Guest Reviews
- Will (10/5): -
- Dianna (10/5): Other then the parking it was great enjoyed our stay - The hotel nice close to places to eat close to my family to visit close to stores if we needed easy access to the freeway easy to find The parking was a little hard tough as we didn’t get a spot in front of out room we had to walk to get to our room
- Virginia (6/5): -
- Malaina (9/5): - Close to everything Close to everything
- Colin (8/5): Served our purposes to attend an early morning medical appointment. - Manager was very polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. Room was very quiet. Street traffic loud but unavoidable because of location.
- Hugh (7/5): It worked for me on this trip, but I will probably not stay here if in the area again. - It was clean and affordable. The toilet water flow was so poor it wouldn't even fully flush a pee. Also some of the units appeared to be semi-permanent section 8 housing, with some dilapidated vehicles in the parking lot.
- Lisa (5/5): Wont be going back - Friendly service. No breakfast, individually wrapped muffins, no ice or other amenities. We were just passing thru Everett and needed a place to stay.
- John (10/5): I felt at home with the accommodations and would stay there again. - The location was great, very close to downtown Everett and many shops. Nothing I didn't like
- Aaron (7/5): -
- Ashma (8/5): -
- Carolyn (10/5): Friendly staff, clean room, not smelly, fantastic bed. Will stay again. - The staff was VERY kind and helpful. The queen bed was perfectly yummy. All around fantastic stay! Next time I will request a ground floor room.
My fault. I forgot to mention that I walk with a cane.
- John (7/5): - Basic, clean, comfortable and perfectly located for my purpose.
- Leah (8/5): -
- Robert (10/5): -
- james (7/5): It was a good place and other than the loud cussing matches around the corner, I would stay again. - People at the desk were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean and nice for a couple guys duck hunting. Some people may there may be permanent tenants, not sure, but they were loud and had loud arguments into night hours.

- Herrman (10/5): Clean and comfortable - This property was not what I expected from the exterior/location. My room was so nice. Appeared to have been recently updated and was so clean. What a pleasant surprise when I entered the room. The staff was also very pleasant when checking in. I would definitely recommend this facility.
- Tonya (1/5): Horrible nasty disgusting will never stay again! - Nothing We had to switch rooms 3 different times because the 1st room the door wouldn’t lock the 2nd room had bugs and smelt like cigarettes and probably drugs also the 3rd one was okay door locked no smell but had fruit flies and something on the toilet! All you see if drug addicts and prostitution going on in the parking lot!
- Nancy (4/5): Stayed here for two nights and felt a bit uneasy. Would not stay here again. - Did not eat breakfast at this motel. Very outdated and dark motel room. The floor needs to be scrubbed as our socks were left filthy black. Wear slippers or shoes at all times. A few sketchy people hanging around the motel.
- Gina (6/5): For a shower and short rest - Bad area of town as the office looked like a fortress. Rooms need an upgrade. Other than it was on the way to my destination, not much.
- Christian (10/5): -

- Scott (9/5): -
- Steve (10/5): -

- Heinz (10/5): -
- Sylvia (7/5): Basic motel that meets the expectations for the cost. - We were on our way to Vancouver and this was just a stopover. It was basic but met our needs. Definitely dated but that comes with the price. The noise from the main boulevard.
- Susan (10/5): - Rooms very clean and comfortable; a bit worn but who isn’t? My room was close to street but I didn’t hear any traffic noise. Location excellent - a 6 minute walk to Providence Everett Medical Center. A big well-stocked Bodega with a great sandwich menu is 1/2 block away. Will def stay again!
- Gale (7/5): - The owners and management were very helpful. The bathroom could have used more detailed cleaning and updated plumbing.
- Phillip (4/5): Thankful it was for one night - Run down old and dirty. Old and dirty
- Bryan (10/5): -
- Forrest (9/5): Superb - Great coffee and poppy seed muffin in the morning! Very clean and rooms in good condition
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (7/5): Good -
- Eddie (9/5): Best value and amenities compared to places I have stayed when traveling home to visit family - The man at the front desk at check in and check out was very friendly and professional in the check in and check out process. The two door mini refrigerator was a plus and the towels and linen were all clean and fresh. Would definitely stay here again. The pillows. I am used to my pillows at home but got used to the by the second night
- Catrina (9/5): Superb - Its location was great. Easy to find from freeway. The room was clean and had everything you needed for a night. Very close to stores and downtown everett.
Check-in was easy and very friendly people. The parking lot looked like a little sketchy.
- Michael (8/5): It was okay, everything seemed to work, and the bed was okay. - This hotel was available, and was close to the event I was attending. Nothing at this time.
- Noone (9/5): Better than ok to - Clean, People fighting outside all night
- Rhianne (9/5): It was a great stay will be back again - The owners Hot water in the shower didn’t last long
- Michael (1/5): We did not stay there the place smelled and was filthy - We didn’t stay there. It was too filthy The place smelled and it was filthy
- Gary (1/5): We didn’t even get out of our car! - Nothing! The property was in poor repair. It appeared that people were living in the cars in the parking lot. We drove into the parking lot and drove right out. We’d already paid and were too late to cancel so we’re out the $140+!
- Barry (4/5): Disappointing -
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional - Pick this one
- Neva (10/5): It was a hidden GEM - When I walked in the staff was so happy and valued my business they made me feel safe, I am alone and needed a couple of days til my apartment was ready, I was tired and they took me in right even, even though I accidentally booked for the next day, they fixed it for me The neighborhood wasn’t too good, There was no lotion in the room
- Judy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ella (10/5): Exceptional - Incredibly accommodating!
- Taylor (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean and very quiet. Would definitely stay again. I liked eveything
- Sean (8/5): Very good - Dude at the front desk was really nice and accommodating.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (7/5): Good place to stay while traveling -
- Zachry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (8/5): Worked well for my situation - Dandy location for my needs
- Christine (8/5): Very good -
- Michele (10/5): Will not be staying there again - Easy check in The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable made a noise every time you got in and out of it. The bathtub felt very unsafe, many soft spots. If you wanted a cold shower, there was no problem if you wanted a hot shower there was no problem, but there was no in between.
- Rhonda (5/5): The front desk was a very nice man but we will not be staying there again - Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean We asked for a non smoking room. We were given a room that had been smoked in. The carpets were very dirty and sticky. We could not go barefoot in our room. People next to us on both sides we permanently living there. We were uncomfortable with that.
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Kirsten (9/5): Great stay! - Convenient location. Coffee pot didn't work
- Laura (8/5): Very good -
- Jinene (7/5): Good -
- Jonathan (5/5): Passable -
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Very friendly lady at reception en grote ruime kamer Weet niet
- Natalia (10/5): Visited family and would stay here again - The property is older but very clean. The room we were given had two beds, couch, tv and a kitchen. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Checking in and out was a pleasant experience. We were able to extend our stay with no problems. It didn’t bother us but there are homeless people walking around and it looked as though they sometimes get a room here. Traffic was bad a few times in front of the motel. We did not have any problems while staying here.
- Romeo (2/5): Uncomfortable never to return to the place. - We did not see or being offered any breakfast Toilet was broken, it does not flush. It shows that they do not care abour it they should have check everything before they offer or assigned customer to their room. The facilities are old for the money we've paid for.
- Pacris (10/5): We like this place for it is convenient uo the outlet - Good coffee snd pastries since we do not need heavy breakfast Maybe fresh fruitIt
- Marcie (6/5): Not what we expected - The staff were very friendly. I also especially appreciated the early check in time and was considering a future stay here. The bed was too hard for us. My husband and I woke up with sore backs. We also did not like the location and surroundings (difficult to see just from the pictures posted here, and I was also thrown by the exceptionally high rating this place got -7.9). We saw some questionable folks on the property as well, and that didn't help.
- Rheanna (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sproles (10/5): Exceptional -
- SafetyDave1986 (6/5): OK for Overnight Stay - The Welcome Everett Inn is an overpriced econobox. The beds were OK. Broadway has considerable street traffic early on but it falls off late at night. All rooms face onto a street-front parking lot. With tax, our room was $140 for the night. The Seattle area is very expensive and this was the cheapest motel with decent reviews. The Inn has coffee and doughnuts in the morning, but no breakfast items.
- Lewis (7/5): Clean, comfortable and friendly. - The location was clean, staff were friendly and there was housekeeping every day. Coming back to a clean room without requesting it is a rare treat since the pandemic. The traffic was a bit loud, but nothing sleep headphones couldn’t fix.
- Rene (9/5): Superb -
- Smallz (10/5): My stay was peaceful and the staff is very welcoming. - I think it's cool that they have donuts and coffee ready for visitors in the morning.
- Cuong (5/5): Passable -
- Jena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (9/5): Superb -
- Sean (1/5): Expensive for a short 4 hour stay. - I like how they rented me and my family a room and then told me I could not have my children there while I went to work or, at all it was only okay for my wife and me. In none of the rental conversations did they even ask if I had kids or, I had to leave with no refund. A total rip-off place that had some very questionable people staying on the property. Sorry, my teenage daughters were talking and laughing too loud at 8 pm. I would have been back by 9:30 but I had to be out before I even got off work. No communication of their expectations on the room rental. We got a room with a hide-a-bed for the kids and they could not stay in the room? Very unprofessional to say the least.
- Trayer (5/5): Passable - The coffee To small
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (4/5): Disappointing - close to my meeting next day shower head was too low, my nonsmoking room smelled like old smoke, sketchy people around the property.
- sopaca (8/5): Basic but good and quiet hotel on main commercial road through Everett. - We stayed here on the first night of our 16 day road trip of Washington and Oregon. We only got out of SeaTac airport about 8.30pm and then had a tedious and slow drive to get to Everett. It was good to be able to get clear of the city despite our exhaustion and the Welcome Inn was easy to find and did us well for our first night.
The room was a bit tired looking and had an odd smell (which I found many rooms on our trip did) but for $110 it was fine and good place to stay. It was also very near an excellent Safeway which we visited in the morning to stock up for our trip. The staff were helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this if you planned to stay in Everett. it was on the main commercial road but had plenty of parking and was quiet.
- Dale (7/5): Nice clean room, decent location. -
- Patricia (8/5): Very good -
- Victor (5/5): Passable - The place suited us and this is the main reason why we chose this motel Musty smell. The room is poorly and rarely ventilated. The light in the room is terrible. Fluorescent lamps are a deathly blue hue. Just one chair and a wobbly table. Smell of marijuana in the evening
- Shilo (9/5): Will stay again. - It was Quiet I felt save because there was cameras . The room we had was big for my family. The check in lady was very nice and she talked to you and wasn’t in a hurry. N/A
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Ann (9/5): Superb -
- Douglas (6/5): Pleasant - Location Carpets could be cleaned or renewed.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (8/5): Awesome - Like how well was room kept Height of the Shower head in the shower was very low
- Mayra (9/5): Clean rooms - Room was clean. Lady in the reception was very nice. Location, a lot of traffic hard to fall asleep.
- Fabrice (1/5): Bad -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Nothing fancy. Very clean and very friendly. good value. Enjoyed the stay NA
- Gerlinde (8/5): Very good -
- Sherryl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dale (4/5): Go elsewhere - Nothing Felt like a drug trafficking hotel. Very dated, bed was incredibly uncomfortable.
- Diana (9/5): Great value! Great stay! - Staff was pleasant! They even did maid service every day! Haven’t seen that in a while! It was quiet during our stay. Not everything was perfect but an absolutely excellent valiue! I will stay there again, when we are not traveling with our dogs. Carpet could have been cleaner. Everything else was perfect!
