enttäuscht. Schon bei der Ankunft war das Apartment in einem Zustand, der absolut nicht dem entsprach, was auf den Bildern versprochen wurde: • Das Waschbecken im Bad war fast komplett verstopft und kaum nutzbar. • Die Duschkabine war verschmutzt, verschimmelt und verkalkt – absolut unhygienisch. • Das Besteck, die Gläser und Becher in der Küche waren schmutzig, ebenso die Mikrowelle und sogar der Wasserhahn. Wir mussten alles selbst reinigen. • Aufgrund des Zustands konnten wir nicht in der Küche kochen. • Die Klimaanlage war nicht regulierbar und kühlte ständig auf derselben Stufe. • Möbel und Oberflächen waren staubig. Besonders enttäuschend war auch die Kommunikation: Vor dem Einchecken wurden Nachrichten sofort beantwortet. Während des Aufenthalts jedoch nur verzögert oder gar nicht. Nach unserer Abreise haben wir den Gastgeber ausführlich informiert und eine faire Lösung vorgeschlagen. Zunächst kam eine Antwort, danach wurde auf mehrere Nachrichten gar nicht mehr reagiert – obwohl diese gelesen wurden. Für den Preis war dieser Aufenthalt eine Zumutung. Wir reisen viel, aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: in piena via Etnea, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città, ma allo stesso tempo sorprendentemente silenziosa e tranquilla, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata intensa. Le suite sono ampie, curate nei dettagli e dotate di tutti i comfort, con un design particolare, splendidi pezzi d'antiquariato e giusti tocchi di modernità funzionali. Si percepisce una grande attenzione al benessere degli ospiti, dalla pulizia impeccabile alla qualità del sonno garantita da letti comodissimi e ambienti ben isolati. Un plauso particolare va alla disponibilità e alla gentilezza dell'Host. Consigliatissimo sia per chi visita Catania per turismo sia per chi cerca un soggiorno comodo e rilassante nel cuore pulsante della città.

• Krisztina (5/5): Nem 4 csillagos, Magyarországon talán 2 csillagos értékelést éppen hogy kapna. - Elhelyezkedés, felszereltség. Minden volt: légkondi, ventilátor, hűtő, fagyasztó, hajszárító, vasaló, konyhafelszerelés is teljes. A látszólagos tisztaság. Ott volt csak tisztaság, ami nagyon szem előtt van. A függönyök koszosak, az asztalterítő, a székek koszosak, foltosak, a zuhanyzóba konkrétan nem volt gusztusunk bemenni, penészes, koszos. A lepedő alatt az ágy/matracvédő koszos, teli hajszállal, a párnahuzat ugyan tiszta volt, de bár ne csúszott volna le a párnáról, mert így látni lehetett, min alszunk. A nappaliban a kanapé koszos, le kellett takarnunk, hogy rá merjünk ülni.

We needed to wash our clothes and were shown how the washing machine and dryer worked and given laundry liquid and a rack. Luckily, the washing machine was just outside our door, so didn't have to go far, and the sunroom was perfect for drying things we didn't want to put in dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. The decor was beautiful. Bed comfortable. The location was central and near bus routes, including the airport bus. Liked everything.

• Su2nil (7/5): Very good if can bear the Night Long Noise - Size, quality of amenities and host - everything was gracious and at par with expectations. The communication from the host was prompt and clear about checking-in. The quality of the bad and mattresses, kitchen equipment provided were all good and more then needed. If one thing property should sort out its the amount of noise. The property is right on the centre and on main road of the city. The double glaze windows were just useless and you have severe impact on your sleep. The road literally runs whole night with multiple trips of ambulances and police vehicles. If sleep is a concern, check carefully.

The flat is very central and the noise from the cars on the road is very high, although it effects mainly the kitchen-living room but be mindful if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed because you have to keep the windows closed all the time.

Operating instructions ought to be posted beside the controls. Street noise at night was a problem. No elevator was a problem with luggage. No directions for the stove top was difficult to operate. The pull out couch was uncomfortable to sit on.

The location is excellent; short walking distance to the center. The host Giuseppe, is amazing. He was very attentive and, even though he managed everything remotely via whatsapp, he did a great job. Everything went perfectly well. I would give it a 10, but there was just one small issue—the bathroom is spacious, however, the shower place is too small in my opnion. If you're tall like me, it was a bit difficult to move.. However, it's not a show stopper for me. I woud still comeback here again and recommend this place on a heart beat.

A nice gesture in the form of a bottle of water in the fridge and a bottle of shower gel in the bathroom. Nice amenities such as a coffee maker or a mixer. Good location close to shops and quite safe.

Spent 3 nights, would love to stay longer. You can take the bus right in front of the apartment to the central bus and train terminal. The host was very helpful and friendly as well. One of the beds had a problem that needed to be fixed but it didn’t affect my experience here.

• Trudy (1/5): A bad experience. - Rooms were spacious To begin with accessing the keys and gaining entry to the apartment was most stressful. The telephone line to the person giving instructions for entry was very poor. He told us the line was poor and asked us to use WhatsAp. However with no Wifi this was not possible. After five phone calls I was able to locate the keys. I booked the apartment on the understanding that there was a lift. WELL! The lift to the first floor was not working. In the time that we were there we saw no evidence of the lift being repaired. My husband was ill, he is 84 yrs. of age and it was my 81st birthday.We had to struggle to get our luggage up the stairs. Connecting to Wifi was another bad experience. A sheet of paper in a very crumpled plastic pocket gave basic information about the apartment. Password given was incorrect. After an hour finally managed to reach the "host" by phone, only to be told that it was an old password. Getting the correct and very long password over the phone with a very bad line was again stressful. Time for a cup of tea. A smallse Th apartment was not inviting in appearance. It was not airy and did not feel clean and fresh. The balcony was full of old furniture and clutter. The sauna could not even be entered. It was packed with huge boxes packaging. Amenities in the apartment were meagre. The cloth and scrubber for washing dishes was old and looked unclean. I could not use them. The microwave oven was not cleaned. Stale food still on the glass turntable. One powerpoint in the kitchen to which the microwave oven was plugged. This had to be removed each time I needed to use the kettle. The tiny benchtop space was taken up by the microwave oven. Hence food preparation had to be done on the dining table. Dining chairs were far too low for the height of the dining table. Furniture much in need of cleaning and freshening up. As you can see. The apartment did not meet our expectations. We did not enjoy our stay there.

• Pawlowska (7/5): Good centrally located apartment - Central location. Essential structure of apartment is lovely. There are spacious rooms with high, decorated ceilings, oil paintings and what looks like a Murano glass chandelier. There are also little balconies and a spacious living room. A symphony of car horns, even in the evening or early morning, rattles through the apartment but this is probably to be expected in a central apartment. There is much cheap furniture, presumably for the Airbnb which does not match the quality of the structure of the flat. Cheap curtains, formica cupboards and wardrobes with sliding doors that stick, broken slats on the bed which were notified to the agent during our visit but which were not properly fixed were a bit disappointing. That said, the ceilings, light and space of the apartment were lovely and the location was excellent
