- Lucy (10/5): - The owner of the place has so much pride in making his place unique and stand out. It’s his kindness, His honesty, recommendations… you will feel like you know him forever. He speaks to you as a friend. He’s very accommodating. His place is super clean. Everything is there that you need. It is close by to the beach. It is close by to the restaurants to where all the happening activity. The place is beautiful. You will fall in love. I I recommend this place because it is close to everything and the owner is just unbelievable. I have not had service like this in a very long time. Thank you Alexes for everything!!!

He was available to answer any questions we had promptly. Our room was very bright and clean, and we loved that we could see the water and watch the sunset from our balcony. Bella Tropea is in a great location, a short walk away from the steps to the beach and the centro. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tropea!

Alexei is a fantastic host and made sure we got what we needed for breakfast. His mama’s cakes were delicious. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. - Peter (8/5): - Nice property. Close to main square. Loved the balcony with the great view. Please be aware there are about 40 steps with landings every 7 or 8 steps to get to the room. Also parking included refers to street parking. We had no issues as we went off season, but would imagine July and August would be a bit challenging.
- Neven (10/5): Incredible staff, location, cleanliness and fantastic recommendations for local activities and food. - Family run B&B with charm. Loved the homemade breakfast, the staff was perfect and very helpful for recommending what to do and where to eat in town. All the restaurants which were recommended were fantastic and had fresh seafood or local specialties. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room each day was perfect as well. The staff also got us discounts at local restaurants and local activities for a complete experience. We also had a parking spot which is quite rare for Tropea. The beach and the historic city center are both only a few mins walk away. Overall a perfect 3 night stay in Tropea. Grazie Bella Tropea.

This charming family-run B&B exceeded all our expectations in every aspect. The location is ideal, being a short walk to both the main square and the beautiful beaches. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the area is quiet. The accommodations themselves were excellent. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped, including thoughtful touches like beach towels. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure guests' comfort and convenience. Alexei was a fantastic host. He greeted us warmly upon arrival with a small snack and drinks. He also provided a brief but informative overview of select locations in the town. We visited all but one of his recommendations, and they were all excellent. It's clear that Alexei has handpicked these spots to ensure his guests have a great experience. Throughout our stay, Alexei periodically checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. At the end of our stay, he kindly drove us to the train station, a gesture that went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Bella Accommodations and Alexei to anyone visiting Tropea. We hope to stay here again in the future.

- William (10/5): A well organised boutique hotel with a personalised touch on guest experience. - Alexei and the team at Bella Tropea went out of their way to ensure that we had a personalised experience and his recommendations of restaurants and activities allowed us to make the most of our stay in Tropea. Alexei has a large network of other local businesses and made bookings on our behalf to ensure that we were well looked after during our stay. Bella Tropea is a family ran business and it was evident right away that they are passionate about what they do and their reputation. Our flight was delayed and we arrived in Tropea relatively late at night and they stayed back to greet us properly, surprising us with Prosecco and an antipasto platter. Their focus on providing the best experience available is what sets them apart as through their contacts, we were provided discounted rates on restaurants and activities and they were always good recommendations with reputable companies making it a stress free experience. The rooms were also modern, clean and the hotel is placed in a central location, only being a short walk to the beach and to town. The breakfasts were of high quality with a range of local fresh produce and even had some home baked cake that was delicious. There was nothing that we didn’t like about our stay
- Dragana (10/5): Little gem of a B&B in Tropea! - First of all, Alexei was amazing! He greeted us upon our arrival in Tropea, and showed us where to park - very conveniently right across the street. He then surprised us with snacks and Prosecco while he oriented us on a map to the sights of Tropea and made restaurant and boat tour recommendations. Our room was neat and clean and had a large balcony with a small opening to the sea where we had a faint view of Stromboli one morning. There were chairs and a clothesline and it was fun watching the locals react with each other on their balconies! The shower had endless hot water and the bed was comfortable. We got good sleep as the B&B is in a quiet area. The walk to centro storico was about 5 minutes. There’s a good pharmacy on the way. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and the water was perfect (beginning of October). Breakfasts were excellent, with many choices and Alexei made everything to order - eggs, bacon, a range of coffees, fruit, cereal, cornetto, juices, and don’t miss his mother’s pound cake - delicious! It’s a family run B&B and they are very accommodating! We liked everything!
